The final exam is around the corner. All students are working hard to prepare for it. So am I. Doing well in final exam is important, because it reflects how much I learn in school. It’s a good way to test it. Besides, the New Year is coming. I could have a happy holiday and New Year if I got high scores. Now, I get up half an hour earlier than before. I need more time to review. At night, I finish my homework and then do some readings of Chinese and English. I must work harder to get high scores in the final exam.

每当看到车上有人开窗扔垃圾在路上，我就感到无比的悲伤和愤怒;每当我看到人们在路上扔垃圾时，我使用卫生纸或食品包装袋时都会感到非常生气;每当我看到有人捡起路边的垃圾扔进垃圾桶时，我感到既高兴又惊讶;每当......

绿色环境很难维持，破坏却很容易。只要多扔垃圾，不捡垃圾，就会破坏环境。绿色的环境确实很美，但是需要我们付出多少努力，维护它多久。为什么有些城市比其他城市更干净、更美丽?是因为环卫工人吗?不，不，环卫工人只是权力的一部分，但大部分权力在于这座城市的市民的意识。公民的意识非常重要。保护环境是我们每个人都可以做的事情。这取决于你是否有道德和环保意识。

现在我们国家在举办奥运会，我们都需要更加注意环境保护，不乱扔垃圾，不随地吐痰……让其他国家的人觉得我们中国人热爱环境，很合格。只有其他国家仰望它，才不会影响城市和国家的形象。

以北京为例。北京确实比以前干净了。去过北京的都知道!北京做到这一点并不容易。我希望北京在奥运会之后能像以前一样干净。不要以为没有奥运会就不会关注环保。优美的环境是属于我们所有人的，而不是一种形式。

事实上，我国已经非常重视环境保护。例如，我国于2008年6月1日正式实施购物袋有偿使用制度，推广使用环保购物袋。在我看来，这更多么伟大的措施!这样既减少了白色污染，又节约了原材料。

环保不是靠个人的力量，而是靠每个人的力量，从每一件小事做起，比如每个人每天都会捡起一个垃圾袋或一些废纸，所以要减少多少垃圾。来吧，让我们从现在开始保护环境!

我的建议：

1.每个人每天至少捡起一个垃圾袋。

2.不要乱扔垃圾，垃圾一定要扔进垃圾桶。

3.不随地吐痰，照顾好宠物，不随地大小便。

以上3点是我对环保的建议，让我们行动起来!地球母亲一直在衰老。有没有可能让我们赖以生存的母亲继续哭泣?让我们一起保护环境，共创我们美丽的绿色家园!

也许，早在四五年前，和我说环保，应对你的也只能是我的一双迷惑的双眼或者是顽劣的一张笑脸，它肯定是远远的比不上一只棒棒糖的诱惑;可是现在对于即将步入初中的我，我已经是逐渐知道了环保的重要性以及环境污染给我们的未来带来的生存隐患——-

就拿我亲眼所见的来说吧，原来在我家的门前，有个绿化草坪，中间有一个人工小水池，在我上三年级的时候，水池里的水还是清澈见底的，池中还有红色的鲤鱼和绿色的莲花，池外边的草都是油绿油绿的。每到周末写完作业的时候我就会跑到池边去看小鲤鱼，作为城市生活里的孩子，这也是我一份不可多得的领略到的大自然——-然而随着周边居住人群的等多，慢慢的我发现池里的水变混了，垃圾袋子多了，小鲤鱼也都死了，清水池变成了臭水池直至干涸——-好好的一个绿化生活环境被毁掉了;还有每天上学放学看到的站牌、人行道、路灯杆、树干、广告灯箱、候车亭及墙面等等一切可以贴的地方到处都是粘满了“牛皮癣”，真的是不知道那些随意去破坏居住环境的人是怎么想的，难道真的连小学生都不如吗?随着水资源的肆意浪费、白色塑料的长久污染及汽车大量排放的尾气带来的空气污染，适宜我们人类生活生存的环境真的是越来越差了!

伴随着各种资源的缺乏与环境的严重污染，如果现在的人类不去提倡环保关注环保不去重视环保的话，我真的是很难想像在我变老的那一天我的生存环境会是个什么样子，更不用说我的下一代或者是下下一代了......

