今天是我第一次包饺子，我感到有点兴奋和激动。

我们包的是荠菜鲜肉水饺，奶奶先准备了3两荠菜，一斤鲜肉末和30张面皮，咱们先把荠菜去根剁碎(剁到跟果泥差不多程度)，然后和肉末均匀地搅拌在一起，再加了3勺盐和适量的香油。这样，饺子馅就准备完工啦。

接着是拿起饺子皮来包饺子了，奶奶教我先把饺子皮摊开，再用勺子舀一勺馅料放在皮子上，奶奶叮嘱我：馅料千万不可以放太多，一定要适中，不然就包不住了，放好馅料后，将饺子皮对折捏紧，一个饺子就成了。可是我有一点贪心，想多放点馅料好吃，于是就放了一大勺，结果我捏皮子时馅料都从两边漏了出来。第二次，我吸取教训，只放了一点点馅料，结果包出的饺子好像长了两个大耳朵，奶奶把那个饺子煮熟了之后给我尝了一口，我发现不仅寡淡无味，就连馅料的鲜味好像也被煮饺子的水给冲淡了。第三次，我放了大半勺馅料，把皮子捏起来之后馅料没有被挤出来，也没有长出耳朵，奶奶帮我煮好后，我尝了一口，嗯，味道比前两次都要好。于是，我就照这样包了30个水饺。

水饺包好后，开始烧水。我先在锅内放入三到五杯水，再用大火把水烧开，接着就是主角——水饺上场了，放入锅内，等大火再次烧开后加小半碗冷水，继续烧开后再用小火煮5分钟左右，水饺就可以盛出来享用了。

望着香喷喷、热腾腾的饺子，我尝了一个，真是太好吃了，不仅皮薄，馅大，汤汁还不少哩。于是我又吃了好多个，也许是因为自己包的缘故吧，让我感觉到以前经常吃的如此简单的食物，其实也有着其奥妙和复杂的一面，真是一次愉快的体验啊!

第二天，我一大早就又到小区里继续练滑板。不知不觉，我可以掌握平衡了，慢慢地，我可以滑一小段了。正在得意时，我又摔了个仰面朝天，哎!看来还是不能骄傲啊!晚上，我滑着滑板在小区等妈妈下班，妈妈见状，非常惊讶，她连连夸我非常棒，听了妈妈的夸奖，我心里美滋滋的。

接下来的几天，我不停地练习滑板技术，我的技术大有提高。

放寒假了，妈妈为咱们班组织了一场新年音乐会。盼望着的这一天总算到来了!今天，咱们班的新年音乐会在蜀王牡丹阁一楼大厅正式举行啦!

第一个上台扮演的是郝雨欣、侯天天、解茹莹、张豪庭四人小合唱《小红帽》，之后，郝雨欣还给咱们猜了一个谜语。笑笑也上台扮演了节目，唱了两首歌《新年好》和《小弟弟，早早起》。我用钢琴弹奏了《风笛舞曲》，还和王姐姐合作扮演了一个相声╠╠《咱俩好》。叶如雪和杨雅洁各跳了一支舞，郑天乐唱了一首歌╠╠《我是草原小骑手》，侯天天说了一个笑话，叫《形象深刻》，还有许多小朋友扮演了节目，连咱们的谭老师都演唱了一首歌╠╠《你是我的眼》。杜老师也为同学们买了8本课外书，还抽奖呢!惋惜我没有中奖!

音乐会的节目真是丰富多彩呀!猜谜语，跳恰恰，说相声，唱情歌，讲笑话，抽大奖，发礼物，真是太高兴了!而且，我还是小主持人之一呢!其他三个小主持人是冯子鸣、柯思璇和赵梓晗。

就这样，一场欢喜的音乐会结束了。

This morning,i woke up with a start: my clock was alarming. unwillingly

opened my eyes, i found it was 6:30 already.nevertheless, the room was very

gloomy, for it was raining outside. what a cold day! how comfortable it would be

if i could stay in bed for the whole day, reading a favourite book in the sound

of rain. but, i did have to go to work.

Though it was a rush hour, on the way, there were fewer people than usual.

many people arduously held an umbrella which was always blown down by a blast of

wind.fortunately , i was dressed in a raincoat. several yards away, a policeman

was guiding the traffic in the rain. i was filled with deep esteem for his

seriousness.i kept thinking of todays plan for a short while and,then,i was in

my office. a busy day is beginning …

We had a small debate yesterday in politics class, which made everybody laugh. Wang Yongbin in our class is funny. He said with a crooked neck, "please state your opinion in opposition." It looks very serious! 快乐的元宵节赏花灯

几天前就听说元宵节的晚上，在我们玉沙小学门口有花灯，所以元宵节那天，一吃完晚饭，我就拉着爸爸妈妈去看花灯。还没到那里就望见人山人海，简直就是灯的海洋，花的世界。我和爸爸妈妈来到花灯前，只见许多许多的花灯整整齐齐的摆放着，五彩缤纷，绚丽多彩。它们形状各异，有鱼形的花灯，有楼房形状的花灯;有的像高速公路，还有的像各种各样的花，有的像龙，有的像长城，有的像书本等。

