Its almost the end of April. Summer has come to us in my city. In south,

summer always comes earlier than north. It has been hot for about half a month.

The highest temperature reached 37 degree. Now, there are much less people in

the street. People are not likely to go out during the summer. Its so hot

outside. Swimming is the most favorite activity in my city. The pools are always

full filled with people. Parents often take their children to swimming pool at

night. Personally, I do not like summer, because its too hot and the sunshine

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

三、教材与教辅的分析

2、教材的特点

Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh,

there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the

I often get up at 6:30 to go to school every week day .I feel tired because I cannot have enough sleep.I have to burn the midnight oil at ningt because of too much homework and much books.I have 4 classes in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.I have 2 evening classes in the evening as well.I can have a nap at noon. 为了避免这类悲剧不再重演，学校的老师再次邀请了警察叔叔给我们讲课。我们学到了许多的交通规则知识：知道了不要横穿马路，过马路时要看红绿灯，行走时一定要走人行横道，千万不要翻越栅栏等。警察叔叔还给我们发了一张交通规则三字经，我们时刻记住并遵守它，此后，我们学校的同学再也没有发生交通事故，因为交通规则已经铭记在我们心里。

为了让安全永驻校园，老师经常召开以“安全”为主题的班会，告诉我们上下楼梯靠右走，不追逐打闹;不吃三无食品及变质腐烂食品;遇到危险如何应对……老师的话铭刻在我们心中，安全时刻与我们同行。我们学习的这些安全常识，在“地震逃生演练”时得到了最好的体现。当警报声骤然响起时，上课的我们会迅速的钻到桌子底下，十几秒后又快速跑出教室，我们虽然紧张但仍井然有序，绝不会出现互相拥挤堵塞的现象，也不会有同学为了“逃生”猛冲下去。我们的老师总是在同学们全部安全撤离后，才撤到楼下。

一些流行性疾病也同样影响着我们的安全，今年的甲型H1N1流感就像可怕地害虫令我们生畏，但是老师们精心制定的防护措施，为我们筑起一道防护墙，让我们不再畏惧。老师给我们详细讲解这种疾病的预防措施和防治要点，生活中的注意事项。学校里每天早晚的两次消毒，让我们远离病菌。只要有发烧的同学，老师会认真的为她量体温，仔细的观察温度计的刻度，生怕有半点儿疏忽，一旦体温稍高，老师会立即带他去医院检查并联系家长。

为了让我们更健康，学校里还安装了很多的健身器材，老师为了不让我们出危险，告诉了我们怎样正确安全的使用它们。在爬天梯时，我们不会为了逞能而爬到顶部去;用“漫步机”时，我们不会把步子夸得太大;玩“扭腰盘”时，我们不会随便松开把手…….掌握了这些安全常识后，同学们的锻炼热情更加高涨了。

学校是我们生活的大家园，为了让我们的家园平安，我们也会贡献自己的一份力量，

让平安永驻我们美丽的校园，让平安永远伴我们快乐成长。

We can see such signs as “No Smoking” in some public places, which is a

kind of measure taken to ban smoking in public places. However, concerning about

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

Let’s work together to create and sustain out green and fresh environment.
