校园的四季，真美!

清早，我到了学校，看见中路两边的迎春花开了。哦，春天已经来了!忽然一阵微风吹过，送来一股淡淡的清香，我抬头一看，是樱花!

我走在操场上，看见周围的花也都渐次开放了，有白的、红的、黄的、紫的，千姿百态，摇曳在枝头，好像是在比美呢!招来了很多蝴蝶和蜜蜂。下课了，我和小伙伴们抓蝴蝶玩。

时间过得真快，转眼到了夏天。操场上，一群男生在踢足球。他们热得脱掉外套，一个个努力奔跑着，足球在他们的脚下飞来飞去，喝彩声、叫喊声此起彼伏。

学校安全无小事，师生生命重于天。为更好地贯彻落实区委、区政府关于平安创建实施意见精神，枣庄市市中区实验小学始终把“创平安文明和谐校园，办家长、社会满意学校”作为平安创建工作的目标，坚持“严”字当头，“细”字入手，“关口前移，重心下移”的原则，抓宣传、抓落实、抓创新，积极推行安全帮包责任制，形成了层层担责任，层层抓落实的安全网络体系。被枣庄市政法委、市综治办表彰为“平安枣庄建设”先进集体，被区委、区政府命名为“安全文明单位”，被枣庄市教育局命名为“家长最满意的学校”。

该校社会治安综合治理暨平安创建工作的具体做法是：

加强领导，制定计划。为切实保障学校正常教学秩序，保障学校及周边良好的育人环境，保障师生安全，学校成立了由校长任组长，分管校长为副组长，其他部门负责同志为成员的平安创建工作领导小组，并制定了工作计划。

作为班级一名生活管理员，她总是很热情帮助同学。记得有一天上课时，班上一名女生胃突然疼痛起来，就在旁边同学发现并报告老师的当口，周萱荻已经起身扶起那名女生将她带到教室外透气，并且一趟趟往返于教室，医务室取药、接水;后来还主动给她家长打电话，知道家长赶到学校，她一直都守护在那名女生身边。尽管当时少上了一节课，但她依然很开心，用她的话来说：当别人需要时我帮助了她，我义无返顾。

但这还不是重点：初一时自从定了牛奶，每个班都配备了专门负责领取、调换牛奶的同学。因为周萱荻的热情，这份工作光荣的落在了她的身上，出于对这份工作的热爱，她每天都及时取换牛奶。说句实在话：这份工作非常辛苦!想想看：一个女生要拿那么多牛奶(有时是两大箱，有时甚至是四大箱)，况且每次都得排长队等好长时间才能拿到，怎不叫人感动!记得有一次，周萱荻笑着回到班级，“啪”地一声，重重的牛奶箱落在了课桌上，然后大叫一声：“同志们!发奶了!”逗得大家都笑了起来，她也跟着大家开心的笑了，所有的辛劳仿佛都融化在这笑声里了。正是因为她这种看上去有点二、其实是一种任劳任怨的精神才打动了我，让我感动不已。我们班上订牛奶和没定牛奶的人都不少，要想保证将奶准确的发到每一位订奶同学的手上，对发奶员来说并不容易，但周萱荻通过熟记每学期订奶人名单，基本能保证90%以上的牛奶不发错人，这确实很不容易!

其实在接受这份工作的时候，周萱荻就决定要担负起照顾同学们生活的重任，所以当送来的牛奶发生挤破、弄脏时，她总是无怨无悔的一次次奔波在换奶的路上，只是为了让同学们能喝上放心的牛奶。她就是这样一个只求付出、不求回报的人!
