My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy

about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try

to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like

wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may

disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide

and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs

team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to

去年暑假，老爸老妈带我去厦门匆匆一游，虽然时间短暂，但感受颇深。刚到那天，厦门天气晴朗，地面温度29℃。天空蔚蓝，空气清新，道路整洁干净，到处都会看到花、草、树、山、水，美丽极了。

厦门是一个美丽的地方，她风景优美，物产丰富。要数最有趣的地方，那就是鼓浪屿的海底世界了。

我们乘船来到鼓浪屿海底世界，在海底世界的入口处有一只巨大的章鱼，章鱼的触须在空中挥舞，像在向人们打招呼。走进海底世界，我们先观看了海狮表演。当海狮上场时，观众十分兴奋，我也睁大了眼睛，生怕错过了精彩的演出。海狮首先表演的是“套圈”，饲养员丢过去的每一个圈，它都能一一接住，然后它跑到旁边的吧台上，假装喝酒喝醉了，躺在地上，饲养员朝它泼了一桶冷水，它才爬起来。真是有趣极了。接着是“顶球”表演。海狮先潜入水底，突然跃出水面，用头顶到了挂在空中的球。球越挂越高，海狮也越跳越高。观众都热烈地鼓起掌来。

另一个精彩的地方就是海洋馆，最引人注目的是“巨龙”了，它有两台电视机那么大呢！二楼有许多水族箱，其中有一个居然装着食人鱼的标本，它的牙齿又尖又多，看起来真吓人。食人鱼的旁边是一个巨大的抹香鲸标本，大约有30米长呢！接着我们又来到了海底隧道，透过玻璃可以看到各种各样，大小不一的鲨鱼，它们在水里游来游去，似乎在寻找食物。看到这么多的鱼，让人收获真多。

海底世界真是太有趣了！通过参观海底世界，我们可以认识形形色色的鱼，增长了见识。

今天真是好，天空白云飘，地上车子跑，我们来到繁华富强的滨海城市——厦门。

首先映入我们眼帘的是长着矫健的腿，身穿淡蓝色衬衫，使人一见就生爱慕之心，这就是“新速度”——BRT的高架桥，宛如一条巨龙腾空而起，飞向远方；又像一道七色彩虹桥，紧紧连接着厦门和同安。

来到同安枢纽站，两个迷你式站台展现我们眼前。我们小手拉大手哼着歌跑过去买票。这票可与众不同了，一个圆形蓝色塑料，差不多一块钱硬币大。只要把这圆形塑料放在机器上一刷，安全门就自动打开，让旅客安全通过，真是见证奇迹的时候。

坐上BRT的“怀抱”中是一件多么惬意的事啊！

快速公交车宽大舒适，车内走道十分宽敞，底盘和站台一样高，人性化设计凸显人文关怀。这车处处呈现高科技，实现自动化控制，当车辆准确抵达岛式站台后，车门才能自动打开；车上还配有GPS系统，听说通过GPS定位卫星知道车辆所处方位；强制限速器控制车速，只要车速接近限制的最高时速，限速器就会发出铃声报警，给我们安全出行带来保障……

沿途的风景可真美呀。眼前的桥和天空交织在一起组成一幅美丽的画面。车行走在桥上望着下面，我们居高临下，下面车水马龙，川流不息。来到集美大桥，湛蓝色的海面上，白鹭展翅飞翔，机场十分繁忙，只见一架架飞机载着八方旅客腾空而起。远眺着那山在雾姐姐的怀抱中若隐若现，朦朦胧胧，仿佛置身在梦幻的仙境之中！

地下商城奇遇

不一会儿快速公交车平稳地来到火车站。下了BRT，我们走进了火车站的“地下商城”。这地下商城商品丰富多彩，琳琅满目，游客车水马龙。

我的目光扫视着每一个角落，一台机器吸引着我的眼球。它体形长方，身上颜色是多么通红，上面写着“为世界杯喝彩”。只见在里面放着各种饮料，而且明码标价：活森林矿泉水一块五元，冰红茶三块五元……右边写着使用说明，说明下面是几个小窗口，像是银行取款机。看着里面冰凉的饮料，这时我的心痒痒的，爸爸仿佛知道我的心事，从口袋里拿出几个硬币，让我尝试尝试。

面对着眼前全自动的售水机，我一下子懵了，不知从何处下手。还好在爸爸的提醒下，详细读了说明，才知道怎样购买？我把四个一块钱的硬币投进了入口，然后再放冰红茶下面标价出用力一按，只听见“啪”一声，在下面取水口滚出了一瓶带冰的冰红茶，同时在退币处还掉下五角钱。这世界神奇，投入小硬币，轻按下开关，一瓶冰红茶就“献身”了，真是不可思议呀……

今天早晨，我们在东南亚大酒店退了房，乘53路车开了2小时左右到达了日月谷温泉度假村。可喜的是由于我们原来预订的标准房没了，所以我们升了两级，到达了贵宾房。价钱不提高快乐的一天！

下午我们乘酒店服务生开的车到日月谷温泉。更换好泳衣后，我们兴致勃勃的去泡了第一个温泉“咖喱泉”，还没走到泉边，就闻到一股淡淡的咖喱味。走近些，可以看见被咖喱泡成黄色的泉水。

