现在的厦门道路宽敞而明亮，街上车水马龙，半空中盘旋着蓝色车道——BRT。车子不仅“上天“，还能”入地”——地铁作为现代社会一种新的出行方式，已经越来越受人们的普遍欢迎，它的准时便捷，也陆陆续续赢得人们的良好口碑——厦门新速度。

有一次，我要上足球班的时候，路上大堵车，眼看爸爸开车送我过去肯定已经来不及了，我情急之下想了个主意—-坐地铁。

我和爸爸来到地铁站，先去售票区买了两张到中山公园的票，然后我们快速通过了安检区，最后坐手扶梯到负一层，之后我们就顺利地坐上了地铁。在地铁里，空间明亮，座位宽敞，可是我忐忑不安的心始终放不下来，如挂着一块石头一般，只剩最后十五分钟了，时间一分一秒地过去，手表“嘀哒嘀哒”的响着，我此时就像热锅上的蚂蚁——急得团团转，就在这万分焦急的时刻，突然想起一则广播“前方中山公园站马上到站了“。我一听，悬在半空中的心也慢慢地放了下来，就是不知道地铁能不能准时到达，就这样，我报着半信半疑的心等了一分钟，只见地铁的速度缓缓的慢了下来，过了不久稳稳地停在站台边，“嗖“的一声，自动门开了，我迅速的下了地铁，到处都有指示牌，很容易就找到了出口，在出站台的过程中，我仔细地计算了一下总时长，总共才用了十分钟不到，真是太快了！我惊叹不已，”真不愧是新时代的交通工具，神速啊！”，我不禁出声赞扬到！我快速地来到球场，一秒钟也没迟到。这一次可多亏了有地铁啊！

通过这一次亲身体验，我真切的感受到了厦门的新速度，深深感受到我们作为学生应该好好学习，这样未来我们才能一步一步地迈入新时代，相信不久的将来“陆地飞翔“也将梦想成真！

我的家乡厦门，是一个美丽的地方。那里有许多的名胜古迹，比如：古老而神秘的建筑土楼群，驰名中外的鼓浪屿等。

首先我先来一下，厦门古老的土楼。土楼分方形和圆形两种，都十分坚固。土楼可以有效的防止当地台风和地震的侵袭。土楼一般分四层，每层都有它们不同的作用。我去参观了几座，结构大概是这样的：一、二层没有窗，是用于存放粮食的。三、四层有的窗的才是用于居住的。我参观后，十分惊讶，为祖先建下这神奇的建筑，而感到自豪。另外，土楼外面有许多人自己做的小吃，如：仙草，山药，等等……我也去品尝了些，真的很不错！。

我参观的这么多土楼中，最为有名的是永定土楼。它历史悠久、风格独特。20**年7月，它被成功列入世界遗产名录。

另外，令我影响最深的是永隆昌土楼。里面十分阴凉，根本不用开电风扇。永隆昌土楼上方用木头搭成，墙用土建成，十分坚固，好像永远不会倒塌一样。

然后，再来一下，厦门的著名岛屿——鼓浪屿。它在厦门西面，隔海约700米处的一个美丽的小岛，面积只有1。71平方公里。步行一个多小时就可以绕岛一圈。在这个小岛上，浓荫覆盖，花香扑鼻，可以说是处处似公园，触目皆佳景。

鼓浪屿十分的热闹，大大小小的店铺，卖着各种各样的小零食。收集图章也是一大亮点，走进店铺你就会看到，带有他们特色的图章，你可以买一本图章本，一边逛店铺，一边收集图章。我就做了这样的收集，半个小时之内，我就收集了二十几个图章呢！

我的家乡是那样美丽，我爱我的家乡！

随着年代的增加，世间万物都有着巨大的变化。世界的科技发生着日新月异的变化，美丽的厦门岛也发生着微妙的变化，观察一下厦门的楼房就知道变化有多大。

爷爷奶奶那个年代，厦门的房子都是矮小、政府建的平房，最高的也只有两层，而且一间里面最少要住四户人家，当时一户人家至少有六个人，一户人家只有一间二十平方米大小的卧室和一间养牲口的房间。房子里的所有人洗手在同一个角落洗。两户人家用一个灶台。生活上有许多的不便。

爸爸妈妈那个年代，厦门的房子增加了，每户人家也建了属于自己的石头房子，最高的也有四五层了，而且每家每户的房子都有许多日常设施，最令人骄傲的是：在思明区有一栋海边宾馆有二十几层，那就是“海景大酒店”。

到了90后，厦门的科技提高了，建起了许多高楼大厦，人们住的不是公寓就是别墅。有着光滑亮丽的瓷砖外壳和别具一格的室内布置，而且家里面需要什么就有什么，很多东西都有备用的。

