每年春节，家家户户都会吃饺子，这不，一大早我们家就忙活起来了，有的买饺子皮，有的做饺子馅，大家都在做包饺子前的准备。

皮买回来了，馅也包好了，就只剩包饺子了，这时，妈妈满脸阴笑地对我说：你要不要也试试?我心想，包饺子那么简单，不就往皮里放点馅吗。想着，我便信心满满地说：试就试，who怕who。说着，边擦干净了手。然后妈妈端来材料，一场战争便开始了。

我迫不及待地拿起一张皮儿，摊在手心里，接着用筷子夹起一大块肉放进皮儿中，再一捏皮儿的边，可是，我捏左边，肉就从右边出来，捏右边，它就从左边出来，到最后，这皮儿禁受不住折磨——烂了。哎，第一场战争就败了。

正当我在一旁唉声叹气是，妈妈可在偷冷哦，我一看妈妈的盘子里的饺子个个挺着将军肚儿，昂首挺胸的，可我这儿，别说饺子好不好了，连影儿都没有，妈妈提醒我。肉不能包太多刚听到第一句，我便以为自己会了，就急忙说：哦，我知道了，我再试一次。不用说，大家也能猜到，这次我放了很少的馅，包是包住了，可是妈妈打趣道：你这是在包馅饼啊。第二场又只能宣告失败。

胜不骄，败不馁，我重又拿起一张皮，放了不多不少的馅，这回终于成功了，虽说不怎么好看，但至少已经完成了，可是，我手上不是这边几片菜叶，就是那边几滴有水，脏死了。

通过这次包饺子的体验，我明白了做事要有坚持不懈的精神，还要多向有经验的人请教。

一年一度的寒假又过完了，记得老师要求我们写一篇有关寒假生活的作文，我觉得寒假里有几件事可以说说。

寒假里最重要的就是过年了，过年里少不了放鞭炮。我知道放鞭炮对空气会有污染，但不放点鞭炮吧手又有点痒痒的，我的那双手好像一直在对我说：“还是放一点鞭炮吧，不要放太多就行。”于是，我就同意了双手的建议放了一些鞭炮。放鞭炮很好玩，但也很危险，像那个点好后拿在手上“转转”的，如果你对着人，那衣服就会被烧着，还有，有的鞭炮点火后看上去好像坏掉了，可等一会儿它会突然喷出火来，非常吓人。我想鞭炮还是少玩一点的好。

我觉得在寒假里睡懒觉是最舒服的了，不知道大家是喜欢夏天睡懒觉还是喜欢在冬天睡懒觉呢？寒假躺在热呼呼的被窝里可以光明正大地睡懒觉，也不用担心上学会迟到。不过每天早上爸爸还是会叫我早点起来，但是我总装作没听见，继续装睡骗他。如果爸爸再叫我，我干脆钻到被窝里慢慢地穿衣服，能多钻一会儿就多钻一会儿。可是如果爸爸叫着叫着生气了，就会过来一把掀开我的被子——你知道的，那滋味可真不好受，还是乖乖地起床吧！唉，想睡懒觉的候最烦爸爸了。

寒假里当然少不了吃的。特别在过年时，能吃到很多好吃的东西，有美味的大螃蟹，有鲜美的虾，还有我最喜欢的小水饺，等等。一家人也可以经常聚在一起吃顿大餐；更重要的是这个时间里，我不用老是想着作业有没有完成，爸爸也可以不用想着工作了。

寒假时光过得很快乐，但快乐的时光总是过得很快，你看，一转眼，马上就要上学了。

二 过年 .年味十足

年前的时光总是飞快而又忙碌的，打扫屋子，做年糕，置办年货，贴对联......爸妈也回来了，一家人聚在一起有说有笑的，洋溢着幸福的味道。除夕夜，屋子里充满了饭菜的香味。‘哎，鱼来喽，看看我的厨艺咋样 ，’爸爸高声道。鱼，谐音余，代表着年年有余，这也成了我家必不可少的一道佳肴。新年的钟声已在敲响，与2015挥手告别，迎接着2016的曙光。烟花绽放，异彩纷呈，似纪念着逝去的一年，又对新的一年怀有憧憬。这是幸福的时刻，浓浓的年味在空气中飘荡，处处是幸福的海洋。

三 作业 .业精于勤

我开始认真挑选，最后选定了三个柿子，这些柿子虽然红，但是又硬又小。像妈妈说的那种不硬不软，大大的，脸儿通红的，那么十全十美的的柿子在这儿压根找不到。这些柿子不是伤痕累累，就是熟烂了。

买海带可就不那么容易，我东跑西跑，往东瞧瞧朝西看看，最后我终于在一个不显眼的地方找到了它，一看价格，我不由地吐了一下舌头。贵的好吓人那!虽说最贵的是五元五角，和西红柿并在一起不超过十元，可我还是很心疼!最后，我拿了一包一元八角的海带和三个的柿子去结账了……

我走进家门，“啪”地一声把门关上了，把那大雪纷飞的夜晚关在了外面!——这就是我假期的新体验，平凡而简单，你有过这样的经历吗?妈妈说，我买西红柿和海带特别好吃，说里面有成长的味道，很特别，小伙伴们，你吃过这么特别的食物么?

首先，家乡的变化非常的大。才过没多久，我们这里就修出一条非常宽大的高速公路。村里的人们吃过晚饭之后都喜欢去那里走一走，锻炼身体。这件事情让我明白社会正在一步一步发展，我们的生活也越来越好。我以后一定好好学习，将来成为有用的人，为家乡做贡献。

寒假时，我还和爸爸妈妈一起去家附近的涵洞那里去爬山。到达目的地之后，我选中了一座最高的山峰。之后就开始兴高采烈的开始这项伟大的任务了。可没想到的是半山腰就没有力气了，但爸爸告诉我坚持就是胜利。在爸爸的带领之下，半个小时之后终于到达了山峰之巅。终于收获意外的惊喜，领略到美丽的风光。虽然很累，但也体会到爬山的乐趣，欣赏到许多山上独有的风光。终于要下山了，可谁知本以为下山特别轻松。可谁知一个不小心差点摔下去。这也让我懂得了“上山容易下山难”的道理。
