要想写好一篇文章，没有充足的词汇量是不行的。课文中的俗语和谚语的识记是通过背诵来完成。背诵是语言学习的重要手段，也是语言学习的必经之路。

Unable to regain the respect of the emperor，in his sorrow Chu Yuan threw himself into the Mi Low river. Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan， the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons.

Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan，their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival.

A young man asked Socrates the secret to success. Socrates told the young man to meet him near the river the next morning. They met. Socrates asked the young man to walk with him toward the river. it up. It is his success that brings home to me the power of dream.

A life without a dream is a life without a sun. Therefore, in no

circumstances can we give up our dream. Unquestionably, dreams are of great

importance. For one thing, a person having a dream will be considered to be more

responsible and unswerving. For another, in pursuit of our dream, there is a

chance that good habits and positive attitudes can be formed, contributing to
