I like badminton and basketball，basketball is my favourite sport，I like basketball best.

I always wear a T-shirt，shorts and runners to play basketball. I can throw the basketball in the net， I think it is easy， but someone think it is hard， I can catch the basketball，too. On Sundays，I am a bbasketball player.I like to watch basketball game on TV， Yao Ming is my favourite basketball player， I want to be a real basketball player someday.

我爱家乡的四季，因为她是那么的美丽，那么的丰富多彩。

春天里，万物复苏，百花齐放。小燕子们伴随着花儿的芳香唱着歌儿来到南方。我来到了宋桥外婆家，乡间小路两旁的泥地里都冒着芬芳的气息。我在外婆家的菜园里栽下了一颗葡萄树的小树苗。我希望它能够顺利地成长，长成一棵枝繁叶茂的大葡萄树，能让我们吃到一颗颗甜美的葡萄。

夏天，是热魔王最猖狂的时刻，也是大人们最辛苦的时候，街上的三轮车夫总是汗流夹背在骑着三轮车，工地里建筑工人顶着炎炎烈日在劳动。然而，夏天更是我们小孩子喜爱的季节，有的在院子里打水战，有的去游泳、、、、、、，我最喜欢做的事就是去游泳了，每天下午３点左右，我来到白洋游泳池旁，换上游泳裤，就下水去游泳了，游累了就和同学戏水，真好玩！到了傍晚，老人们都到屋檐下拿着扇子坐在凳子上乘凉，我们还可以让大人们讲故事给我们听。

秋天，天气渐渐变得凉快起来，这个时候我最喜欢去爬山了，离我们家最近的是东门山，到了秋天，一片片红色的枫叶从树上飘落下来，像一张被子，布满了整座山。我来到树林中，拾起一片片的枫叶，抛上天空，洒落下来，就向天女散花一样。秋天更是一个收获的季节，大人们在田里忙着收割作物。

冬天，我们这儿的冬天并不太冷，大雪好像与我们无缘，冬天下雪的日子少而又少，平时只能在电视里看到下雪的景象，直到前年寒假的一个早晨，冬雪分飞，一朵朵雪花飘落下来，把整个城镇都洒满了，远远看去一片白茫茫。我和妈妈来到雪堆中一起堆雪人，我堆头、手，妈妈堆身体，一会儿就堆起了一个美丽的雪人，好可爱啊……

家乡的四季给了我无限的欢乐，我爱家乡的四季！

Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of

cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and

arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a

period of exhausting work. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to

everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or

ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities.

Whats more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.

My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both

physically and psychologically. It is also a good way for people to know each

other and can promote friendship between people. So long as we are carefully

enough, sports can do us nothing but good.

You want to know sthe changes about my hometown. You know, great changes have taken place since 60 years ago.

In the past, the living conditions were very poor. There were not many buses or cars, and the roads were narrow. Usually, a big family was crowed into a small, dark house. Most families couldn’t get enough food. The communications were simple and slow. People kept in touch with their friends and relatives far away mainly by letter or telegram.

Thanks to the government, our hometown has developed rapidly in recent years. The living conditions are much better and more comfortable. The roads are wide. Some people have their own cars. Most of the people have lived in big new houses. Quite a few adults have mobile phones. Because of many good policies, I think our lives will become better and better.

Since I came to middle school, I have to learn so many subjects, at first,

I could not catch up with my classmates, I felt so worried. So I decided to keep

studying every night. After finishing dinner, I went to my bedroom and did my

homework. But when I finished my homework, I forced myself to go over other

subjects. Though I was very tired, I still keptstudying until midnight. But it

did not work, I did not made progress. I talked to my teacher, she told me to

relax and had a good rest, I needed to be patient and made progress step by

step. I realized my mistake and adjusted my method and it works.

