Last weekend, I took part in the school trip and went to HouHai lake. It not only made us relax but also brought happiness to us.

在活动开始前，我们班的同学在一起准备游园活动。我和郭婧楠以及刘雅丹一起发游园卷，罗玉凡和朱俊一起画画，准备游

园活动。每一个班级都有一个游戏，我们班的游戏是‘’水上吹珠‘’。

游园活动终于来到了。我们马上在本班排起了长长的队伍。

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

it. These yellow bikes can be found everywhere, so the people who are in a hurry

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

morning, I have two periods for morning reading, Chinese and English, beginning

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, math,

English, physics, chemistry, history and so on. Sometimes, I am afraid of seeing

so many textbooks in my desk. In addition, the contents are much more difficult

than before. Math and physics are the most difficult ones for me. No matter how

hard I work, I still can’t do well in them, which makes me frustrated.

Therefore, in the new beginning, I must change my learning strategies to make my

work more effective. All in all, my new life in new school is good and rich,

though it’s busy.

It is widely noted that lots of traditional culture is disappearing along

with the development of technology. Many ancient architectures and traditional

ways of living have been deserted. It seems that the traditional culture and

craftsmanship will be replaced in this modern era.

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

couldnt keep pace with the development of society. It is the tide of history

that the traditional culture and technology will no doubt be eliminated in the

end.

Create a Green Campus

It is of great importance to make and maintain a green campus in our university or college. Obviously， a growing number of people are beginning to realize that it is our duty to do that in the present days， since the concept of “a green world” has become the focus of the society. The idea of “a green campus” is beyond a green environment. To begin with， the development on the campus is to be sustainable and recyclable. Some of the authorities’ budget should be on how to reduce of the waste. What’s more， we’d better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us. Thus the idea of environmental protection may become a common occurrence in our daily life. It is necessary that effective actions should be taken to protect our campus from waste and pollution， and hence these activities are to play an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. 记得我的朋友说，有一次，她去巡查.来到篮球场,看到有许多同学在玩游戏：有的在跳橡皮筋，有的在打乒乓球,有的在打羽毛球……每个同学脸上都露出了笑脸,都显得十分高兴。突然有一个同学,不知他是兴奋过头,还是想大出风头，竟然用手抓住篮球杆上面横着的那条杆,身子甩来甩去,就像一只灵活的猴子.霎时，同学们都向他投去羡慕的目光，他看见了，就越甩越起劲。甩了十几次后，可能是他太累了，也可能是他手滑，突然重重地摔了下来.那位同学用他的一只手拿起他的另一只手,痛苦地喊：“好痛啊!好痛啊!”老师们立即送他去医院检查，一看，原来是手断了。

经过这件事后，校长马上通知所有学生到篮球场集合，告许同学们着件事，并警告同学们不要做爬栏杆等危险的事，还加强了记律呢!

所以，我们不要做危险的事。因为我们只想要一个给我们带来欢笑的校园，并不想要一个给我们带来小意外的校园!

大家有没有仔细的想过，校园里的人成百上千，排起队来就是一条“龙”，个个都龙腾虎跃。大家在一起就是个大家庭，难道不需要注意安全吗？一个温馨的校园，不只是知识的学堂，还是孩子们健康成长的乐园。

在下课的时候，不要追逐打闹，以免跌倒或相撞。特别是雨天，走廊非常滑，很容易发生事故。不要在楼梯上玩游戏，上下楼梯要靠右走，不推挤。不把楼梯扶手当滑滑梯玩。在发作业的时候，不要把作业扔给同学，一不小心就会打伤眼睛。教室窄小，所以更不能追逐打闹。

上体育课时，前后滚翻、俯卧撑、仰卧起坐等垫上运动的项目，做动作时要严肃认真，不能打闹，以免扭伤。参加篮球、足球等项目的训练时，要学会保护自己，也不要在争抢中蛮干而伤及他人。在这些争抢激烈的运动中，自觉遵守竞赛规则对于安全是很重要的。要在老师的指导下正确使用体育器材，不要乱使用。

平安校园之我见社会发展离不开教育，教育离不开学校。校园安全是学校办学的基石。真可谓学校无小事，处处有安全。我认为，做好以下几点对创建平安校园大有益处：

1.规范安全管理。在学校，同学们每天都有许多应该注意的事项，而做得是否规范，是否符合学校的要求，这对自身的安全很重要。比如：上下楼梯时，应当靠右慢行。不准在楼道上拥挤与喧哗和攀爬扶手。课间活动时间，要多开展健康而有意义的活动，如：跳绳、踢毽子、打乒乓、下象棋等。不准同学们玩不安全的游戏活动，如：在地上滚爬、摔跤、在楼道上追逃等。打扫卫生要注意安全，如：擦玻璃门窗时，不要将身体置于窗外，以防高空坠落的意外发生。教室内的电源插座、电器设备的使用，都需在老师的指导下使用。校内所有的体育器材，未在老师监护下，不得私自玩耍。学生应当在学校食堂就餐，不能到校外的个体摊点买不卫生的食品。

