我叫XXX，今年**岁。毕业于**。我性格活泼开朗，大方热情，乐于助人，平时喜欢阅读、看书和上网流览信息。我曾经在**学校参加过教学实习，在实习期间我严格按照正式老师的标准来要求自己，进行语文教学和班级管理。我深入学生，和他们相处融洽，和他们一起布置文明教室，开主题班会，组织大家开展篮球赛，参与诗歌朗诵比赛等，学习了语文教学的各种知识，掌握了一定的中学语文教学技巧，也对班主任工作和学生工作有了一定的认识，找到了自己的管理班级的一套方法。同时，在实习当中，身边教师无私奉献的精神和天真、求知若渴的学生们勤奋的学习态度深深地感染了我。我也深深体会到了作为一名“人类灵魂的工程师”的乐趣和重要意义，更加坚定了自己做一名教师的决心，成为一名教师也成了我的愿望。谢谢!