最搞笑的是人民医院做的花灯，它就是此刻正在修建的新医院的仿真模型，里面有高大的楼房和秀丽的喷泉，楼房身旁还有一些树木，模型上还有许多的人和汽车，喷泉的水慢慢的喷出来，可好看了，街道上的车有秩序的摆着，停车场上还有几辆车。模型真好看。

还有洪排局做的花灯是依照半路堤上的亭子做的一个仿真作品，名字叫平安亭，很远就望见它那胡芦状的尖顶，尖顶下面是小六角形的亭檐，每个尖顶上都挂着一个小灯笼。小六角形的亭檐下面是一个更大的六角形亭檐，六个角上也同样挂着六个灯笼，亭檐的下面六根方形的柱子，它支撑着整个亭子，亭子的中间是一只乌龟背着一块石碑，石碑上写着“分洪保平安，不分洪保生产。”体现了洪排局的工作任务和性质，整个亭子里面都装有灯，亭子在灯光的照耀下，显得晶莹剔透，简直就像用水晶做成的，显得十分漂亮。

各种各样的共灯让我们应接不暇，爸爸用照相机拍下了这秀丽的画卷，我用笔记下了这难忘的一天。

这天，姥姥带我去二姨姥家拜年。二姨姥家离姥姥家很近，5分钟就能够走到。

到了家里我给大家都拜了年，二姨姥还给了我红包，说：“祝媛媛在新的一年里好好学习，天天向上”我也连忙点头。之后，二姨姥又指者桌子说，看看那是什么，我走过去一看，桌子上有个小笼子，笼子里有一个白白的圆圆的东西，二姨姥在一边说，那是一只仓鼠。哦!仓鼠?不是老鼠!这个时候小仓鼠也站起身来了，我才把他看清楚了，它看起来小巧玲珑，浑身雪白，毛茸茸的，黑黑的圆圆的小眼睛，他的四只腿短短的，走起路来像个圆球在动。它仿佛睡醒了，跑到笼子边上咯吱咯吱的啃笼子，二姨姥说他是在磨牙，它还在笼子底下转圈跑，上蹿下跳的忙个不停。我拿了些食物给他吃，它的小嘴吃得很快，吃相也很可爱又好笑。他很招人喜欢，我也想要一只!

回家后，我立即给妈妈打电话，想让妈妈给我也买一只仓鼠，但是被妈妈拒绝了，妈妈说我的年纪还小，不能养这些小动物，等我长大一些能够给我买。好吧，让我快快长大!

寒假里发生过许多犹如小雨点的事情，但其中最让我忘不掉的事情是我和哥哥上街。

大年初一那天，我和哥哥跟车上街，哥哥对我说：小楷奇,“你今天不要带钱，今天我请客，今天我心情好”我疑问的问：“真的假的?”哥哥兴奋的说：“真的啦”我就没回答哥哥，就和司机说：“开快点。”司机就开快了。我们到了肯德基店，我一头冲了进去。进去了，哥哥问我：“你要什么”?我就说：“来个全家桶吧”。我就问问哥哥了说：“哥哥你压岁钱是多少?”哥哥对我说：“不告诉你”!我就看见全家桶来了，我吃的比较多，哥哥吃的很少。我又问问哥哥：“是不是你的同学，刘思池是不是要回来了”?“就不告诉你呢?哥哥笑眯眯的说。我又问哥哥：“她是你女朋友?”哥哥就没回答我。然后，哥哥带我去大桥公园玩。我和哥哥玩了碰碰车，我和哥哥碰，哥哥一下把我碰的老远了。把我吓死了。我们又玩了划船了，把我吓死了。马上哥哥又带我去买玩具。我就对哥哥说：“不买了，剩下来的钱给你自己用吧，我不想玩了，我们回去吧?”哥哥对我说：“恩”!哥哥又对我说：“新年快乐!”我又对哥哥说：“你也新年快乐啊!”

虽然现在寒假过去两个星期了，但我和哥哥上街这件事情，深深的记在我的脑海里了，因为哥哥带给我很多快乐，希望明年上街我们，还玩的这么开心!

I went out to have dinner with father today.I should make toast during the dinner but there was no juice availabe. so i had a bottle of beer. my face turned red but i was not drunk.I dont think beer tastes bad but i wont like have it too much because i am only a student.

This winter holiday I stayed at home. I am happy because my father and my

mother could spend more time with me during the Spring Festival. Besides, on the

eve of the Spring Festival, we had a great family reunion dinner and then we

watched Spring Festival Party on CCTV1. Sometimes, I reviewed my lessons. I had

a very wonderful holiday.

寒假的脚步轻盈而安静。我想大多数学生一定和我有着同样的心情，既高兴又兴奋，我很高兴，因为在寒假期间，有一个对中国人来说非常重要的节日——春节。
