Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

that as they are young and full of energy, so they should learn knowledge and

kettle of strong tea, securing a serene space, and serving and drinking tea by

yourself can help banish fatigue and frustration, improve your thinking ability

and inspire you with enthusiasm. You may also imbibe it slowly in small sips to

appreciate the subtle allure of tea-drinking, until your spirits soar up and up

into a sublime aesthetic realm. Buildings, gardens, ornaments and tea sets are

the elements that form the ambience for savoring tea. A tranquil, refreshing,

comfortable and neat locale is certainly desirable for drinking tea. Chinese

gardens are well known in the world and beautiful Chinese landscapes are too

numerous to count. Teahouses tucked away in gardens and nestled beside the

natural beauty of mountains and rivers are enchanting places of repose for

people to rest and recreate themselves.China is a country with a time-honored

civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is

necessary to make and serve tea to them. Before serving tea, you may ask them

for their preferences as to what kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea

in the most appropriate teacups. In the course of serving tea, the host should

take careful note of how much water is remaining in the cups and in the kettle.

Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after

half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the

tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm throughout the entire

course of tea-drinking. Snacks, sweets and other dishes may be served at tea

time to complement the fragrance of the tea and to allay ones hunger.

今天我学习了安全教育，感慨很多，收获也很多，体会也很多，也更加深刻地体会到了校园安全的重要性。我个人认为加强校园的安全工作最主要的是要做好以下三个方面的工作：

一、制度保证措施必须到位

1、要建立安全保卫工作领导责任制和责任追究制。由学校党总支书记、校长负责，将安全保卫工作列入各有关处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。

2、签订责任书。学校与处室和班主任层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。学校还要与学生家长签订了安全责任书，明确了家长应做的工作和应负的责任。将安全教育工作作为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

3、不断完善学校安全保卫工作规章制度。建立学校安全保卫工作的各项规章制度，并根据安全保卫工作形势的发展，不断完善充实。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制度，以及学生管理、门卫值班、巡逻值班、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、防火安全管理、体育器材检查、健康体检等规章制度。严禁私自组织学生集体服用药品和保健品，严禁学生参加商业性庆典活动，严禁组织学生从事不符合国家有关规定的危险性工作，严禁教师个人利用假期(日)私自带学生外出，在校外开展的社会实践活动要坚持就近、徒步原则。对涉及学校安全保卫的各项工作，都要做到有章可循，违章必究，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

4、建立学校安全意外事故处置预案制度。学校建立事故处置领导小组，制定了意外事故处置预案制度。

二、加强对师生的安全教育，培养自护能力

要确保安全，根本在于提高安全意识、自我防范和自护自救能力，抓好安全教育，是学校安全工作的重中之重。学校要以安全教育周为重点，经常性地对学生开展安全教育，特别是抓好交通、大型活动等的安全教育。

1、认真做好安全教育周工作。学校安全教育周要以"校园安全"为主题，在安全教育周期间，学校要组织学习安全教育工作文件，对校内易发事故类型、重点部位保护、工作薄弱环节、各类人员安全意识与安全技能等方面，开展深入全面的大检查，消除隐患，有针对地扎实地开展教育和防范工作。

2、开展丰富多彩的安全教育活动。利用班会、团队活动、活动课、人防课、学科渗透等途径，通过讲解、演示和训练，对学生开展安全预防教育，使学生接受比较系统的防溺水、防交通事故、防触电、防食物中毒、防并防体育运动伤害、防火、防盗、防震、防骗、防煤气中毒等安全知识和技能教育。还利用学校广播、黑板报、悬挂横幅、张贴标语等宣传工具及举行主题班会、讲座、安全征文与知识竞赛等形式开展丰富多彩的安全教育。学校要积极推行一周安全提醒，学校利用周前会议和周一升旗活动时间，小结上周安全工作，强调安全事项。通过公开信，增强家长的安全意识。通过教育提高广大学生的安全意识、安全防范能力和自我保护能力。

3、提倡走读学生步行上学，对学生骑车上学情况进行清查，严禁学生骑“三无”(无刹车、无铃、无牌照)自行车上学。

三、加强检查，消除隐患，及时整改

学校要经常开展安全大检查。每学期开学以后，学校把安全教育工作作为重点检查内容之一，每学期学校的安全大检查至少要达到二到三次，要重点检查学校的水、电、小卖店、学生宿舍、食堂、防火器材、校园周边环境等一切存在安全隐患的地方，发现问题要及时采取措施，限期整改，必有达到学校和上级规定的安全标准，保障全体教师和学生的生命安全和身心健康。

