Hello everybody! My name is Chen Xuanlin. It is my pleasure to be here to

share my opinions of growing pains.

Grow up, like a boat in my life, driving the wave surface. Sometimes, be in

calm, sometimes be in rough. But the boat I was growing up, not everything is

going. For me, sour,sweet,bitter,ho t,everything .

Now, as I grow up, are becoming adults, so in the eyes of parents, I was no

longer to be a kid. Sometimes, they say "youve grown up,not a children!" When I

listen to this,my head will be pain.

When I was a little boy, my life is so relaxed.But now, in front of the

waves are bigger, and more twists and turns the sea,I become a middle school

student, that I have all gone past. Im taller, homework more, study more

subjects,have more test.When I was a boy, I am wrong no matter what happened, no

one to blame me.But now,if I do something wrong,my parents will shout. The

relaxe time will far away from me.I will be more busy.

Study pressure always troubling me. Grown up, more work gradually like

hills. After school, I do not dare to play, to see their favorite book, Im

afraid I cant complete the work, I can only try very hard to make the pen in my

book on wave, for example, I have to run on the way home. The course also

gradually heavy. Every home in the evening review, I looked at a lot of books, I

really do not know to study what subject, is Chinese? Or math? Or geography?

Or……

What should I do? To look life in the future.

When I was very small, I had always heard many stories from my uncle,

because he traveled a lot. So I have made up my mind. When I grew up, I must

travel around the world, which is my biggest dream. In order to realize my

dream, the first thing for me to do is to master English well, so I spend many

hours to learn. I can realize my dream some day.

我们计划数个活动We have planned several activities . When we get there , we will

Today the crime rate in cities of our country is rising. Many citizens

often complain about the thefts and robberies that have taken palce in the areas

they live in and appeal to the governments at all levels to take effective

measures to reduce the crime rate.

如今犯罪发生率在我国众多城市呈现出上升趋势。许多公民常常抱怨在他们生活的地方，偷窃和抢劫常发生。他们希望各级政府能采取有效措施来减少犯罪发生率。

Faced with criminals, some people are so frightened that they shamelessly

give up the fight and other people turn a blind eye to them. However, some

people are brave enough, to risk their lives to fight the criminals.Their

fearless actions prevented the criminals from doing evils, saved the victims,

and protected the public properties.

面对罪犯，好些人因为过于害怕而无耻地放弃了斗争，和其他人一样，睁一只眼闭一只眼。可是，还是有些人有足够的勇气与罪犯斗争。他们无惧罪犯的行动阻止了犯罪分子做邪恶的事情，拯救了受害者并保护了公共财产。

To reduce the crime rate, we all the people should receive a law education.

Criminals must be severely punished. Meanwhile we should set up a foundation to

reward those who fight criminals. It is also important to call on people to

learn from those heroes and encourage more people to stand up to crime.

I am sorry to trouble you, but nobody would come into my mind to help me except you.

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

There was once a little girl called Lulu, who is also me, that wanted to

visit the moon for just one time. And so I packed up everything that I will

need, and went to the space port to get ready.

Before we took off, I just ate a sandwich and dreamed if I were an

astronaut. “3, 2, 1…” and we blasted off to outer space. I was so excited that I

even took notes when we were still on the ship. I wrote these words which I only

have in my own brain; they were, “I love flying on the space ship and learn

about outer space, although I am not even on the moon,” those words I thought

that would make my father proud.

Now since we had already reached the moon, I got down and jumped up, and

figured that I could jump very high. I knew why because I learned it in science

class today, and so I wrote, “On the moon, I can jump very high because that our

weight is lighter on the moon according to its gravity.” I love exploring, and

heard that there were also aliens here.

I was really excited, and asked some of the real alive astronauts if the

aliens were true, some of them said yes but some of them said no; I was

confused, “Why did some say yes and some say no? I think that I shall have to

find out;” after saying those words I and the astronauts went around and around

the moon looking for aliens. At first I thought that we could find some, but

after an hour we began to feel more that the aliens didn’t exist at all; some of

the astronauts smiled.

I didn’t know why they smiled but I thought that it was pretty natural.

