Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the han. It is a very important festival in our hometown, so every year the Dragon Boat Festival is very busy.

The Dragon Boat Festival is the most indispensable, nature is zongzi, every year the grandmother of the Dragon Boat Festival and everyone will pack hundreds of big dumplings! There are many kinds of dumplings, such as reed leaves, bamboo shoots, wild leaves and lotus leaves. But our hometown is a lot of reeds, so most of them are wrapped in reeds. Over the years, the story of Qu’s demise transformed into the traditions of racing dragon boats and eating zongzi – a kind of rice wrapped in bamboo leaves. The races have certainly captured the imagination of people from all over the world. Almost everybody loves music, because music has its power. It can brings

joy to people when they feel upset. As for me, when I am not happy, I will turn

这一切对人们的生活都造成了不同程度的影响：由于树木的过度砍伐，许多地方都受到土地沙漠化的威胁，人类生活地区不断缩小;随着工业发展、城市不断增添与扩大，全世界煤与石油等消耗量一年比一年增加，空气中二氧化碳浓度也跟着提高，温室效应使地球平均气温年年上升，全球变暖将使南、北极冰雪融化，海平面上升，上升到一定程度，沿海的城市和工业基地将会被海水入侵或淹没，从而遭受重大损失。另外，地球变暖还会产生气候变化，使陆地上水分蒸发加大，一部分干旱沙漠进一步扩大，也可能造成旱灾增多……

还有地球上那些濒临灭绝的动物们，谁去听听它们的心声。它们原本是那么兴旺，可是由于人类的过度捕杀和环境的变化，它们的生存家园被夺走了。使得它们就快灭绝了。

原本美丽的地球被我们弄得“面目全非”，地球在哭泣啊!难道我们这些“罪魁祸首”就不应该在心中敲响警钟，好好的反思一下吗?

人类早荒山野就应该觉醒了，去做些能做的，也应该做的事情：不乱扔垃圾;不随地吐痰;随手捡起地上的垃圾;随手关紧水龙头;尽量用二次用水冲厕所;上岭去植树;保护那些濒临灭绝的动物……

大家赶快行动起来吧!保护环境，从我做起，从每一个人做起，从大家做起。去保护环境。愿地球的明天更加美丽;但愿在明天，动物都繁茂起来;愿明天的阳光更加温暖灿烂!
