今天老师跟我们上了一节关于消防知识的教育课，我感触很深!俗话说得好“防患于未然”若我们在平时日常生活中掌握正确的用电，用火等规范，火灾是可以减少发生的。

前几年，我镇一家有名的咖啡馆就是因为电线的问题，而导致悲剧发生;去年我镇樟洋工业区内一家小店晚上着火，至使楼上住户无法幸免!!!!这些一个个血的教训，时刻提醒着我们：消防一刻也不能松懈，它应像呼吸一下融入到我们的生活，成为一种良好的习惯!!!!

“我问同学们一个问题：如果火灾发生了， 大家是应先顾命，还是先顾钱?”老师提了一个问题。

“先顾命!”有的说。

“先跑到安全的地方，留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。”有的同学打起比喻来。大家争先恐后的回答。

老师又问了一句话：是顾自己的命，还是大家的生命?同学们安静了下来。老师讲了一个故事。我们就称故事的主人翁王叔叔吧。一天，王叔叔正在书店看书，突然听到有人叫“着火了，快跑!!”只见浓烟来杂着刺鼻的异味，向人们袭来。很多人都惊慌失措向外面冲去，一时间，书店乱做一团。王叔叔见状，大声喊道：大家不要慌，不要挤，慢慢来!趴下身子。!!可是在那么乱的情况下，谁还听得到别人说什么?就连王叔叔也被拥挤的人群身不由已的带到外面。天空飘着阵阵浓烟，身边一个个凌乱的脚步，在撕裂着王叔叔的心。他一回头又跑向书店，可是小小的书店门被害怕的人群挤得水泄不通。他只好大声叫着：大家低下头，尽量少呼吸，排队出来。上还有人吗?火越烧越大，书店门口的人也不多了，似乎书店里的人都安全了，可是王叔叔还在门口大声地喊：里面还有人吗?——————忽然，响起阵小小的，细细的，哭泣的声音：我找不到妈妈了。有人在他身后怯怯的说。一回头，只见一个小女孩睁着一对害怕和恳求的眼睛。王叔叔看了看被浓烟吞噬着的门口，毅然冲进火海。结果，小女孩的妈妈得救了，可是王叔叔却也没能站起来。

若我们大家在平时尽量避免与火接触，火灾就会少发生。我们遇到类似的事情，大家能够运用知识，不拥挤，排队尽量弯腰，低头，找到呼吸器。也许就可以避免悲剧的发生。

“知识守护生命!”让我们大家一起增进消防知识，避免火灾发生，若发生火灾采取正确，科学的方法，维护生命!

经过这件事后，校长马上通知所有学生到篮球场集合，告许同学们着件事，并警告同学们不要做爬栏杆等危险的事，还加强了记律呢!

所以，我们不要做危险的事。因为我们只想要一个给我们带来欢笑的校园，并不想要一个给我们带来小意外的校园!!!

时光流逝，来去之间又是怎样的勿匆啊!转眼之间，第6个盛夏来临。在这个夏天，我们就要离开母校了，像似终点而又似起点。母校，是我梦开始的地方，但是举手投足之间，又变成了一份珍藏于心中的情感，我舍不得我的小学校园，它陪伴了我六年，我相信，这个“梦”开始的地方，无论过了多久，都会被我刻骨铭心的地印在时光的钟表里，永不磨灭。

这个充满鸟语花香的校园，无论哪一个角落，都充满了我浓浓的回忆。校园里的操场，是我认为校园里最美丽的地方。漫步在操场，路旁栽满了芒果树，时不时在从树上掉下几个芒果，就像一个个天真可爱的孩子长大了，就离开了大树妈妈的怀抱，到地上玩耍。阳光穿过密密麻麻的树叶，如金子一般洒在了叶子上。操场上一道深，一道浅，好似一幅泼墨的风景画。看，跑道!我站在起跑线上，眺望着长长的跑道，老师的哨子声仿佛在我耳边回响，体育节与同学们一起在奔跑的情景历历在目。跑累了，不妨停下脚步，伴随着朗朗读书声与这个校园一起学习。微风拂过脸颊，身旁仿佛仍坐着同窗6年的同学，一起谈天说地，可时间终将会使这些化作泡影。同学们终将会像那一朵朵蒲公英，跟着风的脚步，飘到每一个不同的地方。我试着让自己的心情平复下来，可同学不在了，可老师也不在身旁了……我想把我想说的，埋在一个角落，将它永远藏在校园深处。待到多年之后，41位同学和老师一起在这昔日的校园里相遇。可是不知那时，校园是否还是当初的模样，启蒙老师们是否还在这校园里继续任教。待到那一天，长大成人的同学们是否会重新拿起篮球，继续在母校的土地上展现轻盈的脚步呢……

