Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. Due to sensitivity to that kind of tinned food, I escaped that suffer. At that time, my mind went blank. I dialed the emergency number with my trembling hand, therefore they were quickly sent to hospital. 老师说， 4 月 28 日，在广东省一所小学，一名男子冲进校园，持刀砍伤 15 名学生和 1 名教师; 4 月 29 日，在江苏省一所幼儿园 , 一男子持刀行凶，有 29 名儿童被砍伤; 4 月 30 日，山东省一所小学，歹徒冲进校园，用铁锤打伤 5 名学前班学生。在 3 天的时间内竟然发生了 3 起校园血案，我听了，吓出了一身冷汗，这学校也太危险了。可是，在白集小学的这几年里，我也没见出过什么大事啊，老师们按部就班地工作，同学们紧张而快乐地学习。不行，我得好好转转看看这学校，别以后真出什么事。

先看这校舍，没问题啊。听说学校又要盖新楼了，为了安全，现在我们连晚上的学习活动都取消了，所以，校舍不用担心。

功能用房呢?都是整整齐齐的，门窗开关也很正常。瞧，灭火器一直都在墙角待命呢!

操场?这儿非常宽广， 400 米的跑道，一块砖头也找不到啊。

伙房?卫生很干净，从没见伙房的师傅卖过三无产品。另外，我们老师也三令五申不要买零食。

还有，楼梯?你看，“上下楼梯靠右走”、“走廊内莫追逐打闹”标语赫然醒目。从前几个星期开始，学校就举行了好几次火灾演练和地震演练。同时还规定，要排队进入操场做操，说这样做是为了防止集中时楼梯上人太多太乱，考虑的还真周到。

这时，只见身穿警服的门卫拦住了我，哦，到校门口了。门卫要我出示请假条，说作了登记才可以出去。他们来学校站岗并没几天，可他们还真怪尽职尽责哩。虽然出校门是麻烦了，可校外不明人员进学校不就不那么随便了吗?原先学生家长净随意进入学校，这下我们就不会受到外界干扰了，是个好事。

转了一圈子，实在找不出学校有什么不安全的地方，想必是那些领导和老师早就未雨绸缪了，因为我们班主任就天天强调安全。是啊，如果全校上下一心谋安全，这学校怎能还不安全呢?我终于放心了。

龙小龙学校合唱团演唱了最近的校歌“龙佳”，“杨柳青青，优雅的书声......”每当听到这首歌，我觉得我们美丽的校园。

“柳绿书声，春绿优雅我们相逢。“1—3年级班的绿色雅门前，一排随风起舞的柳树在春天生长，柳枝上长出了一排小骨头，这些小骨头像刚出生的婴儿一样又小又弱，好像要用手一摸就会从树枝上掉下来。

冬天的绿雅楼中，同学们的疯闹明显少了，天冷了，同学们更愿意留在教室里，因为暖和一些，正因如此每天早上路过别的教室，总能听到一阵阵整齐而清脆的朗读声。

我们西隅中心小学的老师们一直以来都非常重视安全工作，无论严寒酷暑，还是刮风下雨，每天都有很多护导教师早来晚走，在校园各处执勤、巡视；校园的走道上，楼梯的拐弯处有“轻声慢步礼让右行”“上下楼梯注意安全”等许多温馨的提示语；另外，学校还专门配备了专业的保安护校。所有的这一切充分说明，学校的领导、老师为了我们同学的安全想得多么周全啊！

校园安全问题涉及面非常广，如交通安全、心理健康安全、消防安全、活动安全等等，要维护校园安全，仅靠学校领导和老师的努力是远远不够的，它更需要的是我们全校一千多名同学的共同努力。

同学，你可曾知道，也许因为你课间随意在走道中奔跑，也许因为你做运动时的不留神，也许你随手扔出的一个小石子、一个饮料瓶，也许你把小商贩出售的不合格食品、玩具带进了校园，我们的校园就多了一份危险，少一份安全。前天下午放学时，因为一个同学把鞭炮带到学校玩，引起了火灾。烧毁了老师停放在停车场的3辆电动车。要不是老师和保安及时扑灭了大火，后果将不堪设想。“安全关系你我他，校园安全靠大家”。在此，我真诚地提醒每一位同学能够努力做到：