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

Spring Festival is my favourite festival. This years Spring Festival is in

February 8th. On New Years Eve, everyone will wear new clothes. My parents and

I will go to the Grandpa and grandmas home to eat Nian Yefan. This is the

tradition of our family. At the dinner table, my grandmother will prepare a lot

of dishes for us to cook hot pot. These dishes are very delicious. Everyone ate

very happy. We have forgotten the troubles of the past year, happy to greet the

new year. After dinner, I will go back home with my parents. In eight, I will be

fireworks at the threshold of our home. They are very beautiful. Doing this will

make me feel very happy. After I put the fireworks, I will watch the Spring

Festival Gala. The Gala adds a mood of celebration in the house as people laugh,

discuss and enjoy the performance. At eleven, my parents gave me 200 yuan. This

校园安全事件的发生，使不少父母的心中隐隐担忧。从福建南平事件到陕西汉中事件，那些小小生命牵动了多少人的心。都说孩子是含苞待放的花蕾，是未来希望的承载，孩子是弱小的，需要家庭和社会的共同关注。就拿我们学校来说，至上而下进行全方面的安全整顿，做出一系列安全防范，原本学校内部就是全程监控，领导轮流值班，门口又有保安24小时执勤，可以说是很安全的。如今更是武警、巡警、志愿者齐聚一堂，就从这阵势不难看出我们的政府为保护祖国未来的花朵真是煞费苦心。

静思默想，当危险到来之时，外来援助和自我防护孰重孰轻呢?我们不妨先来回想一个故事。《狼和小羊》的故事老少皆知，我们在教学这一课时总会提这样一个问题：“狼想吃羊总会找出各种各样的理由，小羊怎样才能避免被狼吃掉呢?”孩子们的答案五花八门：有的说：“勇敢的小羊用角向狼顶去，把大灰狼顶进河里。”有的说：“聪明的小羊说，亲爱的狼先生，谢谢你，最近我不小心吃上带du的草，浑身疼痛生不如死，您快吃掉我吧!”;有的说：“坚强的小羊毫不畏惧地跳进小河，在水里挣扎着向对岸游去。”————答案也许有很多种，只有一种是最不可能的：羊妈妈和羊爸爸、还有许多朋友就在身边，他们一起扑向大灰狼。因为孩子们都知道，大灰狼很聪明，他要吃羊，总会选择远离羊群的小羊下手。从这个故事中我们不难悟出，危险的到来是防不胜防的，面对危险最有效的方法是自我救护。

一、防磕碰。目前大多数教室空间比较狭小，又放置了许多桌椅，所以不应在教室中追逐、打闹，做剧烈的运动和游戏，防止磕碰受伤。二、防坠落。无论教室是否处于高层，都不要将身体探出窗外或栏杆，谨防不慎发生坠楼的危险。三、防意外伤害。不带锥、刀等锋利尖锐的工具进校园，图钉、大头针等文具使用时必须有老师的指导，用后应妥善存放。四、谨防踩踏x件。升旗仪式或上体育课时，应有秩序排队，不拉拉扯扯，嬉戏打闹，防止同学不慎摔伤……

我们的学校坐落在，风景美丽的十堰中心地带人民路旁。因为学校的对面是中国银行，很凑巧的学校门前的车站名，就叫中国银行。

see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not

originating from China, in our country, more and more people spend that day. A

foreigner pointed out that Christmas meant to be grateful for them, while for

When I was small, I did not have the concept of Christmas, because in my

Facebook is the most popular social communicational software. People like

to share their information in it and keep in touch with their friends. The

founder of Facebook is a young handsome guy named Mark Zuckerberg. He was being

a dad recently and he announced that he would donate 99 percent of his share for

celebrating his girl’s coming.

99 percent of his share! That is such great amount. The public were so

astonished by his decision. This young guy could only take out the small part of

his share, but he took out nearly the all. His great grace could help a lot of

people to improve their lives, even change their fate.