我迫不及待的跳进泉水，结果泉水水温高达40多度，烫得我急忙“逃”了上来。狼狈极了。回头一看，呀！

我蔚蓝色的泳衣被染成了咖喱黄！

接着我们还去泡了原味泉、红酒泉、啤酒泉、菠萝泉、玫瑰泉、百合泉和咖啡泉等。晚饭是在温泉旁的自助餐厅吃得，这是我有生以来第一次穿着泳衣享受晚餐。

饭后，我们还去了“鱼疗池”。（30元／人）刚开始，我们都不敢下池，只是放下两个脚丫子。有鱼来为我去死皮了下，虽然不疼不痛，但是痒极了，像被虫叮了一下，难受的我们嚎啕大叫。有几位游客本来也想下池体验一下，可听到我们“哇哇”的叫声，勇气全失，跑走了。过了一会儿，好像习惯些了，我便坐在池底，任凭鱼儿咬也纹丝不动。我的脚挺热门的，一条条小鱼绕着我的脚围成了一圈，不过你一动它们就都游走了。泡了一会儿，顺着水飘过来一条死鱼，我怕极了，刚想用手把它撩开，就看见一条大鱼游了过来，一口一口的吃（那条死鱼）嘿嘿，真有趣！

走出鱼疗池，我们来到了“石板温泉”。

据我所知，这里的每一块石板下面都有一个泉眼，躺在石板上，感觉热乎乎的，真好可以去去寒。妈妈她们还做了按摩，可能是按力气比较大吧，她们个个鬼哭狼嚎，回酒店后都腰酸背痛的。

厦门市一座海滨城市，这里有美丽的白鹭洲。走进白鹭洲公园，宽敞的大门，整洁的道路两旁着一排排士兵一样的大树，在一棵棵大树上还有一只只小鸟在唱歌，像在欢迎游客来玩！在茂密的绿草中，时不时还可以看见一朵朵野花争奇斗艳地开放着，抢着让人观赏，在野花一旁翩翩起舞的蝴蝶则像导游一样介绍着一朵朵色彩缤纷的小野花。

我来到草坪上，一把一把地把玉米丢撒在草地，一群可爱美丽的鸽子立刻围上来，争夺着玉米，鸽子五颜六色，美丽极了，白色的，灰色的，棕色……引来了许多可爱的小朋友！还有许多人在放风筝，抬头看，天空中飞着形状各异的风筝，花花绿绿，那是一道美丽的风景线。大人带着小孩奔跑着，控制着，风筝越飞越高真有趣啊。草地上充满了快乐的笑声！

白鹭洲的湖水波光粼粼，风平浪静的时候，湖水就像一面大镜子，每到晚上，音乐喷泉很有节奏地从里到外，一层连一层，一起喷水，一层比一层高，那飞溅的水珠像晶莹的宝石，美丽极了！

今天，我和爸爸妈妈一起来到远近闻名的海港城市――厦门，早就听说厦门是个美丽的城市，今天终于有机会一暏它的风采，心里无比高兴。

一下飞机，我看了看四周，只见天空是那么蓝，空气是那么清新，大海是那么广阔，我时我真想高歌一曲，又或是坐下来低吟一首奇妙的小诗……

我迫不及待地冲向沙滩，软软的细沙像地毯一样那么舒服，我在沙滩上欢快地跳起来，蹦起来……啊大海是那么深蓝，像一副画，我游入大海，舔了一下海水，哇又咸又苦，又舔了下，还是这样苦涩的味道，我终于尝到了真正海水的味道！海浪任意地打在我身上，我随着浪花在海里沉浮，像一只小船乘风破浪，遥望着海对面的台湾岛，心里多么希望台湾人民能早日回到祖国母亲的怀抱，又望望蔚蓝色的大海，情不自禁地陶醉了。…。

接着，我们来到了著名的厦门大学，它堪称中国最美的大学，进入学校，里面绿树成荫，面积很大，跟一座小镇差不多，里面设有马路、人行道、红绿灯……里面还有十几个学生餐馆，每个餐馆都像个酒店，干净卫生，装修得十分典雅。学生公寓就是一排排小洋楼，教学楼更是没话说了，红墙绿瓦，高大宏伟，我们漫步在校内，心情十分惬意。

下午，我们坐游轮来到了厦门有名的景区――鼓浪屿。鼓浪屿被誉为海上花园，是个复古又美丽的小岛，上面有很多小路，很多小吃，还有很多景点如钢琴博物馆、各国领事馆旧址、古老的教堂……我最喜欢的是鼓声洞，走进洞里能隐约听到一丝丝的拍鼓声，真是太美妙了！

晚上我们在岛上吃各种美食，海鲜味道特别美，我最喜欢吃清蒸海鱼，肉松松脆脆地，咬上一口汁水都流出来了，美味极了！

吃完饭我们坐在海边，吹着凉爽的海风，听着海浪拍打的声音，我又一次陶醉了……这一切太美了！

I have a beautiful table lamp A year ago, my parents bought it for me. I use it when I’m doing my homework. I like it very much. It is black and red. The light from it is soft; it isn’t bad for my eyes. Every weekend I clean it, so it’s very clean all the time.

My brother also has a table lamp. But it is broken. Mine is very good because I take good care of it. My table lamp has a wonderful name. Its name is Hong Xin. It helps me a lot with my study. It’s my best friend.