1、由于一些人的造假，有不少的三无产品在小商店里出现。值得提醒大家的是，这些食品和玩具的安全没有保障，为了自己的健康，请同学们自觉抵制三无产品，坚决不购买危险的玩具，不携带烟花、鞭炮等易燃易爆物品进校园。

2、课间不追逐、不打闹，上下楼梯靠右行，互相礼让不拥挤，行至拐弯处，要放慢脚步，预防相撞。

3、运动时，要遵守运动规则，注意自我保护；上体育课和课外活动前准备活动要充分，运动时要注意不能剧烈地碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。操场上的体育运动器械，必须在老师的指导、监督下使用。

4、同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静、要理智，一定要自觉遵守校规校纪，千万不能发生同学间打架的事件。同学们自己解决不了的矛盾，一定要寻求老师的帮助解决。

Since I go to middle school, I have to learn many subjects. Though I am not

the best student in class, but I won’t give up. I always tell myself to work

hard, because if I want to compete with other students, I need to make great

effort. People are easy to deny themselves when they face difficulty. If they

fail one time, then they will doubt the effort they have made. Actually, we are

On a sunny holiday, our family unanimously decided to take exercise -

climbing Maanshan! Maanshan ecological park is located in the south of Yangwu

village, Daling mountain. The main peak is 329.2 meters above sea level. It is

of its shape similar to Maanshan. It used to be a quarry. All the stones mined

were transported to all parts of the city as building materials, bringing

home, the village committee decided to close the quarry and invest 5 million

yuan to build it into an ecological park. Now there are Jinling, Qixingling,

At first, I was a living tiger, just like a hungry tiger, flying to the top

of the mountain! The road is getting steeper and steeper, and the fork road runs

across. Its half the way to the top of the mountain. After a long time, the

physical strength is naturally consumed and the knowledge is not much. Im

sweating!! Seeing thousands of houses, cars and pedestrians under my feet, I

secretly encouraged myself: there is still a little way to go, stick to it, and

soon climb to the top of the mountain, dont be discouraged, learn to stick to it

on this road! Only persistence can make people succeed! Time flows silently on

me. I climb to the top of the mountain. I am ecstatic and rush forward in one

breath. Finally climbed to the top of the mountain! Ah! The scenery at the top

of the mountain is so intoxicating and impressive!

As if everything under my feet is my world! The whole village can be seen

clearly. I learned a truth from it, that is: in life, whether it is laid-off, or

encountered difficulties, or be fired and so on. Dont be discouraged. As a human

being, we should learn not to be discouraged in the face of difficulties. In all

kinds of tests of life, just like climbing a mountain, we cant give up halfway,

as long as we stick to it, we will succeed!

As a student, I expect the winter holiday very much, because I don’t have

to go to school every day. So I can sleep and get up late. But this winter

holiday, I am not very happy. I didn’t do well in the final exam. It makes my

parents disappointed. I feel sorry to them. Besides, I got ill the whole winter

holiday. I caught a cold at first and then had a fever. I had to see a doctor

every day. My parents worried much about me. Because of the illness, I didn’t

have a good time during the New Year. Now, I am a little better. I hope I could

be well soon, because the new term is beginning. I don’t want to go to school

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

chat, play mahjong, our children, began playing the fun of firecrackers, there

are all kinds of varieties, "this" and "Scud", "delta ray" and so on, we played

awfully.

I also went to the house to see from time to time and funny TV comic sketch

树牢红线意识、坚守底线思维，真正变“要我安全”为“我要安全”。“人命关天，发展决不能以牺牲人的生命为代价。这必须作为一条不可逾越的红线。”“平安是老百姓解决温饱后的第一需求，是极重要的民生，也是最基本的发展环境。”“不要强调在目前阶段安全事故‘不可避免论’，必须整合一切条件、尽最大努力、以极大的责任感来做好安全生产工作”。惨痛的事实一再表明，大部分事故的背后都伴随着责任的失守，“小病”最终会酿成“大祸”。企业主体责任难落实甚至不落实，是安全生产的难点痛点。抓好企业主体责任落实，也就抓住了防控事故的“牛鼻子”。履行好安全生产第一责任人的责任，关键在于树牢安全发展理念，真正入脑入心，要充分认识到安全才是企业最大的效益，坚决克服麻痹思想和侥幸心理，始终坚持人民至上、生命至上，始终保持如履薄冰、如临深渊的心态，以“零事故、零伤害、零死亡”为目标，把安全生产始终摆在压倒一切的位置来抓，以大概率思维应对小概率事件，把安全生产责任落实到每道环节、每个岗位、每名职工，坚决做到不安全不生产。