After one minute I heard a thumping noise, and a queer sound coming from the

darks side of the moon. I looked over there and saw some queer little fellows

heading their way, they had no where to hide, and so they found a pile of rock

which was by our side; and went to hide. When the little queer men went away we

came out of our hiding spot and went on. I began to write, “I knew at once that

they must be the aliens…” I thought it was a cool report and the astronauts

smiled again.

I did not know what they were smiling at, probably their habit or something

perhaps? After thinking about that queer question I heard another thumping sound

and some huge men walked pass them just as the little ones did. I was now really

confused, “Some little and some big ones?” perhaps they were having a game or

something like that.

After the tour, I was very excited to give my report to my father and so

hopped on the space ship to go back to earth. But there was a problem; they

couldn’t find where they lived. The astronauts smiled and didn’t say a word. I

was now extra confused because I thought that they were nervous too. And so they

took another passage to Africa where it is the place best to have a safari,

which is to have a picnic with wild animals around them.

After landing I said, “Why did you take this pass?” and then after that

they smiled again, I was still confused. When I turned my head in front of

myself, I saw dad on the ground with wild animals all around him. Now I

remembered that it was my birthday; I was so surprised, and even the aliens

came. Now I know the whole plan about this.

There is a special woman who lives next to my house. She has two children

and she looks much younger than her real age. My mother feels envious about her,

and always speaks highly of her. I talk to the woman one time and I find that

the way she talks just like a girl. She has a young heart, which is the way

makes her special.

Today, my mother has something to do, so she needs to meet her friends. I

make a promise that I will clean the house when she returns. But I become lazy

soon. I start to play computer games and forget my promise. When I remember, I

start my work quickly. I feel so bad to almost let my mother down. Luckily, I

finish my job and my mother feels happy.

My favorite subject is Math，I like it very much。Some students think math is

difficult，but i think math is interesting。

In my stduy time, I often practice Exercitationes，I hope to improve my Math

grade。

Thanks for my math teacher, I want to become a math teacher in the

future。

I always complain about my mother， because she is very strict to me and I

cant do whatever I want. But some day， when I go home very late， she criticizes

me at first and then asks me whether I get hurt. I explain to her that I just

play with my friends. My mother loves me so much and she does everything for

me.

A little boy wanted to read a book, but he had no money; he decided to earn

some in return. But he had nothing to do, and so he just had to stay at home

just like usual life; he was very sad.

Suddenly, a strange thing took place, and he began to make use of something

that he wanted to try. After a short time, he came back from the basement with a

ruffled shovel in his hand. When it was time to finish the work that he was to

earn money, he smiled happily.

His work was to shovel snow for the other neighbors in the winter, because

most of the times when snow was very, very big; some of the house doors got

block, and they need to pay $100 for a builder to come and shovel the snow out

of way. But now the boy will help shovel the snow, and they need only to pay $10

in return. At first the boy was not good at it at all, but soon he got the use

of it, and earned lots of money. When it was time to use the money, he figured

that he didn’t have enough to pay for the grammar book that he wanted for

school. It was not that big of a deal of very much; but was not quite things of

time.

He kept on this work for 4 years, until he had finally got enough money to

buy the grammar. He was so very excited, that he jumped about in the room from

brick to brick. When he went to the store, he figured it was closed; all the

grammars are sold out, but in the other hand in opened because he shoveled the

snow away which let him get enough money to buy another grammar in another

store.

It was almost summer and the snow melted away, a statue of him was made up

in the town square where he lived; for making the snow disappear. He was also

the first in the class every morning, because he was willing to learn some

identities to learn grammar. He loved grammar. And when it was time for him to

head home and buy another harder one; he used the same plan just a little

better.

And when people saw his statue shimmering in the morning sunlight, they

would remember his gratitude for everybody in the town.

It was a “Magnificent” day; it was already beheld the shoveling day.

There was once a Piers family, and the father of the group divided his

son’s equally between them for homes.

The greedy son named Cassim, married a rich wife and of course got rich

himself. The other one, named Ali Baba, was not half of greedy as he was, and

married a poor wife and remained as poor as usual.

One day Ali Baba went to town where he knew was a wood in the end; he

brought with him three mules and an axe to load wood. Ali Baba only finished

loading half his mules with wood, when he heard a thumping sound coming from not

far away; he thought it was in the fields.

