(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

我有一张圆圆的小脸，一双乌黑发亮的眼睛。我常将长长的头发扎成一只马尾辫，又干净又精神。在班里我成绩一般，比较内向，但是我有一两个比较好的小伙伴，我们经常一起玩耍一起学习。

我有很多缺点，我比较马虎。记得有一次数学考试，在计算题上因为我的粗心大意，不够仔细，就把3写成8，6写成9。这导致了最后计算错误。明明可以考98分的我，最后却只考了89分。

我还比较胆小，就连看见毛茸茸的小狗或者小猫，我都会害怕。因为我家邻居家养了只小狗，所以每天回家我都要躲在妈妈身后。每次看见它汪汪大叫，我就会浑身发抖，急速跑回到家中。

我缺点不少，但是我的优点也很多。比如我不乱丢垃圾，能帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务，每天的回家作业我都能很快完成。我们班班主任还因此打电话给妈妈表扬我，因为我作业完成得快，正确率又高，上课还积极举手发言，ip学习成绩比较优秀。

我有许多优点，也有许多缺点，我要争取改正这些缺点，取长补短，让自己更上一层楼。

其实一个人，最大的对手就是自己，我们要看重自己，相信"冬天来了，春天还会远吗？",我们要激励自己，直达成功的顶峰。我们要超越自己，时刻想着："没有最好，只有更好；我很相信自己，我对自己有信心，我相信自己能成功，我相信明天是美好的，我相信，我能行！" 前几个星期，我们学校举行了第六届田径运动会，我参加了400米女子田径运动会这个项目。刚开始，我对自己信心十足。可是当我听到其他班里的同学说："XXX,你可真不会选，难道你不知道你的对手在小学是每次跑步都能拿第一的吗？

"有的同学甚至讽刺我："我看你是泥菩萨过河——自身难保，明知山有虎，还偏向虎山行，就是拼了命也跑不过人家呀！笨鸟就是笨鸟，气死你也飞不过凤凰呀！"听到这一声声的讽刺，排斥，我的信心失了大半，连我最要好的朋友都劝我，让我放弃，可是我始终下不了决心，想碰碰运气。班里没有一个同学肯支持我，他们都坚决的说我不可能获胜，可我却想："这分明是长他人的志气，灭自己的威风嘛！我应该碰碰运气，毕竟在平日里我十分注重自己起跑时的反应力，跑步的爆发力和耐力方面的训练。"虽然心里这样想，但我明白，这不只是一个简单的比赛，我是代表班里参加，赢了的话，自己高兴，老师高兴，同学们也高兴，因为为班里争光了嘛，可是输了呢？

不仅自己难过，老师失望，同学们也会怨恨你！思前想后，最终觉得不管怎样我都要试试自己的实力。 比赛那天，我紧张得直哆嗦，看了看自己的对手，原来军训时和我在一个连呀，可是这又能怎么样？只能尽最大的努力了。比赛才刚开始，他已经比我领先三四十米了，我和他开始一直保持着这个距离，听着同学们喊的一声声"加油",我顿时有了信心，我默念着："要相信自己，相信自己能成功！"就这样，我在不断地给自己加油，这种自我暗示挺有效果，快到终点了，我憋住气，穷追猛打，随着一阵欢呼声，我冲出了终点。
