另外一件事就是关于我们学校校服的问题。学校总有一些同学不穿校服。一方而可能是来不及换洗，另一方而也是因为有些同学嫌校服不如家里的衣服好看，不愿意穿。虽然这确实有些挑剔了，因为我们的校服这么多年来也一直在改进，但是这证明我们的同学在校服问题上还是停留在“要我穿”的层次上。在其他国家比如说日木，他们的学生最爱穿的就是校服，都是“我要穿”。这也许是因为他们的校服更符合学生的口味。所以我觉得可以发动全校同学一起设计我们的校服。一来让同学们更爱穿校服了，二来也培养了同学们的创造能力，让校服成了展示同学们能力和精神风貌的窗口。可以征集全校同学的创意，让老师和同学们一起评出心中最理想的校服。虽然这个建议很陌生，但我觉得应该大胆地去尝试才知道它好不好。

在所有灾难当中，因5·12地震而丧失的生命实在令人心惊胆寒。在众多宝贵的生命当中，因正是上班时间，学生死亡数目居多，这不禁让人伤心。但灾难来临时，我们到底应该怎么办呢?所以，我建议学校每周能有二——三节的常识课。

日本是个岛国，经常会发生地震，而在08年发生的7级地震死亡率为零，8级地震却只死了一人!这是一个奇迹，但原因也很简单：首先是日本政府对地震的高度重视;其次是历史惨剧警示;第三则是日本人民具备地震常识。

3、减少死亡人数。
