Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food.

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt.

The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.

[关于教师节英语作文:感谢之情

曾经多少次跌倒在路上，曾经多少次折过翅膀，如今的我已不再彷徨，用自信去面对未来。

在寻梦的路上，曾因为跌倒而恐惧，因为挫折而退缩，梦依旧深深刻在心中，虽然有过失落和惆怅，却始终坚信，我不是弱者，我可以，我能行，自己的梦和理想可以依靠自己来实现。

还记得幼时，蹒跚学步时，总是摔倒。妈妈从没有在我摔倒后扶起我，妈妈总是语重心长地说：“欣欣，爬起来，加油!爬起来，到妈妈身边来，你能行的。”幼时的我，似乎对“我能行”有了一点模糊而疑惑的印象……

小学时，曾因为一次次考试失利而大哭，那时候，我开始疑惑了，我能行吗?我对自己说：“我不行。”我给了自己一个明确否定的答案，第一次彻底地把自己否定了，把自己关在黑暗的角落里很久很久……

自卑的我跨进了这个初中的大门，我觉得在这个高手如云的中学里，我像一只丑小鸭，又丑又矮。无助、胆怯、弱小的我对自己说：“我不行。”直到一天我被这样一段文字打动了：“每种花都有开花的季节，那些还没有开放的花，只是未到季节，人也一样。所以当你还未开放时，应当经历更多挫折，积累更多的人生的智慧，你更要充满自信和耐心去等待。也许等待很漫长，但不要怕，告诉自己‘我能行’。”我突然明白了，明白了“我能行”的真正含义，原来我可以的。从那一刻起，自信便在我脸上定居了……我总是用自信的笑容，去迎接困难。我知道，我赢了，赢在比别人多一份自信……我会对每一次挫折说：“我能行!”

如今我可以在课堂上积极地举手，大声准确地说出自己的见解;我能以自信的微笑去迎接每一次考试;我可以在遇到难题和困难时，说一句：“让我试试，我能行”;我可以用自信的笑容获得同学们的掌声，优秀的成绩，别人的羡慕和惊讶……

曾经多少次迷失了自己，而今，因为拥有自信，我可以微笑。因为灿烂的笑容，我拥有了欢乐、坚强、勇敢……

在人生的海洋里，泛着小舟，我不在忧虑和恐惧。因为我拥有自信，我能够到达成功的彼岸。

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother’s netpany. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s netpany. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone.

While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mother’s office, I had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I can’t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

随着鱼儿高高地从水面上跃起，还没好好享受天空带给它的美丽时就应声入水;随着鸟儿俯冲进入海洋，还没领略到海洋的神奇时就要探出水面。我们是不是应该从此意识到一个问题：不切实际的事物都是空想，只有务实才能成就理想。

纵观古今中外，凡成功之士没有一个不是脚踏实地的。

发明家爱迪生，当初在发明电灯时，夜以继日地反复实验，只为那油灯变为电灯的梦想。他实验了成百上千种材料，终于发现了制造电灯的最好材料——钨。

试想一下，要是没有爱迪生反复地实验，哪里还存在我们现在在黑夜之中的五彩缤纷呢?他没有因为自己是伟大的.科学家就痴心妄想，而是像一个普通人一样，怀着对科学崇敬的心，从理论做起、从实验做起，这才实现了他成为发明大家的梦。

外国人是如此，我们中国人也不例外。

杂交水稻之父袁隆平，从前只是一个名不见经传的人。他把自己的一生都奉献在了发明杂交水稻这项造福农民、造福百姓的事业上。他没有想过要去做些什么造福全人类的伟大事业，而是把底层人民的利益放在自己的首位。脚踏实地、吃苦耐劳，没有一点怨言，这才有了今天的伟大成就。务实成就理想的说法可见一斑。

人是如此，自然界中的生物又何尝不是呢?

