有一次我听到了一个很危险的事情：在某个学校的一个班里，有一位同学在课间做危险动作，用手撑在桌子上并像荡秋千一样玩，突然上课铃响了，同学们呼啦一声挤进教室，把那名同学撞倒在地，当时就把鼻子和嘴给嗑出血来了。

为了不要再发生这样危险的事，我给大家提几个小建议：课间时，不要在走廊或楼梯上疯打乱闹，做到轻声漫步右侧行；当几个人一起上下楼时，主动站成一竖列；当做操时，全校同学都会下楼，那楼梯上的人就会非常多，这时我们更应该注意不要拥挤，以免跌倒了……我相信，只要同学们都注意一些，我们的校园将变的更加和谐，更加美丽！

NO.1眼保健操

那是星期五的下午，眼保健操的铃声刚刚响起。可班长居然忘了打开教室里的音响，而且还在讲台上做鬼脸：他把眼睛翻到上面去，舌头伸出来，龇牙咧嘴的，真像一个“白眼狼”。

The first day to go to school, I am so nervous, but the moment I see the campus, I feel eased. 发生火灾时，如果被大火围困，特别是被围困在楼上时，在拨打了119报警电话后，我们应千方百计设法自救。如火势不大，可浸湿棉被、毯子等披在身上从火中冲出去。此时，要当机立断，切不可犹豫不决，以免火势越烧越大，错过逃生时机。身处烟雾捂口鼻若被困周围烟雾很大，这可比火更为可怕。因为烟雾中含有大量的有毒有害气体，如果不加防备，就会被有毒有害烟气熏倒，这往往是火灾事故中死亡率最高的原因。如果一定要冲出烟雾区，必须用湿毛巾等捂住鼻嘴，尽可能地猫腰贴地跑出，这样才能减少烟气的吸入量，以免中毒倒下。如果建筑物有避难房、疏散楼梯的，可以先躲进避难房或由疏散楼梯撤至安全地方。如多层建筑物火灾，楼梯已被烧断，或者火势已相当猛烈时，可以利用房屋的老虎窗、阳台、下水管道或其他可以接地牢固的物件逃生。如生命受到威胁，又无逃生之路时，可以用绳索或将床单撕成条状连接起来，一端拴在固定物件上，再顺着绳索或布条滑下。如果万分情急决定跳楼出逃时，可先往地下抛出一些衣物棉被等，以增加缓冲，然后手扶窗台往下滑，以缩小跳落高度，并尽力保持双脚着地，尽可能地保全性命。“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山”。

遵守交通规则这人人皆知，可偏偏有一部分人充耳不闻，视而不见。把遵守交通规则当成儿戏，在我们的日常生活中就有不少人因为出车祸而丧失了性命，他们是平白无故出车祸的吗?不是的，是因为他们没有遵守交通规则而导致的。

在学校里老师反复强调在路上不要并排骑自行车，可是有一部分同学就把老师的话当成了耳旁风，呼得一下早已抛到了九霄云外，后果，可想而知。同学们一定要记住：一失足成千古恨。

我要告诉大家的是：生命是万分之短暂，而且只有一次。所以，大家一定要加倍珍爱生命，更确切的说不热爱生命，就会害己害人害社会……百害而无一利。不论你珍爱生命也好，不珍爱生命也罢，都应有则改之，无则加勉。

常言道：冰冻三尺，非一日之寒，我想只要我们坚持，只要我们努力，大家总有一天会豁然悔悟。

我坚信：疮痍满目的“旧社会”将会一去不复返，而万象更新的“新社会”正迈着矫健的步伐向我们21世纪的青少年走来。

校园中有许多有趣的事，可是有一件让我记忆犹新。

那天，天空是那么可爱，空气是那么清鲜，让我想高歌一曲。

作为篮球队主力一员，枪声一响，我便奋力地向前冲，手用力一伸，迅速地一拐，球便到了我手中，我一个转身，习惯性在地上拍了两下，虎视眈眈地盯着篮筐，两眼溜溜地转着。这时，一个体重如熊，气概如牛，膀大腰粗的人狠狠向我撞来，我机敏地后退了两步，往左一转，便躲过了一劫，并发现对方球员出现漏洞将抛出球，传给了队友，而我健步如飞地来到了三分线内，举起手示意了一下，球便如滚珠一般，传了过来，接着我来了个虎跳正准备投篮，对方球员一跃而上盖了个帽，“砰”的一声，我倒在了地上，昏头昏脑地爬了起来，不行，一定要把球抢回来。我跑起来左摇右摆像是失控的汽车，无法掌握方向，但我依旧咬牙坚持。可一切都晚了!对方进球了!天空突然下起了雨，雷声滚滚仿佛在嘲讽着我们。

第二场比赛开始了我的体力明显下降，走起路来琅琅跄跄，对方球员发现弱点快速抢到了球，我见这情形，大声地吼了一声，好像脚踩风火轮一般，冲了过去，手用力一锤，球打落在地，我像一头豹子似地扑了过去，把球压在胸脯下，在一瞬间用力把球扔了出去，而我脱力倒在了地上，心不断收缩着，我一定要赢，一定给他们点颜色看看!

奋力站起，用一个肩顶了过去，撞掉球，反手一抓，向对方球篮冲击了过去，我站在二分线内，用手虚晃了两下，挑衅着对方，以灵活逼真的假动作绕过了所有防守队员，双脚用力一蹦，双手一举，弹射出了篮球，我全神贯注地盯着篮球，只见他滑过一条完美的弧线，稳稳当当地进了球。“球进了!”我疯狂地呐喊着，早已忘记了这场比赛的疲倦，脸上全是水，不知是汗水还是雨水。

这件校坚持努力令我难忘，是人生中很绚丽的篇章。
