天气晴朗的上午，老师让我们真正体会到水的滋味。

上课了，老师让我们把带的饮用水拧开瓶盖喝一口水，说说是什么味道。大家异口同声的说：“没有味道!”我却觉得，这一杯水有一丝丝甜的味道。老师又问说在你生活中起着什么样的作用，有的说救命，有的说是心是肝，是我什么中的四分之三。

老师为了让我们体会到水真正的滋味，让我们绕着操场跑了十五圈。开始我们觉得挺有意思，跑的十分有劲。过了一会儿，我们有一点气喘吁吁，上气不接下气。接着有的人累得不再跑，而是走。我前面一位也累得快倒在地上了，连我这种经常锻炼自己的人，也腿脚发软。

终于结束了，我们回到原位上，正想喝水时，可老师说：“先别慌喝，听老师讲一个故事来。”说完，便讲起一个故事：在一个荒凉的高原村庄，几个徒步旅行的旅行者把带的东西都吃光了，他们四处找水，几乎绝望的时。突然看见一个农家，他们兴奋地上前要水，老婆婆善良地给他们一碗浑浊的水，旅行者之一接过水，心想这老婆婆也太抠门了，把水一洒，老婆婆就把他们领到院子里，他们一看，惊呆了：后院里地干得裂开，井已经见底，牲口都快渴死了，连老婆婆的孙子也口渴得嘴唇都裂开了。这时他们才知道那碗浑浊的水是十分珍贵的。