As they came nearer and nearer, Ali Baba began to feel more like they were

robbers. So he decided to leave his mules and save himself, and he climbed up a

tree nearby, and waited until the robbers went away.

Ali Baba was patient, and waited for the robbers to go away; after the

robbers tied their horses to the fence in town, they came under the tree which

Ali Baba had left his mules; he found the robbers approaching a big rock, and

found the captain of the leaders standing in the front of the big rock. And then

pronounced the words, “Open sesame!” the mouth of the cave immediately opened

wide, and the robbers went inside; the captain went in last. After a few minutes

Ali Baba found the robbers coming out with bags in their hands, since the

captain of the robbers went in last he came out first that is for sure! And then

the captain of the robbers stood at the mouth of the cave again, and pronounced

the words, “Close sesame!” and the door immediately closed shut very tightly.

And then robbers hopped on their horses, and galloped away through the

fields.

Ali Baba stared at them for a long time until he couldn’t see them.

And so Ali Baba got down from the tree, and went to the big rock. And as he

knew the words, he pronounced, “Open sesame!” the door immediately opened. Then

he went inside. To Ali Baba’s surprise, he found a golden chamber, and in it was

gold and diamonds of all kinds! Ali Baba couldn’t even believe his luck!

Spring is coming! We walk on the grass to welcome and embrace the beautiful

spring. Look! The flowers are smiling, the grass is nodding, the little swallows

are twittering, the warm spring breeze is blowing over the cheek, and the birds

are singing happily. We are so happy! Spring is full of life!

Nowadays students’ physical fitness is declining year by year. I think

there are some reasons.

Students have too much homework to do， so they have little time to have

sports. Some students eat too much junk food. That’s also bad for their

health.

Then， how to keep healthy? Here is some useful advice. First， students

should do more exercise. Second， students should eat a balanced diet. They

should eat more vegetables and fruits， and try to eat less junk food. Finally，

enough sleep is also very important.

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries,

usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of

Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. It is not clear as to why June 1 was

chosen as the ICD: one theory has it that the Chinese consul-general in San

Francisco (USA) gathered a number of Chinese orphans to celebrate the Dragon

Boat Festival in 1925, which happened to be on June 1 that year, and also

coincided with the conference in Geneva.

June 1 has since been observed as the ICD by numerous countries, especially

by Communist countries; in the Western world the ICD is usually celebrated on

other days of the year (if at all)， and there is often little public awareness

about these celebrations. (See the section on Germany below for further

discussions.) Consequently there is sometimes a misperception that June 1 as the

ICD was a Communist invention. Nonetheless, in recent years even some groups

within the United States started observing the ICD on June 1.

i am a chinese girl and i study in wuyilu primary school. i get up very

early in the morning and then help my mother cook breakfast. after breakfast, i

walk to school, because its not far from my house.

i have many friends at school. we often help each other with our lessons.my

mother is forty-six years old, and she works in meet all supermarket. its near

my school. the supermarket is very big, and it sells all kinds of things. the

students in my school often buy school things there.

my father is two years younger than my mother. he is in the same

supermarket, but he doesnt sell things. hes a driver.

my family is a happy one.

In our life,have some animals,they are so cult and so ugly,but we must know

animals and humans are friends,we should like animals ,so i wnat to be a

volunteer to help them. I am so friendly and i love animals very much,i can do

more things and i do some good things,i give the money for save Chinas tigers

and so on.So i want to help animals,because i love them. Lets help animals just

help yourself ,lets to be a volunteer to help them now,so come on!

Early morning, sun farther-in-law showed smiling face, small alarm clock "

bite the bell bites bell " the ground cries, seem to saying: "Beautiful, should

get up! Should get up!!

Li Lixing, see sun farther-in-law came out, asperse on pale green branch

full bright sunshine. Li Li wore a beautiful powdery dress, wore a sky-blue

pants again. At this moment, transmit outside the window " chirp " cry, li Li

looks up to look, a birdie is crying, seem to saying: "Li Li has breakfast

On Sunday morning, I and ching-ching, clearly three good friends go to

outdoor outing, we passed through the stream, and the woods, we play a fun game:
