视频中讲了很多关于学校消防安全的知识，其中让我印象最深刻的是我们应该如何保护自己，远离危险。遇到火灾时，我们应该用湿毛巾或者湿衣服捂住鼻子和嘴巴。如果身上不小心着火了，千万不能到处乱跑，要马上倒在地上打滚，把火扑灭。另外，18岁以下的少年儿童不能参加灭火行动。所以我们遇到火灾时，一定要马上跑到安全的地方，再打火警电话119求救。先保证自己的安全。
看了这些，我觉得应该普及消防知识。让大家都关注消防，提高消防意识，防患于未然。我们也要从自己做起，从身边的小事做起，不要玩火，因为火灾实再太无情了。