坚持关口前移、紧盯问题不放，真正变“被动查”为“主动改”。企业主体责任落实了，安全生产就有了最基础、最有效的保障。企业的安全生产能否落实，主要看主要负责人的推进态度和力度。要牢固树立“隐患就是事故、事故就要处理”的理念，对人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境的不安全因素，进行认真分析排查和整改，做到把问题解决在萌芽之时、成灾之前，从源头上把好安全关口。要深刻认识到安全生产欠下的无论是大账还是小账，都是要命的账，必须摒弃“算小账不算大账、算当前账不算长远账”的念头，舍得安全投入，主动淘汰安全性能低下的落后产能与落后工艺，保障生产经营设施设备、人员调配、工艺技术等达到相应的安全要求，不断提升本质安全水平。要强化制度执行意识，安全生产管理规章制度是用鲜血和沉痛教训写成的，落实安全生产管理规章制度的过程就是珍爱生命的过程，只有人人自觉养成遵章守纪的好习惯、杜绝“三违”行为，才能有效预防各类事故发生。企业高层抓责任制，中层抓执行力，要重视安全生产监管团队建设，加强教育培训，督促员工严格遵守、落实各项安全生产管理规章制度，实现人人熟练掌握岗位标准、人人操作规范。要广泛开展“我是安全吹哨人”“查找身边的隐患”等活动，调动全体职工积极参与安全生产工作。

勇于担当负责、敢于真督实查，真正变“应付了事”为“无事当有事抓”。无数惨痛的安全生产事故警示我们，“形式主义、官僚主义害死人”，这是安全发展之大敌。安全生产，抓和不抓大不一样，重视抓、认真抓和不重视抓、不认真抓大不一样，抓而不紧、抓而不实，就可能酿成大事故。要坚决杜绝表面重视、实际忽视，看起来积极、实际上消极，名义上落实、实际上落空等问题。领导干部要按照“党政同责、一岗双责”要求，带头深下去、细起来、严起来，拿出更多时间深入工地、车间等一线察实情，看最容易出事的工序、看最真实的员工操作，真正把问题看得透、盯得住。各职能部门要坚持“三管三必须”，绝不能浮在面上，一般性地泛泛而抓，而要摆上位置，作为重点工作认真负责地抓，着力消除“看不到、想不到、管不到”的盲区盲点，做到显性问题和隐性问题“双见底”，根治一批安全生产顽瘴痼疾，坚决守住安全底线。要坚决整治安全监管宽松软问题，发扬斗争精神，绝不允许当“老好人”，坚持一视同仁、零容忍的态度，重拳整治、坚决打击，宁听骂声、不听哭声，形成安全生产的强大威慑力。

在志愿者组织中，每一位志愿者都是平等的，大家在人格上，地位上都是平等的，大家为了一个共同的目标走到了一起，可以说是最为亲密的，没有血缘的兄妹!

一个团队，由人组成，根据人的能力必然有了一定的.分工，有的人适合做领导，有的人适合做宣传，而有的人乐于做一个普通的义工工作在第一线。

所谓人尽其才。

才尽其用!这样的团体才能蓬勃发展，蒸蒸日上!若硬是把志愿者依据能力、身份、地位的不同，分出个三六九等，所伤及的怕不只是一个人的情感问题，天长日久，团队的亲和力、凝聚力怕是要大打折扣!倘若志愿者的组成都是些达官显贵，那么志愿者的透明程度，就不得不让世人怀疑了。

虽说有穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下一说，可也并不排除会有一些并不富裕，能力不是很强，却愿意尽自己绵薄之力的人愿意加入这个组织，我想我们也要以一个宽容的心来接纳他们，因为我们的组织是宗旨是志愿、公平、平等!