环保问题不容小觑，它牵连着我们赖以生存的地球母亲的“健康状况”，因此，我们应重视起环保问题，别让自己的疏忽大意给地球母亲酿成大祸。

我们该如何做到环保呢?下面我来给大家说说我的建议：

(1)减少塑料袋的使用，减轻“白色污染”

塑料袋轻巧、方便折叠，看上去是给我们带来了许多好处，事实上，这是在给我们的环境增加负担。你知道吗?塑料袋的制作材料是聚乙烯、燃烧生成水、二氧化碳，燃烧过程中会释放一氧化碳，给空气增加污染，更严重的是，这种既污染空气，又会释放毒素的方法，根本不是塑料袋的对手，无法将其斩草除根。

你看，塑料袋为我们的生存环境带来了多少危害，我们真应该减少塑料袋，的使用，改用环保购物袋，既能给环境减轻负担，又能够重复利用，岂不是一举二得?

(2)节约用纸，减轻树木的负担

纸，是我们必不可少的学习工具，数学的草稿、语文的写作、英语的听力，无一不用到纸，那么节约用纸也是一门学问。

现如今，许多的孩子都喜欢购买专用的数学本作为草稿本，却把家里的一大堆“废纸”遗弃在角落里，事实上，这些纸还有许多的空白之处，甚至有的只用了不到五分之一，因此，我们为何不把这些纸收集起来，作为草稿专用，这样既省了作业本的钱，又使纸张能得到二次利用，何乐而不为呢?不仅如此，我们还可以把写过了的草稿纸折成小盒子或者一些装饰物，来装点我们的书桌，这样就巧妙的利用了纸上密密麻麻的文字，起到一个装点、衬托的效果，让人感觉非比寻常，我们的草稿纸也就有得到了一次使用机会…

(3)拒绝乱扔废电池，为环境“减减压”

现在是机械化时代，处处都能看到电池的身影，可以说，它是人们生活上的好帮手，并未我们创造了许多发展的空间。但是，废电池的处理很有讲究，稍不留神，就会毁掉600立方米的水源、使一平方米的土地失去价值，如此结算下来，要造成多少财产流失啊!为了避免这种现象，建议市政府在每一个垃圾桶设置一个“废电池回收盒”让市民们把废电池扔到盒子里面，避免与生活垃圾的混合，这样，电池就会找到自己的“处理归宿”了!

vegetables,because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat.As a proverb says,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health.Dont

have a lot of food that contains too much fat,such as butter.Meanwhile,sweets

should be eaten in proper quantity,because too much sugar does harm to us.Dont

drink too much coffee,either.

信客是新中国初年在乡村与城市之间奔波的乡村“邮递员”。他们没有飞机、没有汽车，只能用肩背着重重的麻袋，靠着低廉的“邮递费”艰苦的过日子，而且必须没有一点儿私心，不然就会像老信客那样失去别人的信任。但是，不光是信客，普通人也要守信用。要是我们生活在一个处处是欺骗的世界里，我真不敢想象那会有多可怕。

信客有时还要帮助不识字的农民们写信，便渐渐地有了很好的文学水平。经历了那么多磨难后，他最终当上了校长。

人生缺不了诚信，更缺不了磨练。

读《信客》有感

读了《信客》这篇散文，我觉得人与人之间要有一座桥梁——心灵与心灵的沟通，那就是人与人之间的真诚相待。而我认为信客这行业是乡村与城市的桥梁，也是乡人与远行者心灵的桥梁。有人说，信客就是邮差，至少在我看题目时这样想过。但读完文章，我并不同意这个观点，在我看来，信客的工作内容比那些邮差要有价值，信客要比邮差有着更多的人生经验和经历!

