在下山的路上大舅舅还告诉我，《绝代双骄》、《神雕侠侣》等影片都是在仙都拍外景的。果然，在路上我们就看到有一群人正在拍电影呢。

仙都的美景，果真名不虚传。

生活是一个五味瓶，充满了酸甜苦辣咸;生活是一个万花筒，多姿多彩;生活是一串长长的画册，使你回味无穷。

今年寒假，新型冠状病毒地肆虐使我们不敢踏出家门半步，不能出门，自然不能出去锻炼了。对我一个狂热的体育迷来说，不锻炼身体怎么能行?身体是生命的本钱，我要想办法在家锻炼!找到自己的乐趣。

首先，打乒乓球，我拿出球拍和球，我要先突破我个人保持的一分钟对墙打169个!我调整呼吸，在墙边站定，手摁计时器，把球快速一抛，球拍迅速跟上，对着墙打起来。“嗒嗒嗒”，计时器每响一下，我的.心就颤一下，默数着个数，80多个了，我喵了一下计时器，还有40多秒，可这一喵不要紧，球失去了方向一头栽进了我的房间，这一下可不得了，在一片形势大好的情况下，我给浪费了，等我捡球回来，只剩30多秒了。但即使这样，后半程稳扎稳打，突破自己记录也是很有可能的，但是我太急了，总想快一点，球掉了好几次，最终只以一分钟142个的成绩收场，真是“欲速则不达”!

第二次挑战前，我总结了一下，打球的时候不能看计时器，这样会使自己分心;不能太急，要稳扎稳打!调整自己的心态，开始!我眼睛死死盯着乒乓球，有节奏的用力，中间虽然球掉过一次，我迅速拿起，继续……，并不着急，167、168、169、170!超了，超过我的记录了，在还有6秒时我做到了!最终我以1分钟188个突破了自己!

接下来，我该在垫子做俯卧撑了，我摆好姿势，开始，我的手臂向下弯曲，整个身子也顺势向下压，1个、2个3个、4个……做到第25个时，我有些支撑不住了，汗水一滴滴往下淌，我一次性做俯卧撑记录是38个，我要突破!我咬着牙，坚持做到了35个，但我想做第36个时，我的身体不再允许，最终遗憾地没有突破。

“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”。想拥有强壮的体魄，一定要坚持锻炼，即使在这个因为冠状病毒疫情宅在家的日子里!也要让自己的生活充满乐趣!
