除了家长志愿者，我们学校曾多次进行过安全宣传，安全讲座呼吁学生们保护自己的安全，同时也让家长放心、老师放心。

1、我明白安全生产不是口号，是我们人身安全唯一保障，不能因为以前的安全就忽略了以后的危险。时刻把“三不伤害”切实落实到实际工作中，努力提高自我的安全意识;安全不能只是空话，更重要的是我们要牢记于心，并提高自我的警惕性。我们直接与电打交道，这就注定了我们的工作是很特殊、很危险的，习惯性违章是安全工作的敌人。

2、全规程是用事故和鲜血写成的，是针对我们所从事的工作而制定编写的，所以我们都必须掌握并严格遵守。“两票三制”是我们安全的堡垒，我们即使为了加快检修工作效率，也绝不能违背规章制度而无票工作、搭票工作。要服从指挥、听从调度，如果没有安全生产措施为武器、如果没有严格的指挥，松松散散、各自为战、不服从指挥，就很有可能造成自伤、误伤事故，甚至发生群死群伤的恶性事故，同时造成不可估量的经济损失。

6、制度的缺失，管理的缺位。严不起来，落实不下去，执行力差，并且在检查中只报喜不报忧，平时对设备管理又不到位消缺又不及时，确定缺陷又不准确，日常巡检工作又不认真，致使存在不安全的因素而导致事故的发生。

7、风险管理流于形式，有章不循，有规不遵，工作浮躁，作业人员现场操作不按要求执行，危险点控制措施虚设。

8、在工作中安全管理制度和安全措施未落实，工作人员安全意识，安全学习流于形式。经过学习我们反思很多、很多，我们应当深刻地吸取教训，对照《安全工作规程》，结合我们公司的安全生产实际和安全生产规章制度，在今后的工作中加强安全技术培训和反事故演练，对设备进行全过程管理，认真学习事故通报，努力提高我们的业务技能和安全意识。做到安全无小事，筑牢防线，长抓不懈，警钟长鸣，为公司的安全生产工作做好、做实，作出新的成效。

“安全第一，预防为主”。学生的安全除了我们自己要加紧注意，这和学校的作为也是分不开的，我们学校也一如既往地重视学生的安全问题。大的，全校师生安全疏散演习的定期执行，每个楼层完备的灭火设施。小的，学校特意将花圃的木栅栏顶部削平，或者是将楼道的扶手加高，这一切都彰显着学校的努力。

总而言之，校园是我们与同学老师共同的家，安全要时刻铭记在我们心中。同学们，我们共同携起手，让安全之花永远开在校园!

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion,

everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is

definitely necessary and important in modern society.

First, working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each

other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team,

teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better

achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon.

Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from

different places, owning various experiences and hold different views towards

things. Therefore, getting along with other teammates is also a process of

increasing our knowledge. Finally, working in a team is also a way to establish

our friendship. Teammates in a team have chances to help each other, to solve

the problems together, to share the happiness of being successful, which make a

great contribution to establishing friendship. Thus, working in a team is one of

the most effective ways to extend our personal relationships.

To sum up, to learn to work in a team is really necessary and important and

we should try to enjoy it.

今天老师跟我们上了一节关于消防知识的教育课，我感触很深!俗话说得好“防患于未然”若我们在平时日常生活中掌握正确的用电，用火等规范，火灾是可以减少发生的。

前几年，我镇一家有名的咖啡馆就是因为电线的问题，而导致悲剧发生;去年我镇樟洋工业区内一家小店晚上着火，至使楼上住户无法幸免!!!!这些一个个血的教训，时刻提醒着我们：消防一刻也不能松懈，它应像呼吸一下融入到我们的生活，成为一种良好的习惯!!!!