邮差是传递信息，但信客不只是传递信息，也在传递着一份份的感情!信客基于对乡亲们的一片奉献之心，帮同乡的人处理大小小的事情，大至处理后事，小至挽回一份感情，这也是城乡之间沟通的通道。“这乡间不能没有信客”，我知道信客之所以重要，是因为，他除了传递信息与情感之外，还有就是帮助那些在他乡的同乡人排除思乡之情。四乡的外出谋生者，都把自己的血汗和眼泪堆在他的肩上。说句实话，信客真的是不好当：要有过人的体力，过人的坚持，毅力，过人的信用，还要有过人的爱心。小至对同乡的关爱，大至对整个社会的关爱。信客、信客，就贵在一个信字。这篇文章的“信”，我把它理解为诚信、信用。在读完文章后，我觉得我们做人做事更要讲信用，更要有诚信，要诚实。就算一个人一辈子都在做好事，做了无数件好事，但是因为这最后一件事，一次的不诚实，那这一生的名声也就随着这一次破败了。文中的那们老信客就是这样的人，他只是因为一次的不诚实……

如果我去当信客，我想我应该是不能胜任的!先排除体力不说，光是那一项项繁杂的工作就不能胜任。不过，我想，在人生的旅途中每个人都要经历大大小小的坎坷和磨难，但是我们如果要有信客这样的精神的话，这些坎坷也会不攻自破。就像信客的奉献精神感动了上天，他们的这一切付出终于有了回报，他们跋山涉水，但终可以见多识广;他们周旋于喜事与丧事之中，但他们终富于情理!这也许就是对信客的回报吧!

城市就更糟了,汽车每天都要排放很多废气,绿化也非常少,人们还一直浪费纸,要知道,纸是用树木做的, 浪费纸等于乱砍伐树木,在这样下去,地球早晚会毁在人类手中。

那要如何保护地球呢?其实很简单,首先,尽量不要用免洗筷和塑料袋, 制造免洗筷也需要树木, 如果把塑料袋埋在地底一万年也不会化掉。接着,多植树,多爱护树木,树木吸收二氧化碳,吐出氧气。然后,工厂不乱排放废气,开有柴油引擎的车,不乱用纸,不乱排放污水。最后,把污水净化,保护森林、动物,将乱砍伐树木的人和乱捕杀动物的猎人绳之以法。

只要我们有心,就可以成功!

如果我们长期生活在有噪音的地方，那么这些噪音会对我们有一定的恶性刺激，严重影响我们的睡眠质量，并会导致头晕、头痛、失眠、多梦、记忆力减退、注意力不集中神经衰弱症状和恶心、欲吐、胃痛、腹胀、食欲呆滞等消化道症状。如果不想得病那么请多种树，因为树能够吸收噪音等污染物，还能够保护环境，真是一举两得。

Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world.

There are many causes for it. Transportation is the main factor of pollution.

When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing

in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that

people throw their garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage not only spoil the

splendid environment, but also cause environmental pollution. Whats more,

industrial pollution also deserves our attention. Wastewater from factories is

poured into rivers and this causes water pollution. As a consequence, the

greenhouse effect becomes a problem which needs our immediate caution and how to

solve is urgent all over the world. At present, some measures have been taken to

prevernt.

For example, people classify the garbage and some is recycled after being

collected. People are also encouraged to use paper products instead of plastic

products because we know that our living condition will be worse if we keep

ignoring this problem. And I believe we can prevent pollution if everyone makes

the efforts.

大家应该都读过《陋室铭》，它是刘禹锡被贬谪迁之后所写。

《陋室铭》有着特殊的写作特点，全文除“可以调素琴，阅金经。”。“孔子云:“何漏之有?”外，大部分都是运用对偶的方式。

作者以有仙之山，有龙之水，运用比兴手法开头。然后写“斯是陋室，惟吾德馨”。随写出陋室的简陋，但突出了刘禹锡品德的美好。接下来作者以“苔痕上阶绿，草色入帘青”的幽雅动人的景色描写陋室的环境。“上”字生动的写出苔痕蛮上台阶的状态;“入”字生动的写出”草色”有情，映入帘中的可爱形象。“谈笑有鸿儒，往来无白丁。”说明刘禹锡学问博大精深，来往的都是懂学问的人，没有不懂学问的人。下一句写出作者在陋室的室中生活，没有红灯酒绿的嘈杂的声音扰乱、没有官府的公文打扰，过的悠闲、快乐。“南阳诸葛庐，西蜀子云亭。”刘禹锡的陋室也像南阳诸葛亮的茅庐、西蜀子云的亭子。最后以孔子云：“何漏之有?”结尾。

在这篇文章突出了陋室不漏原因，写出了漏室的环境，也表明了刘禹锡高洁傲岸的节操和安平乐道的志趣和报复。

我认为，我们也应该有远大的理想和报复。
