正月初一，农历新年的第一天迎着人们的喜悦祥和而来。我这个平时最赖床的懒汉，今天却起了个大早，因为我极想穿上我那美丽的新衣，出去好好炫耀一翻。我要去走亲访友拜新年了，这无疑也是一件高兴的事。我们小孩子走在拜年队伍的前面，见到长辈们拜个年，说几句吉利话，就可以收获一大把的压岁钱，然后拿到街上去买自己喜爱的东西――玩具、零食、鞭炮……，家长好像变了个人似的，对我们的放纵是那么的宽容，一切都有了！这就是过年的感觉。

“放鞭炮喽！”不知是谁喊了一声，小孩子们很快都聚在了一起。一串串鞭炮在人们手中点燃，响声震天，四处飞溅，仿佛要把一个个美好的愿望送到千家万户。一阵阵炮竹声接连不断，热闹非凡。

到了吃饭的时候，望着满桌子平时最爱吃的菜肴，我们小孩子却一点儿也不觉得饿。大人们在推杯换盏之间，谈论最多是：今非昔比啊！今天的幸福生活从餐桌上最能说明问题，现在人们生活好了，天天就像在过年！

奔波在走亲访友的路途上，我见到了春意盎然的田间大地，一条条新修的高速公路缩短了我们的行程，通往乡村的泥巴路也被“村村通”的水泥路所覆盖，城市高楼大厦像雨后春笋，一年一个变化……

as to me, college life is ideal if only i have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to the internet.

Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

在这个寒假里，有趣的事很多，难忘的事也很多，但令我最难忘的是我和哥哥做的一个实验。

这个实验是：存放在金字塔模型中的食物是不是真的存放时间更长？做这个实验的起因是因为我在《世界未解之谜》一书中看到了《埃及金字塔内神秘能量之谜》，文章中介绍了一位科学家用纸板做了个金字塔模型，并在其中放一杯鲜奶，24小时后他发现这杯鲜奶仍然鲜美无比，无比的还其心促使我和哥哥做了这个实验。

这个实验需要按照比例制作一个金字塔模型，要用到硬纸板、剪刀、双面胶带、尺子和铅笔。首先，要在纸板上画一个正方形，然后，沿正方形的一条边画一个正三角形，再沿这个正三角形左边的一条边再画一个正三角形，继而再在第二个正三角形的一条边上画第三个正三角形，最后，在第三个正三角形右边的边上画最后一个正三角形；其次，沿着组成图形的边把这个大的图形剪下来，沿线折好；最后，准备两份食品——切开的苹果，其中一份按照要求放在金字塔模型中指定位置上，并封上口，另一份放在金字塔模型外面，以便进行对比。

一切结束后，我和哥哥就耐心地等着。过了五天时间，我和哥哥就迫不及待地打开了金字塔模型，并把两份食品进行了对比。结果发现，放在金字塔模型外面的食品干巴巴的，而放在金字塔模型内的食品明显比外面的新鲜。实验结果和书中介绍的相吻合，真是太奇妙了！难道金字塔内真有神秘能量吗？我相信这个未解之谜一定会随着科学技术的发展而得到圆满的解释。

寒假的脚步轻盈而安静。我想大多数学生一定和我有着同样的心情，既高兴又兴奋，我很高兴，因为在寒假期间，有一个对中国人来说非常重要的节日——春节。

这是寒假中的许多乐趣，也是最难忘的一次。

难忘的，买新衣服，我妈逛街通常，由她来帮我买衣服，但每到过年，就必须由我自己亲自来买衣服，但每到过年，我要去逛街妈妈我走啊走啊走啊走了半个多小时也没买，这是为什么呢?因为我太挑剔了，妈妈帮我几件花哨的，我不喜欢它，最后花了上午的全部时间，我才买了过年的衣服。

快乐的假期，马上过去，开始了忙碌的学习。

寒假的日子，虽然只有短短的四个礼拜，不过我们要去音标学校上五天的寒假音标课，虽然这样，但是，我还是觉得去学校上了这几天的课上的很开心。由于在学校下课时可以跟同学们一起玩耍，一起聊天——，这样的日子，总比在家里无聊来得好多了。

过年的时候，大家都齐聚一堂，围在一起，一起吃团圆饭，桌上放满了一大堆既香又可口的美食，还有一锅热腾腾的火锅，这锅火锅为我们增加了不少暖和的气氛呀！吃完团圆饭，表姐她突然说要玩扑克塔桥，然后我们一堆人举手说：「我要玩，我要玩。」表姐就说：「要玩的吃饱饭就来屋里吧！于是，我们几个小孩，吃饱饭后跑到客厅那里去，由于一次只能3个人玩，因此，我们就把要玩的拆成三组，然后在茶几上，我们就开始分组，我被分到跟表妹和表姐一组，分完后就开始玩了，结果偶尔输几场而已，大部分都赢给了表姐，表妹，他们各各都好厉害，我分到他们那组赢的好激烈呀！

玩完扑克塔桥后，我们就各自把自己的地方收拾好，大家就坐在屋里里看春节晚会，让我们大家笑成一团，后来看到一半，爷爷，奶奶就过来发红包给我们，过不久后，换父亲。母亲来发红包给我们，母亲和父亲发完后，又过不久，二奶奶，二爷爷，三奶奶，三爷爷四奶奶，四爷爷也都来发红包，由于，过年可以领到很多红包，因此我们那几个小孩都很喜欢过年这个节庆的到来，既可以领到红包，又可以齐聚一堂，看电视。玩玩扑克塔桥，真是温馨的一个节庆呀！但是在这个节庆里，虽然我们小孩子很开心，但是那些大人们都要忙着拜拜，也要花很多钱来包红包，真是大失血啊！

