今天，我们每个人未必像姚明那样尽情绽放了梦想，但我们都有自己的梦，也都或多或少地实现着自己的梦。

这170多年来，正是无数先贤**把自己的梦融入“中国梦”，正是一代代人执着坚韧地接续“中国梦”，“中国梦”才有今日之荣光。

这30多年来，我们能够改变自己的生活甚至命运，能够让自己的梦想次第开放，亿万农民工能够在神州大地上自由流动，市场的生机活力在最贫穷的地方也能够崭露头角。我们也不能忘记，这一切根本得益于“中国梦”的追逐，得益于党带领人民在追逐“中国梦”的进程中，创造了发展传奇。

“中国梦”与个人梦唇齿相依。我们追逐自己的梦，本身构成了“中国梦”的一块块基石。“中国梦”的建构，又为我们放飞自己的梦想提供了平台和土壤。

看着听着他与鲁豫的交流，听着他坦然地讲述自己的经历，调侃自己的“身体缺陷”，一刹那，我不禁潸然泪下!我想，我是被他的顽强、他的坦率、他的乐观、他的坚韧和以及他的那永不放弃的精神感染了吧。尼克胡哲，一个外表不健全，可他却完成的却是许许多多健全人所不能达到的高度。年仅29岁的尼克胡哲拥有两个大学学位，担任着国际公益组织“没有四肢的生命”的总裁，创办了自己的演讲经纪公司，同时投资房地产和股票。骑马、游泳、冲浪、打鼓、踢足球，他样样皆能。

实现梦想最重要的就是坚持不懈和拥抱失败，把失败看作是一次学习的机会，而不是被失败的恐惧打倒。俗话说“人非圣贤，孰能无措”，可是面对自己的失败确实是件需要勇气的事，但只有勇于面对它，目光炯炯地直视它，看着它究竟哪里出了问题，吸取经验，才是尽快摆脱暂时失败的最有效方法。尼克他可以那么勇敢地面对自己的身体缺陷，他甚至可以自我调侃。难道我们就连小小挫折都不能面对吗?

看完视频，老师问我们，设想自己跟尼克一样的失去四肢，我们会怎么样?这时候，原本躁动的班级突然间安静了。我们都知道尼克可以有今天的成就，其中的艰辛努力不言而喻。毋庸置疑，很多人都期待自己可以产生“蝴蝶效应”，微笑的付出，巨大的回报。可是我们别忘了蝴蝶效应最初的“振动翅膀”也是要我们亲历亲为的，如果什么都不做，我想那应该是蝴蝶标本吧。

在演讲中，尼克经常讲到：“有人问我，你觉得自己是这世界上最快乐的人吗?我要说是的。我对人生的三个真谛——价值、目标、宗旨都很清楚，我知道我要往哪里去，所以我很快乐。无论怎样，满足于你所拥有的，比如我，就很珍惜我的‘小鸡腿’，不要放弃，爱别人，每天向前走一小步，你一定可以完成人生的目标。”人最怕的是没有想法，整天没有目标和方向地过生活，但只有想法，没有方法，就如同一群老鼠知道该给猫的脖子上挂个铃铛，但却没有老鼠去执行一样，只能是空谈。张爱玲说过，出名要趁早，老师说了，梦想要趁早。不过归根到底就是努力要趁早。

不知道同学们有没有看过一部动画片《机器人瓦力》，他讲述了发生在也许不远后的将来，那时的地球被层层叠叠的垃圾覆盖，没有绿意，没有生命，只有每天的大风沙来袭。人类没有灭绝，只是成了可耻的逃兵，在宇宙飞船上忘记怎么直立行走，忘记还有一个曾经的家园。这不是我们所希望看到的未来，但若现在每天不负责任地漠视与糟蹋，就是在一点点，抛弃我们的地球。

同学们，每年的3月12日，是我国的“全民植树节”。植树节，为了绿色和环境所设定的节日。我们中华民族自古就有“爱树、育树”的传统。爱白杨的挺拔，爱垂柳的柔美，爱松树不屈的风骨。除了这种精神的寄托外，人们更看重它的实用价值。有了树，才会有和谐美丽的大自然;有了树，才有清爽、新鲜的空气;有了树，才会有高楼、房屋;有了树才会有我们吃的各类食物。树，它不仅能防风固沙，保持水土，还能美化环境。所有这些，都使人们高度重视绿树的作用。于是才有了这一年一度的绿色节日-植树节。如今，植树造林已成为民族风尚，绿化家园成为时代的追求。

