猎豹的奔跑速度很是惊人，每小时的速度大约有130千米，跟高速公路上飞速奔跑的车子差不多。

但是，它的耐力差，高速奔跑只限于几秒钟，所以被誉为短跑冠军。

猎豹捕食也很有意思。当它发现鹿时，先会向四周观察一下，看看有什么不速之客。如果没有，它就以闪电般的速度向猎物追去。轻而易举地捉住之后，它就把猎物拖到草丛中，美美地饱餐一顿。如果猎物在树上，它就跳到树上把猎物给逮住，大吃一顿。

猎豹真是一种讨人喜欢的动物啊!可是，现在有些不法分子为了自身的利益在大肆抓捕猎豹，再这样下去，猎豹会灭绝的。请大家行动起来，一起来保护它吧。

我和爸爸的关系非常好，爸爸的性格时而严厉，时而温和，在生活中他给了我无微不至的关怀，而在我犯错时他就会变得特别严厉。爸爸曾经是一名军人，他常说是部队这个大家庭使他改变了很多，让他对待任何事情都能做到严谨和认真。部队生活也让他学会了很多东西，例如：整理房间、打扫卫生、洗衣做饭等。爸爸在炊事班待过，所以做饭尤其好吃，平时会变着花样做各种好吃的给我。

爸爸经常对我说，做任何事情一定要认真、仔细、有始有终，那样才会进步和成功。他的话一直激励着我，使我在生活和学习中受益匪浅。

爸爸的认真劲儿在单位里也是出了名的。不是我吹，一提起我爸，他们单位的同事都会忍不住竖起大拇指：“这个人，不简单!”有一次，爸爸工作上有一件事情没完成，他硬是连续工作了十几个小时，直到全部完成才下班，害得我一个人在家等了好久。

爸爸的认真劲儿在给我检查作业时最能体现，他连一个小小的标点符号都不肯放过。有一次，我们要举行作文比赛，我把作文修改了无数次后，实在觉得没什么可修改了，可爸爸还一边拿着作文本，一边说：“不对，我觉得这个地方还不够完整，不够准确……”听了爸爸的话，真让我哭笑不得。

爸爸的爱好很广泛，听音乐、唱歌、写作……爸爸唱歌特别好听，模仿能力也很强，许多歌星的声音他都能模仿，尤其是刘德华的歌模仿得最像，每次和同事、朋友出去唱歌，他都是其中的主角，朋友们都戏称他是“麦霸”。爸爸还喜欢写一些通讯报道等，他写的报道经常在单位的报纸上发表，还是单位的特邀通讯员呢!

爸爸对待老人非常的孝顺，不论刮风下雨，每天下了班都会到爷爷家去看看。记得在爷爷生病住院的那些日子里，由于单位工作忙不能休息，爸爸每天一下班就到医院去陪护，有时一整天都不能休息，那些日子爸爸明显地消瘦了很多，但他一点都没有抱怨。
