如果发生火灾，要努力使自己保持镇静，以迅速作出判断。如果火势控制不了，在安全地带的人员要通知工作人员赶快撤离，这时生命第一，钱财是身外之物。逃生时应把毛巾用水打湿，多叠几层，蒙住鼻子，匍匐前进，避免吸入有毒气体。在火灾演习中，大于18岁的学生要学会如何使用灭火器，如何戴安全装置。在火灾发生时，校园中的人员分别分成两大队，一队是在火灾发生点外的人员，另一队是已在火灾发生点的人员，每个人要做好自己的工作，有的是灭火工作，使有灭火器和灭火栓。有的是指引疏散工作，需要指引正在房里的人员到达安全地带······

为了不要再发生这样危险的事，我给大家提几个小建议：课间时，不要在走廊或楼梯上疯打乱闹，做到轻声漫步右侧行；当几个人一起上下楼时，主动站成一竖列；当做操时，全校同学都会下楼，那楼梯上的人就会非常多，这时我们更应该注意不要拥挤，以免跌倒了……我相信，只要同学们都注意一些，我们的校园将变的更加和谐，更加美丽！

通过网警叔叔的介绍，我知道了网络是一个丰富多彩的世界，通过网络我们可以查阅资料，聆听音乐，观看电影，动画……但网络同时也有可能是一个大沼泽，一旦沉迷其中，将无法自拔。我们还了解到几个由于沉迷网络而引发的案件，而且犯罪的人还是未成年人。

网络，这个庞大的交流平台已经渐渐地普及了，我们工作，学习，娱乐都已经离不开网络，比如：网上购物，发表文件，查阅资料等等。正所谓‘打开窗纱进来苍蝇’一些不良信息，暴力游戏等也陆续在网上出现。

相当初，我也曾经迷恋过网络游戏，每天都拿上网和写作业与妈妈讨价还价，一想到玩游戏，我就会不顾一切，连我做为一个学生最起码的责任都会抛之脑后，遭到拒绝时甚至还会大吵大闹冲撞家人。今天听了网警叔叔的一番讲解，我才恍然大捂，因为网络游戏，我不仅耽误了学习还亵渎了亲情，这一切都是游戏惹的祸。

网络，这个让人欢喜让人忧的东西，今后我一定要好好把握，正确使用，让它发挥出最大的能力。

今天我学习了安全教育，感慨很多，收获也很多，体会也很多，也更加深刻地体会到了校园安全的重要性。我个人认为加强校园的安全工作最主要的是要做好以下三个方面的工作：

一、制度保证措施必须到位

1、要建立安全保卫工作领导责任制和责任追究制。由学校党总支书记、校长负责，将安全保卫工作列入各有关处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。

2、签订责任书。学校与处室和班主任层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。学校还要与学生家长签订了安全责任书，明确了家长应做的工作和应负的责任。将安全教育工作作为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

3、不断完善学校安全保卫工作规章制度。建立学校安全保卫工作的各项规章制度，并根据安全保卫工作形势的发展，不断完善充实。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制度，以及学生管理、门卫值班、巡逻值班、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、防火安全管理、体育器材检查、健康体检等规章制度。严禁私自组织学生集体服用药品和保健品，严禁学生参加商业性庆典活动，严禁组织学生从事不符合国家有关规定的危险性工作，严禁教师个人利用假期(日)私自带学生外出，在校外开展的社会实践活动要坚持就近、徒步原则。对涉及学校安全保卫的各项工作，都要做到有章可循，违章必究，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

4、建立学校安全意外事故处置预案制度。学校建立事故处置领导小组，制定了意外事故处置预案制度。

二、加强对师生的安全教育，培养自护能力

要确保安全，根本在于提高安全意识、自我防范和自护自救能力，抓好安全教育，是学校安全工作的重中之重。学校要以安全教育周为重点，经常性地对学生开展安全教育，特别是抓好交通、大型活动等的安全教育。

1、认真做好安全教育周工作。学校安全教育周要以"校园安全"为主题，在安全教育周期间，学校要组织学习安全教育工作文件，对校内易发事故类型、重点部位保护、工作薄弱环节、各类人员安全意识与安全技能等方面，开展深入全面的大检查，消除隐患，有针对地扎实地开展教育和防范工作。