演讲这个词相信大家都很熟悉。没错，美国总统——奥巴马就是用他那高超的演讲艺术，成为连任总统的。如今，对我们21世纪少年的要求越来越全面。最近，班主任李老师又开启了一项新活动——演讲比赛。

演讲比赛为每个星期一班会课上举行，一共五人进行比赛。

我是第二组的，通过了一星期细致的观察和修改，总算到我大显身手的时候了。

星期一的早晨，我比平时都起得早。经过一番梳洗打扮，我走出了家门，踏上了一条“战争”的路程。

车一点一点前进着，我心中的石头也一点点大起来。我不再抬头挺胸，一个个问号也相继出现在我的脑子里，把它填的满满的，不允许我想其他的东西……，汽车在学校门口停下了。我下了车，可身上却犹如背着一座山那样重。我缓缓的走着，思考着那些问题，企图得到答案，好让我脑子休息一会儿。

不知为何，今天的时间总是过的特别快，没过一会儿，早操便结束了。我们回到班级，等待着比赛的开始。

李老师让比赛的同学先到外面准备一下。我拿着搞子，仔细的看着读着。这时，我听到了一阵熟悉的声音，左右看一下。啊，是何叶!她是第二组的吗?看来，这次只能图个第二了。我正想着，突然，李老师喊道：“下面，由一号选手——杜欣云上台演讲。”随即是一片热烈的掌声……

终于轮到我上台了，我即紧张，又兴奋。两条腿重的像木头似的，怎么也挪不动半步。但最终，我还是战胜了心中的紧张，深吸了一口气，不紧不慢的走上了那“万众瞩目”的讲台，开始了我的演讲——“我的祖国是我……”正当我说的津津有味时，突然，我发现有一个字不会读，没办法，又不能问老师，只好自己硬着头皮随便乱说了一通……在掌声中，我走下了讲台。

最后，是我的“劲敌”——何叶闪亮登场的时候了。她演讲的题目是：今天你微笑了吗?不仅写得好，说得也头头是道，看来，这次的No.1是非何叶莫属了。

果真不出我所料，何叶得了一个第一名，而我，则稳稳抓住了第二名的“荣誉”。奖品虽然不如何叶的丰富，但我还是很开心。

每当我走进我们霸州市第二小学的校园时，就能感受到它的洁净和美丽。崭新而整齐的教学楼矗立在面前，宽大的操场，还有教学楼两边刚刚完工的花池，我拥有如此优美的校园环境，这让我就读于霸州市第二小学感到无比的自豪。

若想要拥有一个文明的校园，就必须要有一个文明的校风、班风、学风。可是，怎样才能拥有这一切呢？这便需要我们每一个同学一点一滴的努力了，文明常常被一些同学挂在嘴边，可是却有许多同学并没有牢记。在与同学嬉戏打闹时，脱口而出的脏话；在不经意间将垃圾丢在校园中；在心神不宁时踢桌椅或踢校园公共设施；在作业没有做完时或是不会做时，直接抄他人的作业。这些都是不文明的行为，我们应该以身作则，并号召同学们告别那些不文明的行为，不仅只是说，更要行动起来，文明校园，从我做起。

1、养成良好的卫生习惯，不随地丢垃圾，主动捡起垃圾，放进垃圾箱里，不随地吐痰。

读书对很多人来说是任务，是工作，但更是一种乐趣。读书于我来说是一种享受，我一直以为这种享受不是每个人都能体会到的。要能享受到读书的乐趣依我看来需要缘分。缘深，可能会成书呆子，愚不可及;缘浅，开卷无益，掷书而茫然。因此，读书只要把它看成是一种消遣就行了，一种高尚的消遣!我们既不用尘世功利的心态去对待读书，不能为了考试而读书。其实读书它恰是读书，我们开心就行。或许，五柳先生的“好读书，不求甚解，每有会意，欣然忘食”说的大概就是这个意思了。这样读书是不为外物所滞，而求于内心，为人所吸引的，我认为，这就是读书的真正乐趣了。

