第二个礼拜，我参加了舞蹈冬令营，每天都有不同的课程，例如：芭蕾舞、现代舞、武功…等。一整个礼拜下来，使我的舞技更好了。二月十三号星期日，我们全家 去苗栗的苑里玩，主要是要找我外婆的姐姐，不过也有去别的地方参观，例如：妈祖庙、廖府先生庙…等，不能不一提的是，那里有一家卖肉圆的四十年老店，超级 好吃!令人齿颊留香，回味无穷…

不过印象中最深刻的还是回南部时，看到满一百岁的阿祖，虽然她已是一百岁的高龄，不过她的身体还是很健康，可以跑步、走路，都没有生病，可见平日的身体保养是多么的重要啊!

今年我的寒假生活过的很充实、很快乐，也得到许多收获，希望明年的寒假、暑假，都能像这次一样，有个美好的回忆。

Last weekend ,I went to Beijing I love there .The summer Places is so beautiful and we went to Wangfujing .Though there are lots of people and the things are too expensive ,many people buy things in there.I bought a pair of beautiful shoes in there.I love Beijing .There are too beautiful!

In order to welcome the New Years day, on Friday afternoon, the campus held a grand "celebrate New Years day" activities.

First of all, is broadcast gymnastics competition, in order to win the good grades in the game, we spent a lot of time training before class game broadcasting gymnastics movement, finally, the test of time, everyone in school uniform, Shouting loud slogans, stepping the pace of neat went to the playground. Students in action finally won a radio gymnastics competition first prize.

Next is the tug of war, the race began, only listen to referee a whistle, four students in our class and rival (a) class all hard pull back, easily won the first round of our class. The second round, our class in the place, the game began, the referee blows the whistle, our class began desperately, but four makes for (a) classes, see our class is about to lose, we cheerleaders and yell: "come on! Come on!" Only hear a whistle, our class finally won again! The students happy cheer up!

This is really a memorable New Years day!

为了迎接元旦，星期五下午，校园举行了一场盛大的“庆元旦”活动。

首先，是广播操比赛，为了能在比赛中夺得好成绩，我们班比赛前花了很多时间训练广播体操的动作，终于，考验我们的时刻到了，大家穿着校服，喊着响亮的口号，踏着整齐的步伐来到操场。同学们整齐的动作终于获得了广播体操比赛第一名。

接下来是拔河比赛，比赛开始了，只听裁判一声哨响，我们班同学和对手四(一)班都使劲往后拔，第一轮我们班轻而易举就获得了胜利。第二轮，我们班换了地方，比赛又开始了，裁判一吹哨，我们班又开始拼命地拉，可四(一)班也使足了劲，眼看我们班就要输了，我们拉拉队使劲地大喊：“加油!加油!”最后只听一声哨响，我们班终于又赢了!同学们高兴的欢呼起来!

这真是一个难忘的元旦啊!

一提起朋友，我就会想到她：中等的个子，白白的皮肤，圆圆的脸上长着两道淡淡的的眉毛，眉毛下面长着一对长睫毛的大眼睛，她有一对小耳朵。她，就是顾欣艺。

顾欣艺是个乐于助人的人，班里只要有哪位同学遇到困难，第一个站出来的就是她。就拿不久前的英语测验来说吧!老师要求我们每位同学必须要用水笔答题。当我打开笔袋的瞬间，顿时傻了眼。糟了，水笔忘带了。我的心“咯噔”一下，着急地寻找起来。可是，我翻遍了整个书包也没有见到水笔的踪影，怎么办?此时的我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，豆大的汗珠顺着额角直往下流，泪珠在我的眼眶里不停地打转。但胆小的我又不敢跟老师提起。就在这时，坐在我旁边的顾欣艺见到我这副模样，便小声地问道：“郭亚楠，你怎么了?””我忘带水笔了!”我难过地说道。“你就用我的吧，我正好带了两支笔。”顾欣艺悄声说道。只见，她边说边迅速打开笔袋，从两支水笔里挑选了一支成色更新的送到我的手里。我连忙向她投去了感激的目光。下课了，我连忙向她道谢。但是，她却说：“不用谢!我们是朋友，就应该互相帮助，而且在生活中每个人都会遇到困难，帮助别人的同时也等于帮助了自己，对吧?“

朋生活中每个人都需要朋友，而我非常庆幸能有一个像顾欣艺这样的好朋友!

Music is a kind of beautiful enjoyment, it makes me happy, makes me feel better. The music brought joy to people!

The grass to listen to music, grow more and more flourishing, more and more green. Several long more and more high wood to listen to the concert. People listen to the music is good, can relieve pain, fatigue, also can turn a bad mood into a good mood, still can make people happy, let people follow the music dance dance to.

If the world without music, the grass will not listen to music, will wither. The trees will not thrive without the music, also wont grow taller. People wont listen to the music, will feel very lonely, lonely, will feel very depressed.

He said mom and dad!!!! They go to work, a days hard work, come back in the evening to listen to music, relax the mood, relieve the body of a long day, also can relieve fatigue.

Grandma is very lonely one day, I went to school in the morning, mom and dad go to work, my grandfather has also gone out to the park. Grandma leg is not good, is more walk leg ache, so grandma had to stay at home. Grandma do not work, just listen to music at home, so she didnt feel lonely, also have things to do.

People alive, be without music, without music, the world will be very pale, our life is monotonous, boring, so the music is very important to us.

音乐是一种美的享受，它使我陶醉，令我心情舒畅。有了音乐给人们带来了快乐!

小草听了音乐，会长的越来越茂盛，越来越绿。数木听了音乐会长的越来越高。人们听了音乐也有好处，可以减轻痛苦、疲劳，也可以把不好的心情变成好心情，还可以让人们快乐，让人们跟随着音乐跳起舞蹈来。

如果世界上没有了音乐，小草就听不着音乐了，就会枯萎。树木没有了音乐就不会茂盛，也不会长高。人们听不着了音乐，就会觉得自己很孤单、寂寞，会感觉很压抑。

就说爸爸、妈妈吧!他们一天上班，工作很辛苦，晚上回来听听音乐，放松一下心情，舒缓一下劳累一天的身体，也可以减轻疲劳。

奶奶一天很孤单，我早上上学去了，爸爸、妈妈上班去了，爷爷也出去逛公园去了。奶奶腿也不好，一走多了路就腿疼，所以奶奶只好呆在家里。奶奶没有事干，就在家里听听音乐，这样她就觉得不孤单了，也有事情干了。

人活着，就离不开音乐，要是没有了音乐，整个世界就会很苍白，我们生活也会很单调，乏味，所以音乐对我们非常重要的。
