到了社区办，我们排着整齐的队伍进了演讲室。这次有两个演讲。第一

个演讲者是任老师，他讲的是社会主义荣辱观。告诉我们什么是应该做的，什么是不应该做的。做什么是道德的，做什么是不道德的。这让我进一步知道了这个社会的荣辱观念，也让我知道了应该多做一些好事.第二个演讲让我们知道了的种类，的危害，告戒我们要远离，不能去尝试。我以前经常看到有关的电视、宣传画、黑板报，这次才让我真正见识到的“威力”，使我大吃一惊!

听完演讲，我们怀着激动的心情走出演讲室，听说要去宣传，大家立刻兴奋起来

。老师先让谢俊豪带头，他拿着喇叭，举着宣传单的样子，活像一个领导。他那洪亮的声音开始了宣传的第一步：“社区是我家，安全靠大家……”这样喊了两遍以后，王老师换上了我。我一开始以为这挺简单的，喊完后，我想：这喇叭挺沉的，我的手都快抽筋了。是啊，不付出劳动怎能获得成果呢?

Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we

are also roommates.Today is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at

the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Yings birthday in our own

bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take

care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

and happy.She blew out the candles,and we tasted the fruit and candy while

今年寒假，新型冠状病毒地肆虐使我们不敢踏出家门半步，不能出门，自然不能出去锻炼了。对我一个狂热的体育迷来说，不锻炼身体怎么能行?身体是生命的本钱，我要想办法在家锻炼!找到自己的乐趣。

首先，打乒乓球，我拿出球拍和球，我要先突破我个人保持的一分钟对墙打169个!我调整呼吸，在墙边站定，手摁计时器，把球快速一抛，球拍迅速跟上，对着墙打起来。“嗒嗒嗒”，计时器每响一下，我的.心就颤一下，默数着个数，80多个了，我喵了一下计时器，还有40多秒，可这一喵不要紧，球失去了方向一头栽进了我的房间，这一下可不得了，在一片形势大好的情况下，我给浪费了，等我捡球回来，只剩30多秒了。但即使这样，后半程稳扎稳打，突破自己记录也是很有可能的，但是我太急了，总想快一点，球掉了好几次，最终只以一分钟142个的成绩收场，真是“欲速则不达”!

第二次挑战前，我总结了一下，打球的时候不能看计时器，这样会使自己分心;不能太急，要稳扎稳打!调整自己的心态，开始!我眼睛死死盯着乒乓球，有节奏的用力，中间虽然球掉过一次，我迅速拿起，继续……，并不着急，167、168、169、170!超了，超过我的记录了，在还有6秒时我做到了!最终我以1分钟188个突破了自己!

接下来，我该在垫子做俯卧撑了，我摆好姿势，开始，我的手臂向下弯曲，整个身子也顺势向下压，1个、2个3个、4个……做到第25个时，我有些支撑不住了，汗水一滴滴往下淌，我一次性做俯卧撑记录是38个，我要突破!我咬着牙，坚持做到了35个，但我想做第36个时，我的身体不再允许，最终遗憾地没有突破。

“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”。想拥有强壮的体魄，一定要坚持锻炼，即使在这个因为冠状病毒疫情宅在家的日子里!也要让自己的生活充满乐趣!

今年的寒假刚放了没几天，就发生了许多趣事。下面我就说说。就说说几天前的事吧。几天前，我在一本书中看见了一个“吹球实验”，我觉得十分有趣，就来做。我先拿来一个木架，木架上横放着一根铁丝，铁丝上挂着两个用线穿着的乒乓球，两球之间大约有三四厘米的距离。我又继续看书，书上说：“当你往两球之间吹气时会出现什么样的现象呢?”我想：这个问题太简单了，简直是易如反掌。“这可由不得你乱说。”我身旁的妈妈发话了。“为什么?”我疑惑不解的问。“等你把这个实验做完了，答案自然你就明白了。”“好!”做就做，到时候谁的观点是正确的，就知道了。

实验开始了，我鼓起两腮，用力一吹，两球“砰”的一声，碰在一起了。她大笑起来，我说：“你笑什么笑，刚才是我使的劲太小了，所以这两球才会碰在一起的，我再试一次吧。”这一次，我深深地吸了一口气，低下头，臀部一撅，使劲一吹，结果两球还是碰在一起了。我自言自语地说：“真怪，为什么两球不分开Y，反而碰在一起呢?”我想想对妈妈说：“你平时最喜欢看书，那就请你给我讲讲道理吧!”这个道理很简单，因为流动的空气压力小，四周空气的压力大，这样，当我们往两球之间吹气时，空气一流动压力就减小，两边空气压力就大，所以就推着两球向内碰。

寒假里发生过许多趣事，这些趣事犹如一朵朵花一样，每一朵都那么鲜艳美丽。但有一朵花却显得格外美丽，就像是一朵玫瑰花，但要得到他，也是要付出代价的。

记得在去年寒假，我们里的几个小伙伴经常三五成群的去买些爆竹，然后爬上城墙去放。

而有一天，天气格外明朗，而在这种天气，出去玩当然是不过的呢。于是我把原班人马（项以豪、小洋洋、牛牛、龙龙）喊出来去城墙上放爆竹，他们异口同声的说：“好！”

