光能普照万物，万物生活离不开光。光照耀到人时会使人厌烦，会使人急于躲避。光也会给人在颓丧消沉时带来希望。

光源有两种，外来光源和内来光源。外来光源主要是新物件而内来光源主要是精神。

外来光源主来源是物质。比如说一件时髦的服饰，一包美味零食，一块新开发的电子产品。当今社会外来光闪耀得太刺眼，使人看不清。人们靠着外来光源的探照灯指引前进的道路。照耀过后我们变得急躁，变得浮躁。总想不劳而获，总是想攀比。殊不知新物品的研发过程之中也是需要内来光源做指引的。

当一个人外来光源转换成内来光源他可能变得急于求成。做了一件事恨不得马上就见效果，有结果，有回报。还有人在被外来光源照射后变得绚丽了，沉浸在自我绚丽之中，慢慢地就在外来光源的指引下迷失了方向。

内来光源，它是心的幼苗。吸取的养分越多它就长得越茁壮。当幼苗逐渐成长，长成参天大树时就可以为人们抵挡消沉失意的情绪。人们就可以在树底下乘凉休息。整顿好自己的行装再出发。

心里的光，是一个人的信念。内来光源，是人生之路的探照灯。成分为不屈、向上的灯光洒向人们时会给人一种力量。人生的路途里有外来光源和内来光源。如果多注意外来光源探照灯只会急于赶路，路上无光时便唉声叹气，一时想不出解决办法。

如果多注意内来光源探照灯，一路上可能会多看到蝴蝶在荆棘花丛中飞舞;云鸟在天空中迎风翱翔;海鱼在湍急水流中遨游。路上无光时便会谨慎地摸索前进。

人生路途中外来光源的探照灯每一盏都辉煌，每一盏都想让人们冒着“失明”的风险去拥有。急于赶路，急于追求只会看到越来越多的霓虹灯。

而霓虹灯通常不是在心里常亮的。内来光源的探照灯每一盏可能只有微弱火光，微弱到只可看清你站在灯光底下的路，只要你不着急赶路，哪怕灯光再渺小微弱，只要你肯脚踏实地坚持往前走就会灯火通明。

路途中总会有一段漫长黑暗的路程，当你被许多内来光源的探照灯照耀过后，你自己就是一盏内来光源的探照灯，可照亮自己，照亮别人。

克雷洛夫曾说过：“现实是此岸，梦相是彼岸。中间隔着湍急的河流，行动则是架在河上的桥梁。”也许梦想听起来十分遥远，但其实它就在我们身边，深埋在我们心底。

当你因错过满天群星而哭泣时，你已经错过了明日的太阳;当你因错过了机会而懊悔时，你已经错过了心中的梦想。对于我来说，当野外研究员就是我的梦想。也许你会觉得当野外研究员算不得什么梦想，可你却不知道，它是我的毕生所求。

每当我看到街头流浪的小狗或是路边冻死的小猫，我心里都十分难过，心中隐隐约约就有了这样一个想追逐的方向。可我那时，还未十分明确，我的梦想是什么。直到后来，我在电视上看到许多野生动物濒临灭绝的消息时，我的梦想就如一个害羞的少女缓缓揭开面纱，露出了它的“庐山真面目”，我要当一名野外研究员。

当我告诉周围的人，我的梦想是当一名野外研究员时，他们都对我说：“这样的梦想有什么用，放弃吧!”又或者说：“不要想了，梦想那只不过是你想的而已，仅此而已，不要有这种可笑的梦想了。”那时的我也有动摇过，反反复复问自己，难道我的梦想真的是一个笑话吗?想了很久我才明白，也许梦想是很遥远，很可笑，但同时它也是我耗尽一生都想要去追逐的，它不仅是我的想，也是我的梦，我视若珍宝。

世界上最快乐的事情莫过于追逐梦想，我会为野外研究员这个梦想而奋斗，甚至付出我短暂的一生也再所不惜。梦想就是不幸者的希望，是一束没有尽头的光，只要我一直追逐着它前行，它会一直存在，永不会覆灭。