2、开展丰富多彩的安全教育活动。利用班会、团队活动、活动课、人防课、学科渗透等途径，通过讲解、演示和训练，对学生开展安全预防教育，使学生接受比较系统的防溺水、防交通事故、防触电、防食物中毒、防并防体育运动伤害、防火、防盗、防震、防骗、防煤气中毒等安全知识和技能教育。还利用学校广播、黑板报、悬挂横幅、张贴标语等宣传工具及举行主题班会、讲座、安全征文与知识竞赛等形式开展丰富多彩的安全教育。学校要积极推行一周安全提醒，学校利用周前会议和周一升旗活动时间，小结上周安全工作，强调安全事项。通过公开信，增强家长的安全意识。通过教育提高广大学生的安全意识、安全防范能力和自我保护能力。

3、提倡走读学生步行上学，对学生骑车上学情况进行清查，严禁学生骑“三无”(无刹车、无铃、无牌照)自行车上学。

三、加强检查，消除隐患，及时整改

学校要经常开展安全大检查。每学期开学以后，学校把安全教育工作作为重点检查内容之一，每学期学校的安全大检查至少要达到二到三次，要重点检查学校的水、电、小卖店、学生宿舍、食堂、防火器材、校园周边环境等一切存在安全隐患的地方，发现问题要及时采取措施，限期整改，必有达到学校和上级规定的安全标准，保障全体教师和学生的生命安全和身心健康。

Many years ago, some scholars were strongly against the certification of

English test that was a must for a student to get the degree. So some colleges

canceled the rules. But recently, The Chinese first class university announced

that swimming skill is necessary for degree. It has been the hot issue, then

many people give their opinions.

On the one hand, some people are favorable of this regulation, because

swimming skill is really important. Most of the accidents happened in the river.

The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

take the swimming class as the regular lesson. So almost every foreign kid can

swim, which is the basic skill.

On the other hand, some people argue that even the student can’t swim, they

can’t be denied by lacking the swimming skill. They need the degree to find a

I think that school should open the class for students to learn swimming

skill. If they fail, they still can make up by learning other lesson. The degree

Secondly,we should ask ourselves and our relatives and friends to walk instead of riding or driving if possible,when the time is no enough,we must try to take a bus rather than drive a car.More vehicles will of course cause more traffic problems.Thats my ideas,I hope it is acceptable.

As we know, many people favor theidea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’snot true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonderif my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts,including study, student activities, library and the others.

我们知道，很多人认为大学生活是自由、舒适的，但我想说这不是真的。事实上，我的大学生活是如此的忙碌，以至于我都不知道我的能量是否足够。至于我的大学生活，我把它分为四个部分，包括学习，学生活动，图书馆和其他的。

Firstly, I want to talk about thestudy. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received theletter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I makeup my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatlyconvinced that knowledge can change my life. Our university have a bad campus security problem I think.There is so much thieve in our campus,one of my schoolmate had already been stolen three bicycle,for more convenience in campus,he cannot help but bought anyother second hand bicycle.they go to the emplacement bridge for second hand bicycle,and the crabman there find more bikes for selling,and then people who lost the bicycle go there for another,then they stolen more, then come into being avicious circle that will never be end. I am not a brave girl, I am afraid of losing face in front of my friends

and parents, so I always let the chance go and refuse to try. Once, I have a

chance to take a performance in the Christmas show, but thinking about if I

performed badly, all my friends would laugh at me, so I gave up the chance. But

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

在学校里，我想每个人或多或少都会有些小委屈。今天，我就来写一写学校里的那些事。

NO.1眼保健操

那是星期五的下午，眼保健操的铃声刚刚响起。可班长居然忘了打开教室里的音响，而且还在讲台上做鬼脸：他把眼睛翻到上面去，舌头伸出来，龇牙咧嘴的，真像一个“白眼狼”。

有几个调皮捣蛋的人，见接下来这节是音乐课，便放开胆子调皮了起来。这可苦了其他学生，本来就很小的铃声，再加上吵闹声，几乎听不到眼保健操的节奏了。有些学生数着节拍做，还有些学生干脆不做了。

下课后，只见班长向办公室跑去。“不会是去说眼保健操的事吧。”我心里直打鼓。果然，最后一节课，老师把我们好好地批评了一顿。

NO.2被连累

我们班有个规定，组长要督促别人订正错误卷子。恰恰我们组

有个考试只能考六七十分的人，可苦了我这个数学组长。每次教她订正数学卷子时，我都想发火。可是不订正完又不能回家。每次考完试，我几乎都得陪她一起订正，我们几乎都是最后离开的。这位同学，你的分再不高点都对不起我。

NO.3交作业

老师的心思有时谁也猜不透，第一节课，组长们都要相互问一下：“作业要不要交?”有时候作业交去了，老师偏偏说发下去，等下评讲。老师，下一次如果是讲评作业，能不能提前说一声呀!