我心中的读书是既没有功利性，同时也是没有指向性的，但凭自己的兴趣，依乎性灵，择己所好，有所会意，有所感受。我们读天地，读自然，读历史，读人文……似乎什么东西都可以哪来读，但不管读的是什么，最终我们读的是感情，是思想，更是人。读一本好书，就像交了一个益友。书中必有同好者，以书会友，以友辅心，书中遇知音，书中遇知心，此读书之一大赏心悦事也。

读书是一种消遣，但读书肯定不仅仅是消遣。古往今来，关于读书的箴言是不计其数。古有颜真卿的“

黑发不知勤学早，白首方悔读书迟”，陆游的“书到用时方恨少、事非经过不知难”，李若蝉的“鸟欲高飞先振翅，人求上进先读书”，也有苏东坡的“好书不厌读百回，熟读课思子自知”。今有爱迪生的“书籍是伟大的天才留给人类的遗产”，普希金的“人的影响短暂而微弱，书的影响则广泛而深远”，还有列夫托尔斯泰的“理想的书籍是智慧的钥匙”。我以为，读书的好处有三，陶冶性情，精神追求和启蒙自我。

读书可以陶冶性情。腹有诗书气自华，黄庭坚云：“三日不读书，便觉语言无味，面目可憎。”读书能改变人的气质，林语堂的解释是读书使人得到一种优雅和风味。善读书，如入芝兰之室，久而不闻其香，而香却在骨里。

读书可以修身养性，可以不断完善人的精神追求。桃园虽好，但不是久恋之地，唯有用思想建立起来的精神家园才是自己心灵的永久归宿。在“尘世熙熙，皆为利来;尘世攘攘，皆为利往”的社会，人们越来越失去自我，被喧嚣蒙尘自己心灵的圣土。曾几何时，我们都体验到过冰凉彻骨的虚无，“飘飘何所似，天地一沙鸥“正是这种虚无感的真实写照。带着这种强烈的困惑，我们走进书香，那里便是我们精神的后花园。

读书可以不断的启蒙自我。有一本书曾经讲过这样一个道理，即“久假不归论”，与三人成虎的道理差不多。我们虽然处在信息时代，但我们却经常被蒙蔽。这种蒙蔽有时来自于外界，因为我们长期生活在这样的环境中而不自觉的就相信了。但更多的是我们自己蒙蔽了自己，因为懒惰而不想思考，因为无知而不能突破，从而沦为现代媒体下的愚民，成为大众娱乐下的牺牲品。学问是光明，愚昧是黑暗，不读书的人，思想就会停止，广泛的读书显然是我们摆脱受蒙蔽、被愚弄的阶梯。

一言以蔽之，读书其实就是在乐趣中追求真善美，陶冶性情是求美，精神追求是求善，启蒙自己是求真。

光阴悠悠，岁月匆匆，时间如蝉丝在指间滑过。好读书者，不亦乐乎;不好读书者，亦强求不来。古人说太上有立德，其次有立功，再次有立言，读书作为一种我们选择的人生方式，我以为是立德、立功、立言所绝不能少的。然而，“立”并不是人生的目的，心中只想要“立”的人，心灵也许注定是残缺不全的，也肯定是不纯粹的。因此，走进浩瀚书海，呼吸那淡淡书香，弹指间信手拈来，寻找到人生的真善美，坐观尘世潮起潮落，终睹得青天明日。

在茫茫宇宙中，有一颗美丽的星球——地球。可现在，这美丽的星球上却出现了大面积的旱灾！！为了地球，我们是否想过要保护地球，珍惜水资源呢？

大家别看地球上的水储量有138.6亿亿立方米，可其中咸水就占了97.5%，淡水却只有2.5%。然而，在这些淡水之中又有近69%被冻在地球的两极地带，3%储存在地下含水层和永久的冻土之中。另外，湖泊、河流、土壤中所容纳的淡水只占淡水储量的0.33%。也就是说，地球上仅有100万亿立方米的水来维系生命循环与代谢的地球总水量！

目前，世界上已经有100多个国家和地区缺水，我们中国也在其中。全国600多座城市中，有300多座城市缺水，严重的有108座！

请大家珍惜水资源！不要让人类的眼泪成为地球上最后一滴水！

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.