There are a lot of rich people in the world, but only less people could

make the great decision like Mark Zuckerberg. When the media asked him why he

星期五本来是个快乐的周末，因为今天除了有我最爱的自然资优班之外，阿妈还答应放学之后要带我们去国宾饭店吃烤鸭大餐，但是因为一个意外的发生，打乱了所有的计划，也令我们全家陷入愁云惨雾之中。

这天，就在我上完课，带着愉快的心情，踏着轻松的脚步准备下楼时，有一位同年级的同学因为赶着下楼，冲撞了我一下，我连滚带翻的从二楼跌到一楼，那时除了全身酸痛之外，天啊!我发现我的门牙摔断了，那是我换过牙的恒牙耶!我紧张得不知所措，嚎啕大哭，直到妈妈来接我时，看到妈妈的瞬间，所有心酸顿时涌上心头。我跟妈妈哭诉心中满腹的委屈，妈妈心急如焚的带着弟弟，送我去医院急诊。

这个意外事件，让坚强的爸爸和感性的妈妈都哭了，连一向笑容满面的弟弟也为我伤心掉泪。医生说为了美观，我的断牙虽然暂时接回来，但是它已经失去功能了，现在只希望牙神经不要坏死，可以持续提供牙根尖养分，让我的牙根可以持续发育，牙床稳固。等再大一些时，可以装假牙套。

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aiming at increasing our safety awareness.

I consider this as indeed a good practice, which will remind us that safety should always come first in our daily life, whether when we stay at school or outside it. satisfied with what they did to the nature, the nature is starting to teach

human being a lesson. In the movie The Day After Tomorrow, people were in the

great disaster that caused by the greenhouse effect, it just like the end of the

world, there was no way for people to avoid such great disaster. The movie

reminds people of the result they did harm to the environment, it will revenge

people, people have to face the disaster. It is very important to protect the

environment, people should get along with the environment.

从生命缘起的那一刻，安全就伴随着我们生命的每个瞬间。小时候，安全是父亲的大手、母亲的呵护，无知无畏的我们无论走到哪，身后总会有他们的默默守护，不管感冒发烧，还是摔倒磕伤，总会得到最好的照顾;上学后，安全是老师嘴里的顺口溜、是书本上插画里的小故事，“红灯停，绿灯行，黄灯亮了等一等”，“看书注意莫伤眼，离书一尺要记清”，简单的文字，可爱的图片，成为小伙伴们不离嘴的歌谣，却让我们至今受用;长大后，安全是交警的指挥棒，是饭馆里的卫生许可证，是工厂里的安全规程，是关乎我们生命的衣食住行、吃喝拉撒。。。才发现它是如此的深奥，离不开我们每一个人的参与。安全与危险，生命与死亡，无论你是什么样的角色，它们就在我们身边，就像黑夜与白昼一样，时刻跟随着我们，只要有一个人有所麻痹，只要有一个环节没有通过“诚信”，安全就会变成灾祸，故事就会成为事故。安全伴随我们一生，需要每个人在思想上高度重视，只有时刻把安全放在心中，将安全付诸到行动上，我们才能平安一生!

身为公司的一名司磅员，安全离我们也不远。每天，在把好公司矿石称量检测关的同时，协助这些运输司机搞好安全运输也是我们的职责所在。“师傅，你车后边拖了根废钢管，你把它取下来吧，小心扎轮胎!”、“师傅，你这车矿石裝太满了，上坡时速度慢点，省的掉下来，不安全!”、“师傅，你轮胎上卡了块石头，注意安全!”、“师傅，屋里有水，喝杯水，提提神!”，微笑服务做好安全协管，及时提醒消除安全隐患，嘴角上扬，几句简单的话，却让司机师傅重视安全，远离隐患。安全，你为他人创造条件，它也必将服务于你的安全。这些司机师傅开车通过秩序井然，上榜称量低速刹车，与司磅员交流和颜悦色，杜绝了交通事故，减少了设备损坏，融洽了工作关系，创造了“安全”氛围。安全就在身边，从点滴做起，关注自我安全，协助他人安全，工作中才会充满欢笑，安全才会与我们同行!

Since we went to school, we have been educated to be polite, no matter to

the young or old people. People follow the manner rules and have a nice

communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

individuality, so the young generation wants to do something different and catch

peoples attention. For example, they dont care other peoples feeling and

criticize others as they like, or just interrupt when other people is talking,

they just show what they want to say and they believe they are special and cool.

This is very rude behavior that they dont respect others and have the wrong

idea about individuality. We can do something special on the base of respect

others and follow the rules, or we are just the rude people.