在寒假的这段日子里，有时我功课写完，无聊就看《呼兰河传》，《城南旧事》……每本的内容都深深的吸引了我，让我有时看完后，会忍不住想再看第二次。寒假的日子里，我看了五六本的小说，有的跟同学借的，有的买的，虽然一本都几十块，但是我觉得值得，由于有时你看完一次后，故事如果感动了你，你就会一看再看，自己买也可以保留起来，等自己想看时再拿起来看！就这样，离开学的日子越来越近了，寒假生活的点点滴滴，美好的时光，到这里也该结束了。接下来开学时就不能在这么懒散了，该用功的把书读好！把在寒假生活里所发生的美好时光，全都存进去我的脑海里，让他们变成一个回忆！也把我的寒假生活画下了一个完美的句号。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the

improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people

come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result,

traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out.

What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for

people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side

and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual

thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of

living in city.

My life in the University of Education

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

I like going to the library where you can find these words on the wall: "Knowledge is power." and "Keep silence!" after class every day. Because I know that we must learn every day. I think the life in university of Education is full of freedom, but I never waste time. Life is not easy

for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. That is to say, you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life become better and better with time going on. So I never give up learning even go to the college.

Sometimes I also want to own more free time to do my own things. But we have too many classes. So I think life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected. The teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. I hate it. I want to more free time in class.

During the time I spend at the University of Education, I not only develops my intellectual abilities, I also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

In short, we should value our life in the University of Education. Although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

寒假过去了，可我还在回味寒假中的一件趣事--放鞭炮。放鞭炮是新年的习俗，对我们小孩子来说，在新年是最有趣的事情。正好，我们今年的新年就在外婆家的“爆竹声”中度过的。

我们在除夕那一晚，来到外婆家，在客厅坐了一下，我的舅舅也在那，收了几封利市，舅舅的孩子便吵着要放鞭炮。刚好我们也买了些炮过来。妈妈对我说“你上去跟他们一起放，看好他们。”我兴奋地说:“好啊!”其实我比他们还要高兴。

我们飞快地走了上了天台，迫不及待的撕开了装鞭炮的胶袋，不过我看到鞭炮的种类也真不少:冲天炮、轰炸机、地老鼠、降落伞。最常见的火柴炮和沙炮也有，烟花也有不少。

我先让他们点几枝香过来，免得到时用火机时烧到手。一切准备就绪以后，我们便可以开始放了。“先放什么好呢?”我正在沉思。突然，我妹妹对我说:“先放‘降落伞’吧。我还没看过呢!”其他孩子也表示赞成。“好!”我装着一副“孩子王”的样子说。

接着我把“降落伞”放在平地上，点燃了导火索，便走到一边去。只见“降落伞”“吁”的一声就飞到了天空中，就是“啪”的爆了，最有趣的来了:一个玩具小人拿着降落伞从天而降。就好像是日本人来侵略中国的战斗机爆炸了，大家看到这个情形都高兴得连拍手掌。

跟着放“地老鼠”吧!我把香递给妹妹，让她来放。只见她把炮放在空地上，小心翼翼地点燃了以后，便走得远远的。“地老鼠”马上开始分散，到处乱窜，还闪着不同颜色的火光，可一会儿便熄灭了。我不禁感慨:它的“生命”虽然很短，但它也对人们做出了贡献，给人们带来了快乐!

正在我思考的时候，妈妈上来了，高兴地说:“大家一起放烟花吧!”“好啊!”很明显他们以耐不住性子了。就这样，在黑夜中，他们拿着各自的烟花，在欢快地走着、跳着。我不禁笑了起来!

因为我仿佛看到了祖国的希望在这片黑夜中闪烁着。今年的放着鞭炮过除夕，过得还真充实。下年，我还要来。

放假的感觉真好，早上九点多，太阳都晒到屁股上了，我才睁开惺忪的睡眼。不紧不慢地穿着衣服，不用担心爸妈的催促，不用担心上学迟到，不用担心时间的紧促。然后细细地品尝着早餐，那的确是一种完美的享受。

抱上一本闲书故意地从爸妈的面前走过，他们面带笑容，看来他们之前所反对的闲书，此时看来已经不闲了。有时跑到阳台，清新的空气窜进鼻子里，会使人感到心旷神怡，拿一本书，一个MP3，尽情阅读，尽情播放，耳边没有喧嚣的吵闹声，只有微微的晨风在耳边轻轻走过，没有人打扰，做什么事都会觉得舒心惬意。自由自在，无拘无束，这不是每一天都想要的生活吗？

暑假虽包含了无限的欢乐，但有时在欢乐中，有时候，也有一丝的无奈。因为在上学期的期末考，我的英语，历史都考砸了，也就因为这两科，让我在班上，甚至在级里，排行都后了很多。爸妈发现后，让我每一天都背一课的英语和历史，背不完就不准出去玩。我就只好乖乖地听爸妈的话了。还记得那天，表妹找我到游乐场玩，我因为书没有背完，爸妈不让我去，我姐她们都去了，还拍了许多都照片回来，嫉妒死我了。她们都出去玩了，而我因为成绩不好，要背书，不能去，这种的无奈真的难以形容。

这一个夏天，因为有了欢乐与无奈的陪伴，我的假期更加地多姿多彩了，也因为有了这个假期，使我的身心得到放松，得到释放。我的暑期生活是多么的丰富多彩啊！暑假虽然即将结束，我又将迎来一个新的学期。在假期里的一段段完美的回忆，与往年的暑假相比，这个暑假既让我欢乐，又让我留下了一丝丝的无奈，更给我留下深深的遗憾。