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

Remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.

Make sure your children know how to correctly stop, drop, and roll and feel confident in the fact that it works. It smothers the fire and deprives it of oxygen, which puts out the flames.

The usual response to clothing catching on fire is to run around and flail about wildly, which only exposes the fire to more oxygen and feeds the flames. Your children should also know to touch door handles before opening the door to see if they are hot. If they are, it means that theres a fire in the next room, and they should leave the door closed and find another route out of the house.

Make sure your children understand that they should never play with lighters or matches. Fires started by playing with these things are the leading cause of fire-related injuries in children under five years old.

Many children are fascinated by lighters and matches and want to experiment with lighting things on fire to see what happens. Hide lighters and matches in your home and keep them out of the reach of your children in order to cut down on the temptation. Make sure all flammable liquids such as gasoline and lighter fluid are securely stored out of the reach of your kids.

Do regular fire drills to practice your evacuation plan so that your family knows what to do in an emergency. Make sure everyone knows all the possible exit points of the house that they can use; a fire in your home will be a chaotic situation, and its best to make sure all members of your family know your evacuation plan well enough so that it is second nature and they dont have to waste time thinking if a fire starts. Quick, determined response to a fire will save your family members lives.

最近学习了国家电网公司近期下发的安全事故通报，通报中暴露出的问题能够说差不多，都是因为工作负责人职责心不强，作业班人员作业不负职责，粗心大意，不按规章制度、作业流程作业，忽视安规及操作程序所造成的事故。惨痛的教训让我意识到安全才是工作的重中自重，要不断坚持“安全第一、预防为主”的方针，把安全始终放在一切工作的首位。结合自我的实际情景，我谈几点体会：

1、我明白安全生产不是口号，是我们人身安全唯一保障，不能因为以前的安全就忽略了以后的危险。时刻把“三不伤害”切实落实到实际工作中，努力提高自我的安全意识;安全不能只是空话，更重要的是我们要牢记于心，并提高自我的警惕性。我们直接与电打交道，这就注定了我们的工作是很特殊、很危险的，习惯性违章是安全工作的敌人。

2、全规程是用事故和鲜血写成的，是针对我们所从事的工作而制定编写的，所以我们都必须掌握并严格遵守。“两票三制”是我们安全的堡垒，我们即使为了加快检修工作效率，也绝不能违背规章制度而无票工作、搭票工作。要服从指挥、听从调度，如果没有安全生产措施为武器、如果没有严格的指挥，松松散散、各自为战、不服从指挥，就很有可能造成自伤、误伤事故，甚至发生群死群伤的恶性事故，同时造成不可估量的经济损失。

3、电力事业是个充满危险的工作，但只要掌握电力运行规律、时刻坚持安全生产的警惕性，防微杜渐，认真对待每一次工作任务，做到三个百分百：即有票工作百分百、填写正确率百分百、严格执行率百分百，就能有效防止违章作业。

4、三件事故充分暴露出来的问题是：“违章，麻痹，不负职责”，三违行为就是野蛮行为，不树立牢固的安全意识，只图省事、快当、存绕幸心理，怕麻烦，这就是事故发生的必然。

5、作业人员严重的违章，是导致事故发生的主要原因，不验电不挂接地线，无安全措施保障的情景下就作业，严重违反《安全工作规程》和保障安全的技术措施，这也是事故发生的必然。

6、制度的缺失，管理的缺位。严不起来，落实不下去，执行力差，并且在检查中只报喜不报忧，平时对设备管理又不到位消缺又不及时，确定缺陷又不准确，日常巡检工作又不认真，致使存在不安全的因素而导致事故的发生。