每年夏季，由于水域的变通，黄鱼需要逆流而上去往上游产卵，而逆流则是成为他们行程中最大的难关。但是这些黄鱼没有就此放弃，而是怀着永不放弃的精神一步步地克服逆流往上游，最终才能到达目的地。

务实也不仅仅适用于科研，人类的工作、生活、为人处事上都需要务实二字。务实是一种态度，更是一种习惯，只要每件事都脚踏实地，那么每个人都可以获得成功。

大概每个人对过春节的态度都有这样一个轮回式的转变，小时候喜欢过节，青年时淡漠，到了中老年，又像孩子似的，对春节充满了感情、渴望、欢欣。

如今，我对春节就进入了第二次热恋。

这些天，每天清晨一起床，我第一件事就是打开音响，让李焕之先生的《春节序曲》充斥整个房间，欢快的曲调能带给我一天的好心情。

经历了青年时期的浮躁，我终于能静下心来品味春节，品味生活。

老祖宗是多么地热爱生活呀!我们有春节、清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节，西方国家有圣诞节、愚人节、母亲节、父亲节;我们有星期天，老外有礼拜天。这些节日都很好，都是人这种高级动物特有的发明创造。套用一位伟人的话，用这样的方法，表达我们的情感，使整个民族团结起来。

老祖宗是多么会享受生活呀!忙碌了一年，图个什么，不就图个快乐吗?人的一生都在追求快乐、追求幸福;感受快乐、感受幸福。在物资匮乏的年代，年是一个很奢侈的东西。可尽管如此，一贫如洗的杨白劳也要买上二斤白面，扯上二尺红头绳，给身体、给情感一点滋润。如今，对很多国人来说，物质上是天天过年了，可是精神上呢?物质意义和精神意义上的双重享受才是真正意义上的过年。

人这一生中，其实只有两头是比较真的。孩童时期，连撒谎都是那么可爱，“我妈妈说她不在家”能超过全世界的幽默小品。到了中老年，家庭稳定，事业稳定，好像没有必要再不做一个真实的自己，干嘛不在春天即将到来的日子，在春节七天的黄金时段，给自己摆一桌精神的盛宴呢?让心情放个假，让我们真正享受到做天地之精华、万物之灵长的乐趣。

春节是生活之花。一年之计在于春，人生之计在于春节。我们在春节里享受美味，走亲访友，养足精神，打点行装，然后出发，整整一年都会精神抖擞，意气风发，斗志昂扬。这一年的人生必然是风调雨顺，五谷丰登。春节是人生的节点，人生的加油站。人的一生，从娘胎出发;人的一年，从春节出发。

品味春节，就是品味生活中最有味道的那道菜。

今天是新年第一天，也是一个新的开始。回想2020，我仍有许多感想。

从上了初中，我们每天都会写一篇随笔。而我从开始至今，从未间断。从开学到现在，已经有四个月了，算下来差不多有120天了，而我也恰好写了120篇习作。发公众号的篇数位列全班第一!

对我来说，每天一篇随笔，是一种习惯，一种乐趣。虽然有时会经历写作瓶颈期，但只要一直写，一直练，再长的瓶颈期也会顺利度过的。但有些人却被这瓶颈期打败了，从此放弃了写作。但他们不知道，失败也是成功的首要条件。在这里，我要向所有人说一句话：滴水能把石穿透，万事功到自然成!

另外，学习上也是如此，尤其是数学。上了初中，数学的难度虽然没有没怎么加大，但却十分考验人的思维。有时在课上，如果讲一节比较难懂的课时，有的人可能听不太明白，做习题来有些困难;有的人干脆不听了，题也不做。回到家后，对这节课内容一问三不知，那学习效果就会大打折扣了。

所以，我们要从预习做起。如果写完作业后，时间没有太晚，你完全可以拿出书通读一遍下节课的内容，并尝试着做一下课后的习题。如果你都能做对，那么第二天上课就轻松多了。如果你遇到了一些问题，那就得带着问题去听课了。当然，这也并非坏事。

我现在也是如此。前一段学习新课时，我每天都是这样，听课的效率自然大大提高，做起题来也就得心应手了。

还是那句话，滴水能把石穿透，万事功到自然成，只要积少成多，才会滴水穿石，才能功到自然成!
