2050年的地球，是一个环境优雅的地球。环境优雅的生活，地上不再出现臭气熏天的垃圾;大街上，汽车都使用上了无味、无臭和无色的燃料;环境不再次受到空气的污染，让家园优雅清新起来，我们的生态环境平衡了，这是我们梦寐以求的生活呀!

2050年的地球，是今非昔比的地球。是一个没有空气污染、水污染……的地球，家园不再受到“污染”的侵袭，人们就不会受到“污染”问题的折磨!我相信生态平衡、环境优雅的地球在将来回腾飞猛进的!

大家行动起来吧!让我们把2050年的地球作为新世纪的榜样，新世纪的开始，让我们伸出双手去把我们的家园建设得更优雅、更美好、绿化生态更加好!

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

organize these facts and relationships; technology has to do with

tools,techniques, and procedures for implementing the findings of science.

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

seek to comprehend the universe and know the truth with the highest degree of

accuracy and certainty, cannot pay heed to their own or other peoples likes or

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

even an unpleasant truth is more than likely to be useful; besides, we have the

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

My hometown is shot in Yancheng, a seaside county.It is named by "Houyi Shooting the Sun", and it is a place that contains beautiful stories after another.Today, I will be your tour guide and take you away! As soon as you shoot the south gate of Yang, you can see the iconic architecture of Zengyang. The altar of the Houyi altar is far away from the magnificent eight "sun".I saw them standing unswervingly there, like people guarding their hometown.Every time my eyes are with this giant ball, I will applaud secretly: this is really a magical!

继续向前前进，路旁的大树像战士一样，纹丝不动地站着，形成一道亮丽的风景线。曲折蜿蜒的射阳河静静地贯穿着整个县城，忽然，一阵风吹过，河水开始喧腾起来，不停地拍打着岸边的石头，发出“哗哗哗”的声音，好听极了。

射阳的最东边是瞬息万变的黄海：有时风平浪静，犹如一面铜镜;有时惊涛骇浪，像是一头疯狂的猛兽向你扑来这里见不到沙滩，全是泥滩。夏天，人们喜欢来这里乘凉，泥滩上到处都回荡着男女老少的欢笑声。只见，有的人光着小脚丫东奔西跑;有的人在专心致志地抓泥螺和小黄蟹;还有的人向着大海极目远眺远远望去，水光接天，相得益彰，蔚为壮观。射阳的人们，因为大海，收获了许多人间美味：泥螺和小黄蟹，都是我们这里独有的特产，还有各种各样的海鲜，会让你们吃的回味无穷。

在射阳，你还可以去丹顶鹤保护区游玩。这里是丹顶鹤的第二故乡。每年冬天，一群群美丽的丹顶鹤会从遥远的北方飞来，度过整整一个冬天。连绵起伏的芦苇荡在一阵阵微风的吹动下，一层层向我们涌来，分外壮丽。继续向纵深行进，你会发现成群结队的丹顶鹤安闲地欣赏着这属于它们自己的王国。它们有的单脚站立，闭目养神;有的迈开修长的双腿，修然自得地散步;还有几只丹顶鹤在空中或掠过，或盘旋。

我的家乡不像大都市那样金碧辉煌，但也不失小家碧玉。希望你们成为我们家乡的常驻游客!