我爱家乡的山山水水，更爱家乡的竹林，那儿春意盎然，春光妩媚。是我家乡的一大亮点，也是我心中，最美的风景。

驻立在溪水欢淌的小石桥上，远眺竹林。远远望去，绿压压的一片，竹子相互交横，却又井然有序，它们充满着生机和活力，洋溢着青春的热情与喜悦，仿佛体内蕴藏着无尽的力量将要喷涌而出，直冲云霄。风轻轻拂过，地上零散的落叶随风起舞，在空中交织成一片，时而变换成一个大漩涡，时而像俏皮的竹精灵在施展魔法，风逝，叶落。

走进竹林，一阵清新的混着竹草香的气味扑面而来，不禁令人精神抖擞，沉醉于次。细看竹林，棵棵拔地而起，抬头仰望，只感觉颈部酸痛，也望不到竹子的顶端。翠绿，深绿，浅绿……各种各样的绿扑朔了我的眼，迷离了我们的心。节节高，一节一节，宛如泛着的绿光的光圈，套在竹节身上，一圈又一圈，那么亮眼，赏心悦目。来到这里，我仿佛走进了个绿色天堂，“人在画中游”即使我是个才华横溢的画家，怕也不能将这幅画卷跃在我现在纸上。

漫步在竹林中，一间雅典的竹屋映入我的眼帘。推门而进，眼前所看到的一切令我万分惊讶。竹门，竹窗，竹琢桌，竹椅……全是满屋的新绿。轻轻抚摸，光滑细致，真是巧夺天工！我的思绪也因此飘飞，清芳自赏的竹子以它们的一身傲骨闻名天下。它们自身所代表的坚持不懈，公正和虚心吸引了无数的文人墨客的赞颂。清代的郑板桥也留下了“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风”的千古佳句，形象地描绘出了竹子的高尚品质。竹子也被誉为“花中四君子”，它是当只无愧的君子。

走出竹屋，回想一步一步走来的欣喜，心里被填满了深深的满足。回望走过的脚印，心里有着一股难以言表的激动。

玩游历程结束了，但无论何时，我都不忘不了这片美丽的竹林，我爱家乡的竹林！

中央大街位于我的家乡哈尔滨市中心，它有“哈尔滨第一街”的美称。它可是最能表达哈尔滨这座“东方小巴黎”特色的街道。

中央大街目前是亚洲最大最长的步行街。全长1400米，路宽11米，人行道宽2至6米。最让世人所称奇的是它的路面，铺路用的方块石为花岗岩制成，形状像极了俄式的小面包，经过百年的洗礼，它们一块块还是那样密实而精巧，踩在上边那起起伏伏、光滑细腻的韵律质感，让人步履翩然。道路两旁是具有欧式风格的建筑，全是大大小小的商场和饭馆，每天都有无数人来到这里。如果你白天到这条街上来玩儿，会有一种身处艺术长廊的感觉。

但到了晚上，这里更是热闹非凡!

每天晚上，大约8点左右，大大小小的商场和酒吧就亮起了小灯笼，就像是打出了一个个迎客的信号。在休闲广场上摆了许多桌椅，让人们可以一边聊天，一边观赏街景，感受这条街的特别之处。

你可别以为到这条街来只能观光和购物，休闲酒吧里汇集了全国各地的风味小吃，比如：云南米线、新疆烧烤、四川麻辣烫……让你吃饱喝足的同时还能欣赏到精彩的有爵士乐、时装秀、相声等表演。

这就是我家乡的一条步行街，它的建成为我们提供了一个休闲娱乐购物的好去处。。

A Visit to the Flower Show

Last week Nature Park held a flower show. I went to visit it with my friends. I was very glad to see so many beautiful flowers in the park. I was really amazed to see a sea of colourful

flowers. They told me that some rare flowers came from Taiwan. Thousands of people stopped and watched them carefully. I took many pictures there. Taiwan has always been a part of our country. I am sure sooner or later we can go there to see many more beautiful flowers. What great fun it will be.

I have a good friend, when I was five years old, I met her, she is my neighbor, we became friends and play together all the time. Last week, my friend took part in the female basketball match, she is good at basketball, so I encouraged her to join our school team. The team played so well that they came to the final yesterday, the match was so excellent, at last, my friend’s team won the first place, I feel so happy, I plan to buy her a present and congratulate her. I feel so proud of her, she inspires me, too. We give each other encourage to move on. We will be good friends forever.

Since I watched the movie and was attracted by the girl who was dancing like an angel, I wanted to be her. I told my mother that I wanted to take the dance class. She was very happy and took me to the dance studio. At first, I practised so hard and felt great to make progress step by step. But a month passed, I felt so bored to do the same movement everyday, and I wanted to quit the class. But thinking about letting my mother down and if I gave up this time, I would do the same thing next time, so I decided to insist. This was the road that I chose, so I can’t give up.