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

打开“我的电脑”，点击“拨号网络”，伴随着56k的猫的“滋滋哑哑”的声音，我又步入浩瀚无边的网络。

你们也许会说我是一个被网络俘虏的不良少年，因为报上大串大串地登载着有关网络的“绯闻”，而且常常是危言耸听：“上网青年容易堕落！”不由你不心跳加快。可我却不这么认为：每件事物都有好有坏，当人们只看到坏的一面时，也应当想想好的一面。

以前刚触网时，我还是一只“菜鸟”，一只站立在一棵秃树上的“菜鸟”。我一点也不知道网络的奥秘，但一触网就发现世界上最慢的东西不是乌龟，不是蜗牛，更不是什么树獭，而是浏览器窗口下那根似死非死的蓝线。我费了九牛二虎之力申请了一个oicq号后，就开始聊天，

其他的什么都不敢动，更不敢动“高消费”的网页（被老爸知道后要挨扁的）。第一次上网就是如此的“憨包”！

现在，我已从一只憨笨的“菜鸟”变成了一只羽翼丰满的金凤凰，常常在网上“横冲直闯”而又能逢凶化吉，一路欢歌，偶尔也会去一些网站冲浪下载。当然，每次结账单上的数目也是触目惊心（那时少不了老爸的一顿训）。而每次总担心被人“黑”的我，现在还成了一只“黑鸟”——黑客（少不了夸张一点，上网的鸟们都是这样）。

记得上次我正和一个名叫“北京女孩”的网友聊天时，一个粗野的男人侵入了我的“陌生人名单”。一进来就破口大骂，简直就像读书甚少的张飞。由于我当时是在网吧上网，“黑客”的工具如炸弹、ip显示器、木马等统统在家，无法教训他，只好给那小子发了个信息：“兄台，有本事下午两点再来！”这小子竟回复道：“等你这只没拔完毛的‘菜鸟’！”我真是火冒三丈，敢如此对我撒野，气得我大拍桌子，不想竟招来了网吧老板，他问我是否有病，我只有傻笑着离去，算是躲过了一场灾难。

下午一点多，我早早将所有“武器”装备完毕，只等那个“秃驴”来赴约。两点多后，那小子终于露面了，一上来就吼道：“你小子一个人单刀赴我的‘鸿门宴’，看老子不整死你。”紧接着一场不见硝烟的战争开始了。还真没想到这小子的防火墙十分坚固，我始终难以攻下，只好使出“必杀技”——中国小男孩，这是根据当年轰炸日本的那两颗原子弹仿造的，我也要将这个作为“网络战争结束”的标志。单击“攻击”后我独自大笑：就他？还想和我斗，也不掂量一下自己的分量。突然屏幕上出现“由于对方的防火墙的反弹，现在已将文件置入你的电脑中”。我傻了！这小子还真有两下子。后来才知道导致我失败的两大原因：一是我的网络技术太烂，二是我忘了安装防火墙。我只有重新安装，可是硬盘被格式化了，我的oicq号也被盗了。唉！我只有自叹：技不如人。于是，我努力学习上网技术，我发誓我一定要成为一个黑坛坛主！

当然，在我游遍了intemet的“大街小巷”之后，在我尽情地免费参观一次次画展之后。甚至在我不费吹灰之力就能将一张张名画“带”回家之后，我越来越觉得成不成黑坛坛主并不重要，重要的是我能在网上游览世界风光，到达任何一个我想去的地方。上次我就一帆风顺地围绕地球瞎逛了一圈，这要是让麦哲伦知道他痴迷追求的东西，我一下就办到了，他不气活才怪呢。我越来越喜欢上网时的天马行空，那才有大侠的风度呢。如果没什么事‘我便会去一些公共论坛，在bbs上神侃，有时会遇上一些陌生人，不管男女老少，我都会和他们侃大山。运气好的话，会遇到同龄人，我们一起抨击时弊，大谈学校教育和家庭教育的弊端，也会互相鼓励，然后一起去“冲浪”，真是爽到心上了。上网上久了，眼睛度数直线下降。电话单上的rmb却是直线上升，真是涨得惨不忍睹。最后老爸拿起“家法”，老妈拿起“皮鞭”来禁止我上网，可我仍无悔改之意，我对上网还是一“网”情深，因为网络太神奇，太美妙了！

就这样，网络已逐渐进入我的世界，与我的生命紧紧相连。我漫步在网络的原野上，感受来自异国他乡的缕缕清风。信息时代的来临，更吸引我努力地探索未知的世界，我愿意走进网络的天地，去实现我驰骋世界的梦想，因为我已离不开网络世界。
