On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

direction. Among these changes, the air pollutions resulting from a huge number

of automobiles and coal-burning is almost the severest. The severe air pollution

alarms humans of the heavy load we have exerted on Earth by our insatiable

production and usage of automobiles. However, with the deepening of

urbanization, more cars are needed, which will make the air pollution worse.

Therefore, the following actions should be taken. First, we should apply the

most cutting-edge technologies in order to adopt new forms of energy as

substitutes for fossil fuels. Second, try hard to develop possible

transportation means, which are enviromental friendly. So that the citizens can

reduce the dependence on cars. In short, our humans should take responsibilities

for the air pollution and have to find ways to solve this problem.

因此，我们要杜绝“三无”产品，不要为了一丝贪欲而把自己的健康抛之脑后;不要为了饱一下“口福”而用自己前程做赌注;不要为了一时之快而拿自己的生命开玩笑。要知法、学法、懂法，让法律成为我们手中一把锋利的宝剑，将安全隐患一刀斩断。让法律这盏红绿灯，在你心中，在我心中，在亿万人心中!永远划出分明的是非界线。

早早地去了集合地点等待了，听着医生在给我们讲授培训知识，无意间知道了一个她的亲身经历，高校的学生，很多都喜欢打篮球，其中不乏有些近乎痴迷的人，他们也会每天都训练，其实这项运动再普通不过了，也的确能达到很好的锻炼效果，但是意外却总是不会给你任何征兆的，一个小伙子打得累了，就跟他的同伴说："你们先打，我去旁边歇会儿"。便在一旁蹲下了，紧张的肌肉突然放松，似乎没有的支撑点，就顺势倒了下去，同学们都惊慌失措，不知该怎么办，只得拨打了学校的急救电话，等到校医赶到时已经是十分钟以后的事儿了，除了立刻进行心肺复苏，就只有送往大医院了，然而结果也只能是遗憾。

differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion

connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as

Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout

most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East

Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into

the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the

mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained

adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural

legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western

cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups.

Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family.

Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas

population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic

minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur

peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities

do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over

a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

the central government has increased investment in minority areas and

accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge

of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups

possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority

customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of

Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the

development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers,

and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups

resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and

checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as

worried.

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new

全国企事业单位对安全生产工作愈加重视，各职能部门及企业内部定期不定期组织相关的安全生产管理培训和学习，让我受益良多，从事建筑工作5年，多年现场工作所见所闻，或实际参与安全方面的管理经验，对建筑行业现场安全生产管理工作有两点感想：

一是我认为现场安全生产事故的产生存在以下3点原因。第一、安全管理人员或相关管理人员的安全管理工作不到位，部分安全管理制度未彻底落实贯彻，安全管理麻痹大意，导致安全生产工作存在一定安全隐患;第二、生产人员作业过程中存在侥幸心理，不能完全遵守安全生产制度或不服从管理人员的安全管理指示，导致部分安全生产管理防范措施无法在生产一线贯彻实施，直接导致安全事故的发生;第三、部分安全防护设施、设备老旧、破损，作业人员未意识到隐患存在，管理人员未及时发现或发现后未及时采取措施，导致设备不能达到相应的防护功能，在安全事故发生时，无法有效的防护或减弱事故的破坏力。

二是我认为安全生产管理工作我们应做到以下3点。第一、强化管理人员的责任意识，明白安全生产管理工作在实际生产过程中的重要性，安全工作是一个动态的管理过程，我们的管理人员要做到多巡查、多检查，发现问题要及时处理和报告，防患于未然，不能因为因为一个螺丝松动，一个扣件缺失，一个警示标示脱落就忽略他将造成的破坏力，安全事故的产生往往起源于一个微不足道的细节，我们要做到将安全隐患扼制在萌芽中，减少后续的管理和处理成本;第二、充分利用民工夜校，播放安全事故发生后造成的影响和损失(财产、人身等)，对不遵守安全操作制度的个人必须进行教育和处理，对安全制度落实优良班组进行表扬和奖励，从切身利益出发，向一线作业工人进行安全宣传，生命逝去是亲人的痛苦，是自身的损失，是对家庭的不负责，事后再多的补偿不能弥补亲人的伤痛，不能挽回自身失去的健康、生命，让他们明白生命高于一切，健康才是美好明天的资本;提高安全一线作业人员的安全生产意识，才能有效落实各项安全生产管理制度，才能让各项管理制度和安全防护设备起到应有的作用，这也是安全生产工作中杜绝安全事故的最后一道防线;第三、加大安全生产措施费的投入和使用，确保各项防护措施完善，这样才能在事故发生时有限的保障生产工人的生命、财产安全，才能有限的减少公司的经济、声誉损失。

总之，安全生产重于泰山，安全生产才是企业运作的连接线，只有落实安全生产才能让分公司蓬勃发展。

Spring Festival is my favourite festival. This years Spring Festival is in

February 8th. On New Years Eve, everyone will wear new clothes. My parents and

I will go to the Grandpa and grandmas home to eat Nian Yefan. This is the

tradition of our family. At the dinner table, my grandmother will prepare a lot

of dishes for us to cook hot pot. These dishes are very delicious. Everyone ate

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

朝左看，那是我们的操场。我们的操场不大，一分多钟就可以走完一圈。操场上的红绿相间的塑胶跑道，非常有动感。跑道旁种着几棵玉兰树，栽着几棵含苞待放的樱花树，挺立着几棵还算茂盛的大樟树。操场角落还摆放着几张乒乓球桌，有些乒乓球桌已经掉漆了。桌上的球网已经破损。每周四只要天气好，我们就会来操场跳绳，练长绳“8”字跳。刚开始，我一个也不会跳，慢慢地，我学会了，跳成功的次数也越来越多啦!

我沿着楼梯向上走，走到四楼就是我们的教室。教室里东西不多：一块粘贴板，一个讲台，几台电扇，一块黑板，一个书柜。教室里，天天有我们的身影。早晨，我们在教室里早读。中午我们在教室里吃午餐，在教室里写作业。其他时间，我们在教室里不是上课就是玩耍。

every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too

many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I

have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people

regard mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day.

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

time.

When we are little, we are eager to grow up, so that we can break free of

parental discipline even leave them far. Since we were a little child, we have

to be governed by teachers in school and endure parent’s ramble at home. These

are our growing pains. Besides, study, friendship, sometimes campus romance may

trouble us. However, as we grow up, we gradually find that things mentioned

above are not pains at all. There are much more serious things brother us. For

example, we may be less sensitive to the simple happiness and loss them

gradually. It’s hard for us to laugh from our heart. Moreover, we are in the age

that we are eager to grow up but afraid to grow up either. The ambivalence

afflicts us a lot. However, no matter what happens in our growth, they are parts

of our lives. We must accept them actively and do not let the pains prevent us

from happiness.
