二、句式的写作:

Main features of English sentences:

1.长短句结合

Love is patient and kind. It is never jealous, boastful, proud or rude. It keeps no record of wrong that others do. It always protects, always fruits, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails.

一般来讲,总结性的句子应当使用短句,而说理的句子应用长句.

2.并列复合句

这种句子属于十分难写的句子,也举一个例子:

3.单一复合句

也就是我们常说的各种从句,不再举例.

三、Variety of sentences:

1. ”-ing & -ed” groups

5.主语从句

e.g.

句子的变化还有 It is self-evident(adj) that…….和There be 这样的句子

6.倒装

(1)将一些否定性含义的副词和短语在句首,用倒装会使句子生色不少.

Never before has such a high standard been achieved.

(2)为使描绘更加生动,与介词同形的副词可以移动到句首,而把主语放到谓语后面去.

四、插入语

插入语可以是一个小词,也可以是一个同谓语的形式.

1.先看一个小技巧：(对there be 句型均有效)

通俗的讲,在老外眼里,主语与谓语离的越远,句子的档次越高.

2.插入语后面再接上一个定语从句;

厦门不仅风景美，佳肴更是美味得让人赞不绝口。鼓浪屿的馅饼很有特点，那儿的馅饼吃起来外皮很酥，口感很好，很受欢迎。还有韭菜盒，韭菜盒是厦门、闽南和台湾民间的传统佳点。厦门的韭菜盒早以颇负盛名。制作成的韭菜盒是螺旋状，表皮层层酥脆，内馅鲜美，吃起来香脆可口。还有薄饼，薄饼又称春饼。它的皮薄而柔韧，鲜美可口，油而不腻。每逢佳节，许多地方都有吃薄饼的习俗。如果把卷好的薄饼油炸就会成为“炸春卷”，吃起来更是另有一番味道。

厦门啊，你真是一个靓丽的好地方！

Every city has many theme parks, the local people like to go to the park for a walk or take some exercise. In China, most parks are free, people can go there without charge, but still some other parks need to charge. People urge that all the parks should be free, while I think it will do harm to the park.

每个城市都有很多主题公园，本地人喜欢去公园散步或者锻炼。在中国，大部分公园免费，人们无需给钱就可以进入公园，但是仍然有一些公园需要付费。人们要求所有的公园应该免费，然而我觉得这样会对公园有害。

One the one hand, opening the parks for free encourages people to go to the park for entertainment. Most people have the habit to take a walk after dinner, so it can help them to keep their bodies healthy. The children can have fun with their friends, too. The parks provide people so much fun, so it is good for people to go to there for free.

一方面，免费开放公园鼓励着人们去公园娱乐。很多人有饭后散步的习惯，这样有助于让他们保持身体的健康。孩子们也可以和他们的朋友找乐子。公园给人们提供了很多的乐趣，因此免费开放公园对人们是有好处的。

On the other hand, too many people go to the parks will do harm to the environment. Some people will throw away their trash away, the environment will be polluted. What’s more, the crowed people will make people have less space for them to have fun.

另一方面，过多的人去公园会对环境造成伤害。一些人会随处扔垃圾环境会被污染。而且，成群的人会让人们享有很少的空间来娱乐。

For me, I think it is not good to open the parks for free, it needs to control the number of people, so we can protect the environment.

对于我来说，我觉得免费开放公园是不好的，要控制人群的数量，这样我们才能保护环境。

我的家乡在厦门，是一个美丽的地方。那里有许多的名胜古迹，比如：古老而神秘的建筑土楼群，驰名中外的鼓浪屿等。

首先我先给你们介绍一下，厦门古老的土楼。土楼分方形和圆形两种，都十分坚固。土楼可以有效的防止当地台风和地震的侵袭。土楼一般分四层，每层都有它们不同的作用。我去参观了几座，结构大概是这样的：一、二层没有窗，是用于存放粮食的。三、四层有的窗的才是用于居住的。我参观后，十分惊讶，为祖先建下这神奇的建筑，而感到自豪。另外，土楼外面有许多人自己做的小吃，如：仙草，山药，等等……我也去品尝了些，真的很不错！。

我参观的这么多土楼中，最为有名的便是永定土楼。它历史悠久、风格独特。2008年7月，它被成功列入世界遗产名录。

另外，令我影响最深的是永隆昌土楼。里面十分阴凉，根本不用开电风扇。永隆昌土楼上方用木头搭成，墙用土建成，十分坚固，好像永远不会倒塌一样。

然后，我再来介绍一下，厦门的着名岛屿——鼓浪屿。它在厦门西面，隔海约700米处的一个美丽的小岛，面积只有1。71平方公里。步行一个多小时就可以绕岛一圈。在这个小岛上，浓荫覆盖，花香扑鼻，可以说是处处似公园，触目皆佳景。

鼓浪屿十分的热闹，大大小小的店铺，卖着各种各样的小零食。收集图章也是一大亮点，走进店铺你就会看到，带有他们特色的图章，你可以买一本图章本，一边逛店铺，一边收集图章。我就做了这样的收集，半个小时之内，我就收集了二十几个图章呢！

我的家乡是那样美丽，我爱我的家乡！

Last summer vacationmy family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh airwhich made us so comfortable.We went to the seasidethe sea was as blue as the skyand bathing in the sunshine on the beach was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.There we bought many interesting souvenirsI was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings theresuch as fishprawnand so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hoteland the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very muchand if I got a chanceI hope to come here againit is such a beautiful and interesting place.

I like the winter holiday very much.Though its very short,I can enjoy the Spring Festival. I can watch cargoon every day.I neednt go go school frepuently.Sometimes I can go go play with my friend outside.With the festival coming,I can play all the time.I can play video game with my brother.I am good at playing PC game.So I often beats my brother.Then more and more relative came go my home.We had dinner gogether.

Its so lively that Iam very happy.liuxue But I still have go do my homework.During the holiday,I learned a lot.I love the winter holiday.

厦门位于我国的东南沿海，与宝岛台湾隔相望。那里风景优美，气候宜人，是一个令人流连忘返的好地方。

小朋友最喜爱去那充满阳光的鼓浪屿、沙滩。沙滩上有许多贝壳，有些像小喇叭，有些像蜗牛壳，有些像扇子……，贝壳的颜色五彩缤纷，有些粉红、有些橙黄、有些浅绿……，真是千奇百怪，色彩斑斓。

鼓浪屿的大榕树也很有趣，高大的树冠像一顶大伞，而榕树的须根像老爷爷的长胡子，又像小姑娘的长头发。我不禁被神奇的树吸引了。

到厦门，我们能够品尝到各种各样的海鲜，有爆炒龙虾、红烧扇贝、清蒸黄鱼、铁板生蚝……各种海鲜，应有尽有，旅游的我们可以大饱口福。厦门真不愧为“海鲜的天堂”。

厦门真美啊！我真希望还能再到厦门玩。