7、风险管理流于形式，有章不循，有规不遵，工作浮躁，作业人员现场操作不按要求执行，危险点控制措施虚设。

8、在工作中安全管理制度和安全措施未落实，工作人员安全意识，安全学习流于形式。经过学习我们反思很多、很多，我们应当深刻地吸取教训，对照《安全工作规程》，结合我们公司的安全生产实际和安全生产规章制度，在今后的工作中加强安全技术培训和反事故演练，对设备进行全过程管理，认真学习事故通报，努力提高我们的业务技能和安全意识。做到安全无小事，筑牢防线，长抓不懈，警钟长鸣，为公司的安全生产工作做好、做实，作出新的成效。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

环境保护

现在校园危险事件频频发生，从踩踏事件到食物中毒;从校园暴力到触电而死。哪一个死了人不痛心?

比如踩踏事件。湖南有一校园，就发生了踩踏事件。报纸上说学校9时10分下晚自习，而9时30分就熄灯。学生们急着往回跑，就发生了事故。这件事是校方的责任还是学生们的责任?当然是校方的责任。只有20分钟，来不及洗脸刷牙等一些事，不发生踩踏事件才怪呢?所以一定要有好的时间安排才能安全。

再来看食物中毒。在陕西一所小学，早晨学校给每名学生一包牛奶，刚上课一会儿，同学们纷纷喊着肚子疼，都被送往了医院。还有一些学校的食堂，饭菜不干净，白菜萝卜上都有发黑的霉点;同学们还以为是炒黑的葱呢!吃完后都被送进了医院。还有两位高大的男同学，他们饭量大，吃得多，导致了死亡。多么可怕的食堂啊!

校园暴力的事也很多。报道上说小同学不小心碰了大同学的脚，大同学一拳打在小同学的脑袋上，小同学倒在了楼梯上，头下全是血。多么可怕的事呀!在另一个学校里，一男孩打了一女孩重重地几拳，女孩立马死了。她的父亲是个农民，拿个镐就来了，一下子打在男孩头上，男孩也死了。女孩的父亲坐牢了，真是好可怜，都是些鸡毛蒜皮的小事造成了严重的后果。校园暴力的事太多了，真不好。

校园触电事件更是多得不能再多，让人害怕至极。2010年9月7号晚，一个学校的女生在校园散步，经过路灯下时，因为路灯漏电，女生触电而死，无人相救。本应该早救出送去医院，但没有人来救这位女生，一名花季少女就这样没了。我们不应该好好想想，这样的学校要上吗?这样的事情真让人后怕!

我们学校比其他学校要做得好。为了预防可怕的自然灾害——地震，我们每周四都要演疏散演习。只要警报一响，不管在干什么都要躲到桌子下，十秒后才迅速跑出教室，站成一列纵队，有秩序地跑出教学楼。我们上学放学时都戴着一个安全帽——小黄帽。它那显眼的黄色，好像在警示司机叔叔：不要老想着冲过去 ，我们的安全更重要!学校还规定不让早到校，不要在课间打闹，不玩危险的游戏，下雨天也不能带雨伞，只能穿雨衣等……

只要我们保护好自己，把校园安全记心中，危险终会远离你!

It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.

Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

Honesty is long-lasting virtue of people all over the world. Likewise, it

is also one of the deeply-held values of the Chinese people. Some people believe

that in the market economy, honesty tends to be obsolete. In my opinion, honesty

will never be out of date no matter what the situation might be.

Firstly, honesty has been treasured and honest people have been respected

through history in all parts of the world. People everywhere would regarded

honesty as a virtue and hate a dishonesty person. Secondly, honesty is the basis

of interactions among people. People should treat each other sincerely and open

their hearts to each other. Only in this way can the relationship among the

people be natural. Thirdly, in the market economy, some people try to get more

money at the cost of honesty. To them, a best businessman is one who can cheat

most tactfully. Even in this kind of society, honesty is deeply valued by most

people.

see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and

these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals

in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of

校园安全我从来也不知道，也很少听别人说，但从几件事例中，使我知道了一些校园安全知识。
