Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Well, thats all for now. Next time I write I hope Ill have better news for you.

同学们的吃相很丰富，有张开大嘴使劲往里面塞零食的，有拿起零食用牙齿一节一节地咬的，还有左手拿着个，右手拿那个的，各式各样，看着这些同学们，我忍不住笑了起来。

时光过得很快，转眼间，放学铃就响了，我们还没有吃的尽兴，这次联欢会就又要结束了，在放学即将来临之际，同学发给我们一些礼品，祝我们新年快乐，在这里，我也祝同学们新年快乐。

今天，阳光明媚，百花齐放；今天，我们小学全体师生坐上大巴寻访我们的绿色家园。Hello，我是四（6）班的陈逸宁，走，跟着我去领略一下苏州景点的风采吧！

“嘀嘀嘀”，汽车开到了今天的第一站——上方森林公园。“哇，这里的花可真多啊！令人眼花缭乱。”随着此起彼伏的惊讶声，我的目光也被瞬间吸引了，花朵儿五彩缤纷，千姿百态，朝着我们频频挥手，怪不得人们称这里为“百花谷”呢。不一会，我们就走入了“彩虹桥”，鱼儿在水面“扑腾扑腾”的，加上“彩虹”的美丽，我仿佛置身于一个人间仙境。终于，走到了“仙境”的尽头，令人回味的杂技表演紧接着就开始了。我好不容易挤到了一个空位，原来是在表演吹泡泡呀，泡泡有高有低，在天空中画了一个又一个晶莹洁白的圈圈，舞蹈、蹦极……各个表演都令同学们目瞪口呆。听着优美的二胡声，我们迈着轻快的步伐依次看了珍珠鸡、孔雀、猴子等野生动物。在享受完丰盛的午餐之后，我们就打起了精神朝着第二站——白马涧出发！

白马涧和上方山都别有一番味道，如果说上方山是一个“人间仙境”，那么白马涧就是一个“儿童乐园”。这里各类的大型玩具无所不有，还有很多的鱼呢。走在蜿蜒的小桥上，听着鸟儿的鸣叫声，同学们的嬉笑声，我痴迷地欣赏着迷人的景象，心中产生了无穷的遐想。终于到了儿童游乐地区，我像匹马似的冲了出去，以最快的速度玩完了所有的游乐项目，太过瘾了。大汗淋漓的我买了根冰激凌坐在一块大石头上边吃边看着水中自由自在的鱼儿。这时一阵风吹过，水面微微荡漾了一下，立刻又恢复了平静，一片绿叶飘入水中，“忽”地一下又乘风远去，像是载上了我那小小的梦想……“四（6）班整队！”“来了！”我再一次留恋地看了一眼湖面，这时一阵风也没有，我的心顿时轻松了许多，便迈开了轻盈的步伐跟上了班级的队伍。

好了，今天的旅游就这样结束了，我不仅获得了知识，收获了友情，也让那小小的叶子带着我的梦想乘风远去……

国庆节就要到了，为了弘扬我国强大的军事实力，恒大进行了一次军事展。

到了那里，我们先看见了一辆直升机模型。这架直升机看上去非常威武，上面挂着导弹，实在是很厉害。我又来到了一排迫击炮前面，旁边还有一箱炮弹。我学着电影中那些炮手的样子，不断地用迫击炮发射炮弹，非常好玩。接着，我又来到了九九式主战坦克的面前。我登上这辆坦克，当了一回坦克兵。我又遇见了梦寐以求地歼20战斗机。这架战斗机可真大呀?大约是我的几十倍。它可是中国空军未来的主力。我又看到了我国第一艘航母“辽宁舰”。这艘海洋巨兽是那么的雄伟、壮观，它是我们中国人的骄傲。

看完了兵器展，我不禁感慨祖国是多么强大。长大后，我要为建设祖国尽一份力。

在我的脑海中，一直有一个佝偻的背影印在这里，她是我的奶奶，一个令人心疼的老人。

那是在一个寒冷的冬天，窗外下着雨夹雪，我看着外面天还黑乎乎的，还早呢!就又倒头睡着。

“起床了!起床了!”这时我听见有一个颤巍的声音离我越来越近，我毫不犹豫地就想到一个人——奶奶。奶奶听我没回答，门就一直“哐哐哐”地响，就这样，我实在忍不住了，不怀好意地大喊：“知道了，我马上下来!”虽然嘴上是这么说，但我依旧赖床。一直到爸爸醒了，把我拉起来，我一看时间，天哪!已经六点四十五分了。我急急忙忙地拿了几件单薄的毛衣，就出门。

路上冷飕飕的寒风打在我的脸上，心急如焚的我以飞快的速度跑到学校，可我依然身上冷得发抖，想到：早知道我应该多穿点衣服。当我来到学校时，上课铃声已经响了，班主任看今天在下雨就放了我一马。