2..加强安全教育。除了老师给我们教育外，还可以聘请公安局、交警大队的叔叔做法制副校长或法制辅导员，定期到学校举办法制讲座，开展安全教育和普法教育。同学们因做到知法、懂法。尤其是可以结合当前青少年犯罪的案例，向同学们讲解造成学生犯错误的原因及预防的有效措施。学校还可以多组织一些安全演练，如：地震火灾逃生演练、防外人侵犯演练等，以提高同学们的自护自救的安全意识和逃生能力。

3.尊重每位学生。不管其家庭背景、学习成绩、行为表现如何，都不应该受学校的歧视，甚至放弃他们。有的同学因为家庭原因，从小行为习惯差，在学校经常打闹，不认真学习。从另一方面来说，其实他们也是受害者。我想，如果他们出生在一个良好的家庭，不用因为跟着父母打工而转来转去的就学，或许这些同学书会读得比我们好。所以，我认为老师和学校也要为这些同学的茁壮成长创造良好的条件，使他们在德、智、体、美等各方面都有进步。

4.加强安全力量。现在，我们的学校比以前又有了许多新的变化，比如：学校有许多平安校园之我见电子监制设备，每所学校又配备了辅警力量。但是，我觉得还不够，最好让我们在学校周边都能够看到警察叔叔的身影。要是我们上学期间，随时都能看到有警察在我们身边，就像飞机场里一样那么安全，那该是一件多么让我们高兴的事呀!这样，我们再不需要担心坏蛋、不法分子来学校做坏事了。

当然，建设平安校园的办法还有很多很多，需要社会各界和学校共同努力。我想，只有大家都来重视平安校园的建设，才能让我们的校园洋溢着欢乐的笑声!

I think everyone likes weekend. Because it’s time for relax and fun. Now I

want to talk about my weekend.

I often spend Saturday for fun. Such as playing basketball with my friends,

watching movies and TV shows, having a trip with family and so on. And I always

spend Sunday for homework and have some rest. Sometimes I visit my grandparents

with my parents. It’s very interesting to visit them.

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

将常态化执法监管作为抓安全生产的工作主线，防止一些企业出现管理制度与日常管理“两张皮”现象。首先，要不断提升安全生产监管队伍专业水平，打造一支素质过硬、业务精湛的安全生产监管执法队伍。积极开展安全生产精准执法，切实规范综合行政执法行为，提高执法队伍的执法能力和服务水平。其次，积极落实安全生产信息化管理建设，依托智慧安全监管信息平台，将信息技术、智能技术融入到安全生产监管工作中，把大数据和信息管理结合起来，保证安全检查的准确和可靠。安全检查不仅要查得出“病源病灶”，也要开得出“治病方子”。要落实好源头管控，对日常安全检查发现的各类问题，及时安排专业人员进行科学论证，以踏石留印、抓铁有痕的韧劲，落实安全生产问题整改方案和工作措施。

把安全意识融入日常，在居安思危中筑起安全人心墙。

安全生产重在“入行”，更重在“入心”“入脑”。各级政府应加强对企业安全生产政策、法律法规的宣传，督促企业牢固树立安全发展的理念。保证企业在日常运营中，能吃透精神、准确理解、精准运营，认真执行安全生产管理理念，并贯穿到企业生产全过程，积极推动企业高质量发展和高水平安全良性互动。安全生产人人都是主角，没有旁观者。对待企业员工，要普及并累积安全生产知识，加强安全生产知识培训与考核，督促员工严格按照企业相关规章制度开展生产工作;对待普通群众，要提升公众安全防患意识，积极采取线上、线下相结合方式，引导公众学习应急救护知识，日常安全防护知识，提升自身安全技能。同时，广泛发动群众力量凝聚监管合力，积极参与举报安全生产违法行为，力争在全社会营造“生命至上、安全第一”的浓厚氛围。

把排查隐患严在经常，在防微杜渐中拉起安全警戒线。

“患生于所忽，祸起于细微。”要努力构建经常化、制度化、规范化的安全生产隐患排查治理长效机制，切实加大对生产企业的隐患整治力度。要下大力气排查日常难以查出问题的难题，提升见微知著的能力，有效防范化解重大安全风险。同时，加强风险性研判，针对在生产经营活动中涉及重大隐患的，建立问题隐患清单，做好排查、记录、监控、治理、销账、报告的闭环管理;针对省、市、区各级巡查督导发现的问题，开展风险隐患排查整治“回头看”，全面查漏补缺、深化提升，确保整治到位。面对各类非法违法行为要“重拳出击”，做到精准处置、精准问责。切实堵住安全漏洞，确保问题隐患早发现、早整改、早消除，有效预防违法违规生产现象“回潮”。尤其是事故类案件的责任追究涉及部门单位多、责任人多，追责问责审查既要严格开展事故调查、严肃责任追究，也要依规依纪、准确判定责任。