我们几个买了几盒威力强大的爆竹，就直奔城墙。

到了城墙，牛牛提议说：“我们平常都是走楼梯上，今天我们就走土路上去吧。应为其他人都上了7年级。当然不怕，而我这个学生还是有点害怕的，正在我考虑时，其他人都已经捷足先登爬了上去。虽然我害怕不敢上去，但我也是堂堂男子汉，总不能在伙伴面前丢脸，于是我鼓足勇气开始向上攀登。刚开始，很是很顺利。可开上去时，我有些着急，想一口气冲上去的时候，脚一下踩空了，幸好我抓住了一块石头，可这块石头也开始动摇了，这时我不顾勇气大喊一声”救命啊”。已经上去的牛牛听到了我的救喊声，就把手伸给了我，其他的伙伴也向我伸出援助之手，之后大家同心协力把我拉了上去。

这时我的脸色苍白，过了半天才反应过来，小洋洋说：“哎爬不上来就不要逞强，我们又不会笑你。”我不好意思的笑了……

今天天气很好，阳光明媚。因为在老家闲着没事，我哥想出了一个主意：去探险。这个点子得到了我和表妹的赞同。于是，我们经过商议，决定沿着村子道路往下走。带上“单反”，整好行装，出发啦!

走到宋口(村子中的一个地名)，我们才发觉竟然没有带水，这下惨了!哥马上想出了一个应对方案，雪也不是水变成的吗?渴时找些干净的雪当水喝就可以了。就这样，昨天还被当作敌人的雪，今天却变成了我们的“饮料”，成了我们的“战友”。

Everyone has a dream.

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

这本本书的主要内容是，唐僧和他的徒弟孙悟空，沙悟净，猪八戒一路上西天取经的故事。在取经途中经历了九九八十一难最后终于求得真经成为神仙，这是多么励志的一本书啊!

通过阅读，我发现这本书在人物的组合上很有玄机。为什么一定是孙悟空，猪八戒，沙悟净，唐玄奘一组呢?为什么一定是四个人呢?这就要从人物的性格和能力还有故事情节来看了。孙悟空，生性好动，性格脾气暴躁，本领高强，拥有翻江倒海之能。在故事当中，通常都是救世主般的角色。猪八戒，憨厚好吃，懒惰无比。但在必要的时候也能拿出本事。当然，他的本领远不及孙悟空。在故事中，总是好吃懒做，像个活宝。沙悟净为人勤劳诚恳。师徒四人的东西都是他来背。自从被收服之后，性格温和，从不发脾气，任劳任怨。在故事之中，通常十分保守。唐玄奘，一心向善向佛，却太容易轻信别人。给自己和土地带来过许多麻烦。但性格宽容仁慈，在故事中属于被保护的角色。这样四个性格毫不相同的人在一起会发生怎样的事呢?争吵，斗嘴，捉弄……这使故事变得更加有趣。为什么一定要是四个人一组呢?前面提到过，性格不同的人走在一起，才可以写出故事。如果太多性格不同的人在一起，那不就意见太多了吗?如果一个人两个人，怎么凑出更多的意见来把故事写的生动呢，所以，这本书的这个优点值得学习。

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful

heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for,

To tell you the truth, I dont like the Spring Festival at all. When I was

young I liked it very much,because I could had something tasty to eat during the

Spring Festival,and I could enjoy very wonderful TV programmes,too. I also could

had much free time during which I could did something I liked to do. I dont

like it now, there are many reasons.

Firstly, I cant have a good time during the Festival. Every New Years Eve

something unpleasant often happens. Once I quarreled with my second brother.

Secondly, I cant relax myself during the Festival. I have to do many

things, watch so many TV programmes, meet so many people,all these things make

me very tired.

Thirdly, spending one Spring Festival means that I become one year older. I

dont like to be old. I want to live longer and be young all the time.

时间过得真快，一眨眼，快乐的寒假生活结束。开始学习忙碌起来了。

回顾我的寒假生活，在我的寒假生活过得既快乐，又充实。是在春节那几天上，我既能和亲人在一块儿相聚，又收到许多的压岁钱?最让我难忘的是年初3的时候，爸爸妈妈准备晚上叫亲朋好来家里打火锅。

一大早，我和爸爸妈妈就起床了，用最快的速度去买菜，菜市场中大伙叽叽喳喳、每个人讨价还价，经过30分钟买回了新鲜的肉和菜。然后回家，帮爸爸妈妈打扫卫生，弄得我手忙脚乱。

终于到了晚上，大家坐在饭厅里，一边吃火锅，一边说说笑笑。小孩子嘛就迫不及待地想吃到可口美味的肉和菜了，而大人呢漫不经心地喝着酒、吃着火锅。火锅上腾起一股股热气，火锅里扑出着气泡。

我吃着吃着突然想到：我们家还有绿豆汤、王老吉，具有降火的功能，现在又吃火锅，很容易上火的!于是我和妈妈拿出王老吉和绿豆汤，大家吃的更开心了。冬天吃火锅正当时，一块肉吞下去，肚子里暖暖的，我不由自主地说：“爽，实在是太好吃了!”吃饱后，我舔了舔嘴巴。大家都觉得吃得很饱，很开心!
