I have many bad habits, but there is one always makes me upset. I like nodding off in class. Nearly everyone will have this bad habit in summer. But I will nod off in every class and every season. With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high technology. Since I was a little child, I had a dream that I wanted to be a doctor.

When I was little, I watched many TV series and movies about doctors. I thought

they were so great. Therefore, I made up my mind to be a doctor. In my opinion,

doctor is the people who can help patience get out of sickness and pain.I want

to be the person who can help others. However, being a doctor needs so much

professional knowledge and there is a long way to go. So I have to try my best

on my study and go to a good college.

A bird in a cage, the free space is infinite, they like the frog in well spend in narrow space, not their own free life.

Each time I see them, they think, feel with the other.

“鸟儿有属于自己的天空，鱼儿有有属于自己的湖泊，草儿有属于自己的土地，花儿有属于自己的阳光，我为什么就不能有属于自己的生活呢?”我对天长叹，但老天只是我的一个诉说者，他又能为我达到什么呢?

自由，我是多么渴望得到自由，若有一天，我独自漫步在花香弥漫的旷野上，任风儿吹拂我的头发，任草儿在我的脚上摆动，任阳光照射在我的脸上，我始终是漫无天日地走着，当某年某日的时候我来到大海边，对着大海说出我的心事，捡起一个海螺对着它说出我的秘密，梦想有一天有人捡起它，慢慢地拿到耳畔倾听着我那诉说的故事，不知不觉地一传十，十传百，妈妈，爸爸，你们也会听到这个故事吗?是不是明白了我的心事，给我一片属于我自己的完美生活，给我那想要的自由?

“有时，我也想要自由!”我大声地呐喊着，一阵阵的回音传入我的耳畔。我是多么希望有着自由的世界啊!

今天，郑老师请了别班的二位女同学来我们班表演节目。第一位同学和第二位同学表演的节目都是“刻舟求剑”。听郑老师介绍，第一位同学是带病来给我们表演。我想：这个女同学真勇敢，我要向她学习。

开始表演节目了，第一位同学很自信，虽然她缺了一颗牙，可她不觉得害羞。我发现她的牙齿很白，就像电视上“高露洁”牙膏的广告明星，牙齿还会闪光呢!第二位同学的表演很好，她的表演声情并貌，精彩无比。林英东评论说：“第二位女生很凶，像个男人婆。”郑老师对英东说：“这是夸张的表情。”通过观看二位同学的表演，我明白了在表演的时候。“神情”的表现是很重要的。

别班的同学表演完了，轮到我们班的同学表演了，同学们纷纷举手，积极参与。上台表演的同学，有的表演“哭笑不得”的表情，有的表演“紧张”的表情，还有的表演“自信饱满”的表情。他们的表演都非常精彩。

接下来，老师宣布开始玩游戏，大家都乐坏了。其中，志鹏和陈冰两人的“斗牛士游戏”玩得最精彩了。他们两人分别代表男女生进行比赛。游戏规则是在他们背后分别帖一个字，然后站在两个方格里让对方猜，谁先看到对方背后的字并且不出方格线谁就赢。志鹏像个斗牛士一样以闪电般的速度闪来闪去，想看陈冰身后的字，却怎么也看不到;而陈冰却很自信地按兵不动。这时，志鹏背后的字条飞了起来，陈冰眼尖地发现了字条上有一个“心”字，就猜可能是“志”，她告诉老师，老师宣布：“正确!女生胜出。”女生们都高兴地欢呼起来。

今天，看了同学们的精彩表演和游戏，让我明白了。自信就会带给我们成功的机会。每个人都要有自信心，才能更好地展现自己，让自信带给我们更大的快乐!

beijing, the capital of china, is one of the largest cities in the world. there are many places of interest, such as the summer palace, the forbidden city and the great wall. all of them are beautiful and well-known to the world. great changes have taken place in beijing since we successfully held the 2008 0lympic games.

When I got to the field with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat.

当我和朋友们走进赛区时。我又激动又紧张。当我看到第一个高度时，我的心都快跳爆了。

How high it was! It was higher than our desks. I couldnt believe my eyes. This was too high for me to jump over. I wasnt nervous at that time, while I was a bit afraid. But I had gone there, I must have a try.

Almost everyone knows that water covers three-fourths of the earths

surface. Most of it， however， is in the oceans and is too salty to drink. Also，

tried to build their homes near the sources of fresh water. Now fresh water is

becoming scarce， but more and more is needed because of the increasing number of

people in the world. Some industries also use large amounts of fresh water in

the production of things such as steel， petroleum， paper and rubber and so on.

Scientists estimate that the need for fresh water will have doubled by the year

2003. If they are correct， we must find new ways of saving it or producing it.

Some nations have worked on the problem and are already sharing their

information with others. They are trying to keep their rivers from becoming

polluted. Deep wells are also being dug， and rain water is being collected in

huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water

to satisfy the needs of their people.
