I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

白莲池的早晨真是好景象！一片片翠绿的草地，就像无边无际的大海，上面点缀着五颜六色的花朵。

蓝蓝的天空，飘着几朵白云，太阳公公笑咪咪的看着大地上热闹的景象，真是一幅美丽的风景画；人们来来往往，有的在跑步，有的在做体育锻炼，还有的小朋友在追逐嬉戏……人们说说笑笑，准备迎接新的一天！

这天气真像小孩的脸一样，还没有多长时间，就变了一个脸。刚刚还是晴朗的天空，现在去变得像茶水的颜色一样，云姑娘洁白的脸颊也被图的乌黑，太阳公公这个胆小鬼也不知去哪了，连个影子也没有。

要下雨啦！我干净躲到村委会大楼里，刚走进去，就下起了一场瓢泼大雨，天哪，这与就像洪水一样啊，什么时候才能听啊！都怪自己，明知道要下雨还忘记带雨伞！

我在大楼里看到有很多人有带伞，在雨中，一把把花伞像一朵朵盛开的花，伞下，人们急切地走着，都希望赶快回家。我呢，只能眼巴巴的看着，没办法，谁让我不带伞呢？

yes！如我所愿，这场大雨很快就停了。天空恢复了原样，云姑娘又变白了，太阳公公见雨过天晴，变红着脸慢慢地走出来。另外天上多了一位漂亮的彩虹姐姐。

真是“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹”。

今年暑假，我和爸爸妈妈一起来到三亚，那是我第一次看到大海，也是从那时候，我爱上了大海。 This summer vacation, my parents and I came to Sanya with my parents. It was the first time I saw the sea. From then on, I fell in love with the sea.

来到三亚，海天一色的大海呈现在我的眼前。湛蓝湛蓝的，明亮的像个镜子闪闪发光，一眼望去看不到尽头。大海上方飞翔着海鸥。好一幅美丽的景色。

大海的海风让人惬意。当海风扑来时，我的烦恼被吹到了九霄云外，喜悦被吹回来了。我奔向大海，跟大海握手。这时，大海也向我吹来一阵惬意的风，风从我的脚底吹过，我脚一软，坐在沙滩上，和大海嬉戏玩耍。玩累后，大海平静了，我躺在沙滩上享受惬意又美好的海风。

这时，海风悄悄地离开了，海浪却迈着轻盈的步伐向我们走来。海浪前赴后继地涌上来，一层叠着一层，永不休止。每个海浪都想涌上岸观看美景，但离岸上只有一步时，就消失得无影无踪。海浪就像落入海里的花朵，让人看得眼花缭乱。

海上漂浮着巨大的游艇，非常壮观，海里的小鱼都好奇地围着这个“大怪物”左看看，右看看，鱼儿们都不知道什么东西漂到了它们生活的地方。从远处看，就像有一条巨大的鱼侵犯了这个美丽的地方。

在沙滩上，我禁不住沙子的诱惑，专心致志地玩起沙子来。过了一会儿，我看着我建的城堡，就想着自己来到了小人国，我一脚就能把沙堡踩塌，当我想把沙堡毁掉的时候，脚就离沙堡一步之遥，我却又把脚收了回来，不忍心伤害这个美丽的沙堡。

我爱大海，我爱惬意的海风，我爱豪放的海浪。

Last year I have been to the Sanya to travel.I was seen the beautiful beach，and I was skined in the sea is very large and it looked blue and I am not good at swimming，so I hadnt to swim for a long Iwent to Wuzhi

e was a forest，so beautiful.I was bought some presons for my uncle and aunt.

At the last，I had to take furry to get to Zhanjiang and took a plane to go home.

What a happy day!
