曾几何时，一个主题为“环境污染”的民谣在河南一带流传开来“50年代淘米洗菜，60年代洗衣灌溉，70年代水质变坏，80年代鱼虾绝代，90年代身心受害……”工业的.迅速发展，带来了中国经济的突飞猛进，却也玷污了河水原本澄澈的面容，掩盖了它的丽姿。