在学校，老师经常教导我们，要注意校园安全，并且经常组织我们参加一些安全教育学习。校园安全，看起来都是很平常的小事情，可千万不能忽略它。校园安全无处不在，和我们每个同学都息息相关。最近在我们身边就发生了几件有关校园安全的事情，一定要引起我们的重视。

有一次，一名男同学在走廊上和其他同学一起挤着玩的时候，不知被谁撞倒了，磕掉了半截牙，后来虽然及时送去了医院，但是磕掉的牙很难再长回来了。还有一次，有两名男同学在走廊上趴着玩，他们一会儿踢腿，一会儿伸手，这时正好有一名同学经过，一不小心就被他们绊倒了，弄得脸上蹭破了层皮，都流血了，到现在还留下了一道深深的疤痕！这些事情都是些微不足道的小事，但是产生的结果是可想而知的。

With the rapid development of the society,people can live a better life in

general.So because of the improvement of people’ s living standard,more and more

people own cars.Traffic jam comes to life.While people in order to be

punctual,they often ignore the cars crossing on the road.This behavior will

easily bring traffic accidens.On the other hand,the car owner also want to be on

time and then regardlss the traffic rules,which is also easy to have traffic

accidents.Both the driver and people themseves’ behaviour leads to

accidents.Those accidents may take people’s lives away.It’s so

朝右看就是椭圆形的大花坛了。花坛上耸立着两颗高大上雪松。雪松底下立着一座石雕，雕刻着两位古人正在下棋。石雕旁边，散落着两颗棋子，一颗白，一颗黑。花坛中间有一个圆形的小池塘。池塘里的水比较浑浊，水上漂浮着一些藻类植物。池塘中间竖立着一个石柱。池塘四周，种着一棵龙爪树，一棵玉兰花。玉兰花只长了几个小花苞。花坛上还种植着一些杂乱的花花草草，只露出了几个含苞欲放的小花蕊，半遮半掩的。花坛对着学校大门处矗立着一个大屏幕。上面显示着一些消息。屏幕旁边，隐隐约约能看见三块大石头。

朝左看，那是我们的操场。我们的操场不大，一分多钟就可以走完一圈。操场上的红绿相间的塑胶跑道，非常有动感。跑道旁种着几棵玉兰树，栽着几棵含苞待放的樱花树，挺立着几棵还算茂盛的大樟树。操场角落还摆放着几张乒乓球桌，有些乒乓球桌已经掉漆了。桌上的球网已经破损。每周四只要天气好，我们就会来操场跳绳，练长绳“8”字跳。刚开始，我一个也不会跳，慢慢地，我学会了，跳成功的次数也越来越多啦!

我沿着楼梯向上走，走到四楼就是我们的教室。教室里东西不多：一块粘贴板，一个讲台，几台电扇，一块黑板，一个书柜。教室里，天天有我们的身影。早晨，我们在教室里早读。中午我们在教室里吃午餐，在教室里写作业。其他时间，我们在教室里不是上课就是玩耍。

一个小小的花坛，一个简陋的健身房，一个窄小的操场，一个不是很大的教学楼。它就是我的校园。

Today, the world is globalized and more and more foreigners come to China

to seek for business cooperation. Many years ago, a non-profit organization

named the second Saturday of July as the International Day of Cooperatives. Its

purpose is to call for more cooperations between countries.

With the development of Internet, the world gets smaller, because the

communication between countries has increased. America is the superpower all the

time, but during recent times, there are so many business cooperation between

Chinese people and American people. It is known to all that China’s market is

full of vitality, so there is no doubt that cooperation between countries will

be the main trend.

The cooperation happens all the time and it promotes the working

efficiency. People can share the information and technology. They learn from

each other, so as to gain the precious experience and make progress. China is

the future, so more and more foreigners learn mandarin. They want to find a

place here and make their achievement. We also can gain a lot when we work with

them.

It is said that Chengdu is a city which if you come you cant leave.It has

a long history.there stands Du Fus thatched cottage ,The Temple of Zhugeliang

and some other place of historical interest.They are all so famous that many

foreign tourists like to come here.Chengdu also has a comfortable weather for

people who live in there.Even though in the winter it is still warmer than any

other cities in China.Besides,as Chengdu people are fond of eating,they have

created many delicious food such as hot pan,Three Big guns,and some others.

打开“我的电脑”，点击“拨号网络”，伴随着56k的猫的“滋滋哑哑”的声音，我又步入浩瀚无边的网络。

你们也许会说我是一个被网络俘虏的不良少年，因为报上大串大串地登载着有关网络的“绯闻”，而且常常是危言耸听：“上网青年容易堕落！”不由你不心跳加快。可我却不这么认为：每件事物都有好有坏，当人们只看到坏的一面时，也应当想想好的一面。

以前刚触网时，我还是一只“菜鸟”，一只站立在一棵秃树上的“菜鸟”。我一点也不知道网络的奥秘，但一触网就发现世界上最慢的东西不是乌龟，不是蜗牛，更不是什么树獭，而是浏览器窗口下那根似死非死的蓝线。我费了九牛二虎之力申请了一个oicq号后，就开始聊天，

其他的什么都不敢动，更不敢动“高消费”的网页（被老爸知道后要挨扁的）。第一次上网就是如此的“憨包”！

现在，我已从一只憨笨的“菜鸟”变成了一只羽翼丰满的金凤凰，常常在网上“横冲直闯”而又能逢凶化吉，一路欢歌，偶尔也会去一些网站冲浪下载。当然，每次结账单上的数目也是触目惊心（那时少不了老爸的一顿训）。而每次总担心被人“黑”的我，现在还成了一只“黑鸟”——黑客（少不了夸张一点，上网的鸟们都是这样）。

记得上次我正和一个名叫“北京女孩”的网友聊天时，一个粗野的男人侵入了我的“陌生人名单”。一进来就破口大骂，简直就像读书甚少的张飞。由于我当时是在网吧上网，“黑客”的工具如炸弹、ip显示器、木马等统统在家，无法教训他，只好给那小子发了个信息：“兄台，有本事下午两点再来！”这小子竟回复道：“等你这只没拔完毛的‘菜鸟’！”我真是火冒三丈，敢如此对我撒野，气得我大拍桌子，不想竟招来了网吧老板，他问我是否有病，我只有傻笑着离去，算是躲过了一场灾难。

下午一点多，我早早将所有“武器”装备完毕，只等那个“秃驴”来赴约。两点多后，那小子终于露面了，一上来就吼道：“你小子一个人单刀赴我的‘鸿门宴’，看老子不整死你。”紧接着一场不见硝烟的战争开始了。还真没想到这小子的防火墙十分坚固，我始终难以攻下，只好使出“必杀技”——中国小男孩，这是根据当年轰炸日本的那两颗原子弹仿造的，我也要将这个作为“网络战争结束”的标志。单击“攻击”后我独自大笑：就他？还想和我斗，也不掂量一下自己的分量。突然屏幕上出现“由于对方的防火墙的反弹，现在已将文件置入你的电脑中”。我傻了！这小子还真有两下子。后来才知道导致我失败的两大原因：一是我的网络技术太烂，二是我忘了安装防火墙。我只有重新安装，可是硬盘被格式化了，我的oicq号也被盗了。唉！我只有自叹：技不如人。于是，我努力学习上网技术，我发誓我一定要成为一个黑坛坛主！

当然，在我游遍了intemet的“大街小巷”之后，在我尽情地免费参观一次次画展之后。甚至在我不费吹灰之力就能将一张张名画“带”回家之后，我越来越觉得成不成黑坛坛主并不重要，重要的是我能在网上游览世界风光，到达任何一个我想去的地方。上次我就一帆风顺地围绕地球瞎逛了一圈，这要是让麦哲伦知道他痴迷追求的东西，我一下就办到了，他不气活才怪呢。我越来越喜欢上网时的天马行空，那才有大侠的风度呢。如果没什么事‘我便会去一些公共论坛，在bbs上神侃，有时会遇上一些陌生人，不管男女老少，我都会和他们侃大山。运气好的话，会遇到同龄人，我们一起抨击时弊，大谈学校教育和家庭教育的弊端，也会互相鼓励，然后一起去“冲浪”，真是爽到心上了。上网上久了，眼睛度数直线下降。电话单上的rmb却是直线上升，真是涨得惨不忍睹。最后老爸拿起“家法”，老妈拿起“皮鞭”来禁止我上网，可我仍无悔改之意，我对上网还是一“网”情深，因为网络太神奇，太美妙了！

就这样，网络已逐渐进入我的世界，与我的生命紧紧相连。我漫步在网络的原野上，感受来自异国他乡的缕缕清风。信息时代的来临，更吸引我努力地探索未知的世界，我愿意走进网络的天地，去实现我驰骋世界的梦想，因为我已离不开网络世界。
