寒假的一天，妈妈下班回家。一进门就兴冲冲地喊：“月月，猜妈妈给你带来什么?”“肯定是好吃的。”我不假思索地回答。“不对。”说着，妈妈从背后拿出一个小盒子递给我。我好奇地接过盒子，迫不及待地打开一看，原来是一只活泼机灵的小鸟。我小心翼翼地捧起它，仔细端详着。

这应该是一只刚刚会飞的小鸟，嘴角的嫩黄还未褪去。一身灰褐色的羽毛丰满整洁，一双圆溜溜的小眼睛乌黑光亮，惊恐地四下张望。

一不小心，小鸟从我手里挣脱开来，朝着窗户飞去，想要飞出去吧?没想到一头撞到窗玻璃，落在窗台上，可它仍然不甘心似的，扑楞着翅膀想要飞起来。我不禁可怜起小鸟来，我想，小鸟应该生活在大自然的怀抱里，自由自在地飞翔。于是，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，咱们把小鸟放了吧!看不到爸爸妈妈，小鸟多着急害怕呀。”妈妈惊疑地看着我，然后用欣赏的口吻说：“我的儿子长大了。小鸟已经给你了，你说了算。”我高兴地谢过妈妈，捧着小鸟飞快地跑下楼去。

来到楼下的空地上，我轻轻地松开双手，小鸟“噌”地飞向天空，很快地飞远了。我仿佛看见小鸟飞回了鸟群，依偎在鸟爸爸和鸟妈妈的身边，诉说着今天的经历，故事里有一位善良的少年……

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do. On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax. And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself. I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. I also played with my mother. She couldn’t swim so I taught her. I sometimes played a trick on her. I had a good time there.

In the spring,everything become green,the grass come out,there are flowers everywhere.

In the summer,its very hot,you can hear birds chirping in the tree and frogs singing in the riverside.

In the autumn, everything become yellow,the fruits are mature,and wheat is ripe,its the harvest time.

In the winter, it snows here. Everything is covered with whiteness.

How beautifel my hometown is!But I like winter the best.I can make a snowman and play outdoor.It is so exciting.

照往常的规矩，我家乡的春节大约在立春前一天就开始了。这天，家家户户很是忙碌，都要灌香肠，晒腊肉，然后贮存起来，等到新年过后再吃。

都说腊月是最繁忙之时，果不其然。一月之内要大扫除、置年货、准备过年的食物用品……每一家都不例外，可不累坏了呢!

过年的需求准备完了，也就差不多到除夕了。

三十这晚，最是团圆。人们都会和至亲的人或好友一块儿吃美味的年夜饭，好不热闹。屋里热闹了，外边儿也不闲着。不一会儿，便是鞭炮声响彻云霄。这声音不仅响，而且连绵不断，似是在提醒着人们今晚要为长辈守岁。就这样，每年我都昏昏沉沉地熬了一夜。

守完岁，就想睡个好觉?可没那么容易!正月初一这天，要早早的起床，向长辈问好、祝福呢!

清早，必是先要将早餐送入肚中。早餐，两字听起来熟悉又简单。但在我的家乡，正月初一的早餐可是有讲究的：要吃鸡蛋，象征着一年的吉祥如意;还要吃菜包，象征着这一年会招财进宝;当然，吃我家乡的特产——灯芯糕是最必须的，因为这象征着一年的职业学习节节高升。

吃完这复杂的早餐，就该去给长辈们拜年了。说实话，其实我最喜欢做这“奉承”事儿了。因为，只要对长辈说句新年祝词，便可得到压岁钱和长辈给予的幸福平安，岂不甚好?

正月初一至初七，都是奔波之日。这七天，要去向每一家亲戚拜新年、话祝福。

终于，到了正月十五元宵这天。大家都将年前准备好的汤圆和腊月晒的香肠腊肉拿出来与亲戚朋友分享品尝。储藏过一月有余的香肠腊肉，此时已是色香味俱全了。就闻一下、尝一口，便是如何都无法停筷了。品尝完这至高的美味后，便该去逛庙会，猜灯谜。与朋友们开开心心地过完这春节的最后一天。

正月十六早上，已是春节离去之时。大人该去就职工作，小孩也要背起书包上学去。虽然春节过完了，可我还在回味之中……

There would have been more I love yous ... more Im sorrys...but mostly, given another shots at life, I would seize every minute... look at it and really see it...live it...and never give it back.