这时，我的肚子“咕咕”叫响，因为我怕迟到了，就没吃早饭，身体也冷得发颤，甚至连上课都上不动了。我勉勉强强地上完了第一节课，第二节课，只听教室门外突然“咚咚”的敲门声，老师打开门，我一看十分惊喜是奶奶，奶奶拿着一件棉衣，向我招一招手，让我出来。我来到教室外，奶奶将手里捧着的棉衣递到我手上，我无意间也触摸到奶奶冰冷的手，心里十分心疼，奶奶颤抖的声音说：“衣服里面有包子，一定要趁热吃，我怕包子冷了，就用衣服捂着。”奶奶说着，我的眼泪却不禁掉下来，立马抱住奶奶，说道：“奶奶，我早上不该赖床，我错了，”奶奶笑着抚着我的头说：“乖，你知道就好，上课认真听。”

奶奶腿脚不好，她不会骑电瓶车，是一路走过来，还特地给我送棉衣。我内心十分过意不去，那是奶奶对我无时无刻的牵挂呀!我想对奶奶说：“奶奶，我下次你不会这么不听话了。”

奶奶的爱是无声的，她总是默默地关心着我，让我的生活充斥着温暖。此刻，我想说声“谢谢你，奶奶。”

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

我爱书，爱生活，但最爱的还是大自然，最想拥抱大自然。 I love books and love life, but the favorite is nature, and I want to embrace nature most.

大自然千奇百态，有令人叹为观止的名胜古迹，有春夏秋冬的四季幻化，有风雨雷电的自然天气，有形态各异的花草树木，还有霞光等奇妙的景观。

我这一辈子，目前仍是没有机会造访大自然的名胜古迹，只得在网上浏览那一张张令人心驰神往的景象，或是一段段视频，不知怎地看着那景象，就如同自己到了另外一个世界，远离了凡间的金戈铁马，追名逐利。在那里，我全身放松，拥抱大自然。六月的天就像下孩子的脸，说变就变，刚才还是晴空

万里，一会就阴云密布，暴雨倾盆，我爱雨，特别是淅淅沥沥的小雨，我总是走出房屋，在雨中漫步，观察小草渐渐破土而出，小树渐渐抽出新芽。那淅淅沥沥的小雨像是一首演奏的乐曲，或悠扬，亦或是悲伤，婉转，倾听着他们，感受大自然的脉搏，与她同喜同悲，怡然自得。

雨后，站在树下，侧耳倾听，那是鸟儿的欢唱，他们为大自然而欢畅，好一首“好雨知时节，当春乃发生，随风潜入夜，润物细无声”真可谓写得生动形象，淋漓尽致。

我爱秋天，不仅仅因为它是一个收获的季节，还有一个更为重要的原因，就是它是四季最美丽的画卷。那满树的枫叶，远去的大雁，稻谷的金黄，引人入胜。最爱此时躺在稻谷上，手拽下一只麦秆，含在嘴里，闭上眼睛，倾听各种大自然的声音，流水声，风声，鸟声，真是悦耳动听。

曾读过一篇文章所过这样的一句话，热爱大自然就是热爱生活。朋友，你是否热爱生活呢?那请你拥抱大自然吧。“树木丛生，百草丰茂”“连个黄鹂鸣翠柳，一行白鹭上青天。”“野芳发而幽香，佳木秀而繁阴。”“青树翠蔓，蒙络摇缀。”

众多古人都曾写下赞美大自然的妙句，而我亦乐在其中。自然美景，绚丽人生。拥抱自然，热爱生活。

Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

冬去春回，转眼间，春天美丽的景象已经摆在了我眼前。春天像个害羞的小姑娘，总是和我们藏猫猫。我已经感受到了春天清新的气息。春天就在我眼前，需要我去仔细地观察。 Winter to go to spring back, in a blink of an eye, the beautiful scene of spring is already in front of me.Spring is like a shy little girl, always with our Tibetan cat.I have felt the freshness of spring.Spring is in front of me, I need to observe it carefully.

在春天里，许多动物、植物都苏醒了。我走在路上，路旁一棵棵的小树都吐出了嫩芽。柳树姑娘在梳洗着长辫子，一边照着镜子，一边说着：你们看，我多美呀!柳枝轻盈地摆动着枝条，好像在跟我们打招呼。小溪弹奏的琴声让人陶醉。桃花睁开双眼，惊奇地看着我们。小鸟在“叽叽喳喳”地唱歌，就像在告诉我们：“春天来了!春天来了!”

一个个孩子都兴高采烈地冲出家门。有的追蝴蝶，有的做游戏，有的站在高处看风景。啊!我们就像是春天盛开的鲜花、池塘里的小鱼、小草的好朋友、祖国妈妈的孩子!人们都脱下厚厚的棉袄，背上旅游包，脸上带着灿烂的微笑去春游。

来到了旅游地点，每个人都惊讶地发现，大地的变化是多么的大呀!冰雪融化、泉水叮咚、莺歌燕舞、百鸟争鸣，还有美丽的蝴蝶翩翩起舞。春天让人们感觉到了温暖和乐趣。当春姑娘听到人们赞扬她的时候，她的脸上绽放出甜美的微笑。她心里想，明年春天我要给人们带来更多的欢乐。多么美的春天，多么的精彩春天啊!

春天就像一幅美丽的图画展现在所有人的眼前，只要你仔细观察就会发现春天的许多奥秘。春天是一个美丽而多彩的季节。在这里你也会经历很多吧，最后让我们大声地喊出：“我爱春天!”