厦门房子的变化告诉我：厦门今日的辉煌是昨天的努力带来的；是日新月异、蒸蒸日上的科技帮助了人们，让人们的生活变得更加方便。

炎炎夏日，玩海也许就是避暑最好的办法之一了。说到去玩海，我马上想到一个鼎鼎有名的景点——福建厦门。爸爸妈妈觉得我这个主意不错，就答应我去厦门旅游，顺便带上我弟弟。因为兴奋，晚上也睡不着觉，想象着鼓浪屿是否跟书上说得那么似人间仙境；想象着厦大的学生是否各个文质彬彬；想象着白城的跨海大桥是否那么雄伟壮丽……

我们乘着动车六个小时后来到厦门火车站，安顿下住处，就去了第一站——椰风寨。椰风寨是玩海的，我和弟弟迫不及待地冲下大海，弟弟不会游泳，套着救生圈在海里游来游去。这里的海水真咸啊，咸得快把我腌成咸肉了；海水真凉啊，凉得令人直打哆嗦；海水真浅啊，浅得根本不能游泳。我和爸爸嫌弟弟游得太慢，就把他的救生圈给拿了下来，不料，弟弟一害怕，腿一软，就摔在了海里，连喝了好几口水，事后捂住嘴巴不停的叫道：“咸死了，咸死我了！”爸爸马上把他扶向海边，给他喝清水，我在一旁笑得幸灾乐祸……

当天晚上，我们来到沃尔玛品尝小吃。我吃的是铁板烧，觉得比山珍海味还要鲜美。可爸爸妈妈却觉得这里摆饰很好，价格有点偏高，真是人所爱不同，各自感受也不一。

第二天，我们去了厦门最有名的“海上花园”——鼓浪屿。我们先到了一条开满店铺的街上东瞧西逛。我的眼球马上被这条街给吸引了：像面包一样的钥匙扣；埃菲尔铁塔冰激凌；轮胎一样大的蚌壳；还有取着“卖火柴的小女孩，卖男孩的小火柴”如此独特的店名。各种奇异又搞笑的物品让我爱不释手，恨不得全部打包带回家。

在鼓浪屿上，有一座雄伟的山峰日光岩。日光岩俗称"岩仔山"，别名"晃岩"，相传1641年，郑成功来到晃岩，看到这里的景色胜过日本的日光山，便把"晃"字拆开，称之为"日光岩"。日光岩耸峙于鼓浪屿中部偏南，是由两块巨石一竖一横相倚而立，成为龙头山的顶峰，海拔92.7米，为鼓浪屿最高峰。我们攀上顶峰，鼓浪屿的美景尽收眼底：波涛汹涌的海面；生意兴隆的旺铺；眼前高高低低的山峦……

跑不完的风景区，数不清的海湾，看不厌的美景。我真想在厦门待上几个礼拜！厦门游，值得！

我去过很多地方，有乌镇、杭州、厦门等等。可是我最喜欢的一个地方叫厦门。

“呜——呜”这是我和爸爸妈妈所在的轮船发出的声音。我们是在厦门的海上坐轮船，“这是湖泊还是大海？！”我又奇怪又激动地问。“这是大海！”爸爸说。“太美了！”，我看着蔚蓝的大海，有时还有几朵洁白、美丽的浪花。几只海鸥在跟风浪搏击。一边欣赏着美丽的大海，不知不觉中轮船就靠岸了。

爸爸妈妈就带我去欣赏厦门的风景，一路上间见到的都是很多高过90米的大树，树上的树须差不多长1米！更令我吃惊的是：在鼓浪屿那里有一棵高达200米的参天大树！树须长达8。9米高！接着我们来到了鼓浪屿的著名景点——“日光岩”走进去，再走几个台阶就来到了一个跟长城差不多的建筑物，我和爸爸妈妈走到了那个建筑物的最高处，我往下俯视一切东西都像蚂蚁那样渺小。我们还去了海洋公园，我看到了美丽的小丑鱼、笨拙的乌龟、妖媚的水母型，形态万千的珊瑚，有的像分枝的鹿角，有的像绽开的花朵，真是美丽！

我们在厦门游玩了几天就走了，可厦门还是使我流连忘返。就这样厦门之旅画上了一个不完美的句号。

漳州的中山公园是一座美丽的大公园。

走进东大门，映入眼帘的是宽阔的广场和巨大的造景瀑布——龙湫。龙湫下有个水池，水池里种了一些水生植物。瀑布流到水池里，发出“哗啦，哗啦”的清 脆响声。在阳光的映照下，显得波光粼粼。往远处一看，那雪白的天主教堂屋顶映入眼帘。蓝天、绿树、教堂、龙湫，构成了一幅美丽的图画。

