日本是个岛国，经常会发生地震，而在08年发生的7级地震死亡率为零，8级地震却只死了一人!这是一个奇迹，但原因也很简单：首先是日本政府对地震的高度重视;其次是历史惨剧警示;第三则是日本人民具备地震常识。