“我问同学们一个问题：如果火灾发生了， 大家是应先顾命，还是先顾钱?”老师提了一个问题。

“先顾命!”有的说。

“先跑到安全的地方，留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。”有的同学打起比喻来。大家争先恐后的回答。

老师又问了一句话：是顾自己的命，还是大家的生命?同学们安静了下来。老师讲了一个故事。我们就称故事的主人翁王叔叔吧。一天，王叔叔正在书店看书，突然听到有人叫“着火了，快跑!!”只见浓烟来杂着刺鼻的异味，向人们袭来。很多人都惊慌失措向外面冲去，一时间，书店乱做一团。王叔叔见状，大声喊道：大家不要慌，不要挤，慢慢来!趴下身子。!!可是在那么乱的情况下，谁还听得到别人说什么?就连王叔叔也被拥挤的人群身不由已的带到外面。天空飘着阵阵浓烟，身边一个个凌乱的脚步，在撕裂着王叔叔的心。他一回头又跑向书店，可是小小的书店门被害怕的人群挤得水泄不通。他只好大声叫着：大家低下头，尽量少呼吸，排队出来。上还有人吗?火越烧越大，书店门口的人也不多了，似乎书店里的人都安全了，可是王叔叔还在门口大声地喊：里面还有人吗?——————忽然，响起阵小小的，细细的，哭泣的声音：我找不到妈妈了。有人在他身后怯怯的说。一回头，只见一个小女孩睁着一对害怕和恳求的眼睛。王叔叔看了看被浓烟吞噬着的门口，毅然冲进火海。结果，小女孩的妈妈得救了，可是王叔叔却也没能站起来。

若我们大家在平时尽量避免与火接触，火灾就会少发生。我们遇到类似的事情，大家能够运用知识，不拥挤，排队尽量弯腰，低头，找到呼吸器。也许就可以避免悲剧的发生。

“知识守护生命!”让我们大家一起增进消防知识，避免火灾发生，若发生火灾采取正确，科学的方法，维护生命!

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

我是Beth。我今年十四岁，就读于杭州一中。我就读的学校(面积)非常大，而且还很美丽。我非常开心自己能上这所学校。

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. 安全问题可能听起来陈词滥调，但是当涉及到校园安全，我们必须认真对待。几乎每天都有校园安全办公室的报告说有价值的东西被偷走了。周围的盗窃，抢劫不能学习差。在这种情况下，应该采取哪些措施来改善校园安全?

一方面，我们学生应该增强我们的安全意识。一旦我们闻到了不寻常的东西，我们应该立即报告校园警卫。另一方面，应在校园内安装更多的显示器等设备，以便尽快破案。此外，应安排适当的保安人员巡逻校园。

在我看来，校园安全将改善，只要努力校园。因此，高校应该尽最大努力使校园里的每个人都安然无恙。

The volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese people in recent

years,especially among young people。

Volunteering is of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

society.Take the Wenchuan Earthquake as an example.Hundreds of thousands of

volunteers play an active role in Wenchuan quake-hit areas.And they contribute

daily necessaries,offer medical help and psychological help to the disaster

relief work.

Besides,volunteering would be beneficial to the volunteers

themselves~Getting involved in volunteering,volunteers will be exposed to a new

environment,and they can learn how to work well in a team,how to improve their

interpersonal skills and organizational skills，all of which are critical for

their professional growth。As a college student,I sincerely hope that everyone

would join the volunteering work.It is not only good to our society,but also a

chance for us to grow and to learn.

我的记忆就像是广阔的蓝天，天空中的每一朵白云都是我的朋友。在这些形形色色的朋友当中贵林是最突出。我和她的友谊像瀑布一样剪也剪不断。我们从来没有发生过争吵，互帮互助，亲密的简直无话不谈。虽然她已经转学了，但是我们始终保持着联系。

我记得在我上四年级的时候，我因为出了水痘，有一段时间不能去上课。在妈妈的精心的照顾下，我的病终于好了。我刚进班，贵林主动要求帮我补课。她白天努力地学习，晚上帮我补课。有一次，由于老师布置的作业挺多的，贵林帮我补习的时间也比较长。就耽误了她写作业的时间，贵林帮我补习到十二点才回家，她写作业到深夜，还要帮我准备第二天的复习笔记。由于晚上睡眠不足，第二天早晨没有充沛的精力，所以在上课时不停地打哈欠。终于熬不住睡着了，结果被老师发现了。“贵林站起来”老师严厉地说。贵林没有听到老师的话，过了一会贵林还是没有站起来。老师十分生气，走到了贵林的跟前。老师再次生气地说：“贵林站到后面去，不要浪费大家的学习时间。”贵林羞愧地站到后面。

在放学的路上，我对贵林说：“你这些天帮我补习太累了，今天你好好的休息一晚。明天我们再继续吧!”我已经把你今天晚上的复习计划定好了，不要再推迟了。”贵林坚定地说。晚上贵林仍旧帮我补课。过了几天我落下的功课全都补齐了。并且在一次测验中取得了好成绩，而贵林却因为我生病了。

我与贵林的友谊就像高尔基说的一样：真正的朋友，在你获得成功时，为你高兴，而不捧场，在你遇到不幸或悲伤时，会给你及时的支持和鼓励。在你有缺点可能犯错的时候，会给你正确的批评与帮助。

校园安全对我们学生生活有着很重要的影响。例如，盗窃和抢劫可能导致财政困难，还会增加青少年犯罪的几率。此外，如果东西总是被偷，在学生中会造成忧虑和恐惧。更严重的是，他们会互不信任。

因此，我们必须采取有效的安全措施来防范这些犯罪行为。首先，我们们必须一起注意校园里的可疑人物。然而，保卫科可以雇佣更多的保安来及时应对事故和其他紧急情况。第三，可以在公共场所多装监视器。当然，我们应该更加地小心，不要让它们无人看管。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

乔娜是一个幸福的孩子，她是我的一个朋友。她美丽、可爱、健谈、大方，是父母的骄傲。但是，一次由烟头引发的事故差点儿夺去了乔娜的生命。

那年乔娜才11岁。发生事故后，她的妈妈痛不欲生，爸爸发疯似地忏悔。还有乔娜的龙凤胎弟弟—乔依，在姐姐住院治疗的那段日子里，他也承受着巨大的痛苦，帮助父母照顾受伤的姐姐。乔依也在事故发生后变得勇敢、懂事了。

那么在乔娜身上到底发生了怎样的事故呢?

事情要回顾到去年的暑假，爸爸把姐弟二人带到单位去玩儿。他们在办公室里看爸爸怎样工作。过了一会儿，主任叫爸爸到他的办公室去一趟。爸爸回来以后满脸通红，从他忙乱的动作可以看出他很烦躁。一会儿坐，一会儿站，接着拿出了一包烟，抽了一支又一支，烟还没有灭就扔进了烟灰缸。乔娜很想知道发生了什么事，但是看爸爸正在气头上，就没敢说话。突然，爸爸抽着烟冲出了办公室。出于关心，他们姐弟俩也跟着爸爸出去了。爸爸跑进了一个车间，上面印着禁止吸烟的标志。乔娜刚要提醒爸爸，爸爸就拉着乔娜和乔伊冲出了车间。因为爸爸把烟头不经意间扔到了车间的地上，地上还放着几桶汽油，捡已经来不及了，就快烧到汽油了。快到大门的时候，乔依跑的过程中被什么东西绊倒了，爸爸只好拉着乔娜往外跑，乔娜把爸爸推了出去，拉起弟弟跑向门口，就在她把弟弟推出去的那一刹那，汽油桶爆炸了。一起惨痛的安全事故发生了。

乔娜幸好只是严重受伤，这起事故也没有人员死亡，但爸爸得去坐牢，乔娜住院后，家庭失去了往日的欢笑。

这个事故的发生，都是因为当初爸爸没有看清标识的结果。大家可想而之安全的重要性了吧。所以，我们要认真学习安全知识，知道安全的重要性，这样，惨痛的安全事故才不会重演。