龙湫的后面，有一条小道，道旁栽种了几丛翠竹，用水泥砌成花台，人们在小道上散步累了，可以坐在花台上休息。清风吹来，一阵阵竹子的清香沁人心脾。想起爸爸常说的话：“宁可食无肉，不可居无竹。”真是有道理呀！

走过竹林，我们来到草坪上，草坪上开满了五颜六色的花朵，争奇斗艳。大人们在草地上看书、画画、舞剑、打太极拳，还有许多人在遛鸟，鸟儿发出了“叽叽喳喳”的叫声，好像正在比赛唱歌呢！有时来了一群小孩子，在草地上做游戏。

公园的北面是七星池。池中有很多小鱼，欢快地游来游去。有时有人扔下一整块馒头，鱼儿们就一拥而上抢夺，可是由于馒头太大，皮又太硬，鱼儿无从下口，所以馒头就在鱼群上滚来滚去，就像鱼儿在踢足球。

看过了七星池，我们沿着假山的斜坡走上了解放亭。从解放亭上往下看， 孙中山 先生的铜像在中山广场上熠熠生辉，还有些游人在和铜像合影呢！往远处看，大半个公园的景象尽收眼底，参天的大树，碧绿的草坪，美丽的花坛，悠闲的游人，快乐的孩子，缤纷的花伞……

走下解放亭，走过绿地，有一条林荫道。林荫道东边新扩建了一大片，有休闲的小广场、儿童游乐设施，还建了一个很别致的小凉亭，柱子是四棵榕树干，真特别！

茫茫大海，一叶孤舟，几夜风雨，依然是茫茫大海，海浪无情的把朋友维信带走了，察克意识道他将会像这身边的鲸鱼一样永留大海，可是鲸鱼啊，这里是你快乐的天堂，却是我的坟墓!

货船来了，货船在不早不晚的时候，在察克已经释然的时候终于来了。“在这里我不讨论电影故事情节必须如此安排”。看来察克的生命还不到归期。如若他死了，你，还有我和所有人都不会甘心的。“凯莉——”唯一的最真切的令察克怀有希望活下来的凯莉让察克在看到货船时发出久别的呼唤，“凯莉——”

察克的回来，几乎所有的朋友都比他自己要开心，是的，经过此次大难后，察克不再有大喜大悲，让欢喜留给朋友们。如果说这次经历让查理改变了很多，那么其中之一就是更明白对朋友的支持和鼓励多么重要。在飞机上他对史丹说：“玛丽去世时，我不在，对不起，我应该在你身边给你支持”。

饭后，察克面对一大桌的美餐，当他看到大闸蟹的时候，这个非常普遍的一道菜，曾经成为他救命的食物，现在想想，真是又爱有厌!那个工艺打火机，人类智慧发明的高级打火机，一点都不可爱，再怎么漂亮，也极抵不过我所发明的钻木之火，你怎么就只出现在这个餐桌上，而不是那个小岛上呢!

凯莉，察克所深爱的并且在他心底陪她走过最艰难岁月的凯莉。“我不知道该对她说些什么，我该说些什么呢。”查克快要见到凯莉了!而她先是以为失去了察克，不知所措以后，嫁给了曾为察克看过牙病的牙医卢杰里。现在察克突然出现了，她又不知所措了!还是那句话，终究要面对。雨夜察克驱车赶到凯莉那儿。“有件事情我很想知道”察克说出这句话时凯莉心里早就明白他想知道什么——你怎么嫁给了牙医卢杰里!可是这个原因他们都明白，在岛上察克就已经预见到了这样的结果，如果不是卢杰里，便会是另外的人。但察克是聪明的，导演也是聪明的，察克的问的是：“田纳西的足球队现在在纳什维尔?”“哦，我的天”凯莉如此松了一口气，彼此心知肚明的悲情没有必要再那么明朗的翻开来说。我很赞成导演这么安排。

Dear Sir,

I was very interested in your advertisement in todays edition of The

Evening Post and I should like to apply to be a member of the Amazon Expedition

team.

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath

University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research

laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. I would particularly

like to join the expedition for the opportunity it would give me to study the

plant life of the area.

I enjoy several outdoor activities including rowing and rock climbing and I

consider myself to be both fit and healthy enough to undertake such an

expedition.

If you would like me to attend an interview, I would be able to come at any

time convenient to you, (J1) my employers have agreed to give me time off for

the purpose. I look forward to hearing from you.

Its very important for us to protect the environment. All of us want to live in a better place, so its our duty to beautfy the environment. As a senior high school student, we should do something.

Above all, we should never throw rubbish ourself. We must keep this rule, and then influence the others. Whats more, we should care more about the environment. For instance, we should read newspapers about the globle environment problems and think deep about them. Last but not the least, we ought to promote the importance of protecting the environment. In this way, we can call on more and more people to join us.

Lets take actions as soon as possible! Lets protect the earth, and live a better environment.
