5月28日，星期六的早上，是个阳光明媚的好天气，由杭州市文明办，杭州市体育局。中国平安人寿浙江分

公司共同举办的“健康生活。平安相伴”大型公益健跑活动在美丽的钱江新城——江干区体育馆隆重举行。

精彩的开幕仪式开始了：首先，主持人一一介绍了参加本次活动的到场嘉宾：杭州市市政府副秘书长张连水，杭州市市体育局局长赵荣福及中国平安人寿浙江分公司总经理崔龚英等领导人及众多的低碳环保人士都参加了本次活动。

据介绍此次活动有将近3000人左右参加。之后，杭州市政府副秘书长张连水、杭州市体育局局长赵荣福、杭州市文明办副主任史玉芳和中国平安人寿浙江分公司总经理崔龚英等领导做了精彩的讲话，并喊出了此次活动的口号：低碳生活，健康生活，用实际行动，让杭州更加美丽，为杭州美丽动起来。

在此次活动中，我们小记者采访了杭州市市体育局局长赵荣福，“请问杭州市在倡导文明出行低碳环保方面有哪些举措呢?请问你有哪些自已的低碳生活方式和健康宣言呢?”等等问题。

赵局长做了精彩的回答：小学生要从小树立意识，从自已的一点一滴，节约资源，劝导大家多走路，少开车，快乐过好每一天，我为人人，人人为我，以自已的实际行动来鼓励别人低碳出行，绿色出行。

我的暑假我作主

盼望着、盼望着，一年一度的暑假终于到了!

我兴致勃勃地为自己设计暑期的美好生活：首先，我要读很多课外书，杨红樱的、郑渊洁的，我要一次看个够;还有，我要好好锻炼我的身体，游泳、打球、骑自行车，我要在快乐的运动中减去我的一身肥肉……

可是，妈妈却把一份令人生厌的暑假计划推给我：上午，学奥数;下午，学写作、英语;晚上，做暑假作业。天哪!这哪里是悠闲的暑假，这分明是一所新开的暑假课堂!

我抗议!我的暑假我作主!我不满地拿过妈妈的计划表，在上面写上几个大字——“我要快乐!我要放松!”

是的，我要学习，也要玩，我的暑假必须由我作主。

一个将近花甲之年的老人，时常穿着一条蓝色的破短裤，拿着竹篙，站在与他相依为命的船上。他浑身没有多少肉，干瘦得像老了的鱼鹰。他有短短的、精神的花白的胡子，一双眼眼睛格外的尖利有神。

在战争年代，不管是男女还是老少，都在巧妙地与敌人作斗争。这位不知名的老人，就是没用一刀一枪，让一群日本鬼子蹬腿就去了西天。

他自信。悠闲地撑着船，在夜晚给被敌人严密监视的苇塘里的队伍运送柴米油盐，有时还会带来一两个远方赶来的干部。他对苇塘里负责的同志说：“你什么也靠给我，我什么也靠给水上的能耐。”他在密密的炮火中不慌不忙地穿梭，从没有子弹挨过他的一根毫毛。

他有柔情。在护送两个漂亮的女孩子去苇塘的时候，话语里灌着快要溢出来的慈爱。他温柔地安慰着紧张的孩子：“什么事也没有了，安心睡一觉吧，到苇塘里，还有大米和鱼吃。”他真心地赞美洗脸的小女孩子：“多么俊的一个孩子啊!”

他自尊心强。带着女孩进苇塘而让大菱挂了花，觉得没脸见人。本来大菱挂花是敌人的子弹，又不是他给打的，他却如此内疚与自责，觉得是自己没有保护好受伤的孩子。

他机智，想到利用鬼子们的贪婪而在船头放一捆清香而智慧的莲蓬，还自己悠悠地吃莲蓬，引诱敌人进埋伏圈。

他勇敢，单独面对众多的鬼子，他灵巧地划着船，一撑篙，让船溜溜地转个圆圈，装着张皇失措，七拐八拐地让鬼子毫无防备地“上勾”。

他有仇恨，在大菱负伤时打下包票：“他们打伤了你，流了这么多血，等明天我叫他们十个人流血!”这个铁骨铮铮的英雄汉，在第二天用行动证实了前一天的诺言!

他自信、他自尊，有柔情，又有仇恨，他机智，还勇敢。他是在炮火中悠闲而自由地飞翔的鱼鹰。

这个鱼鹰就是孙犁《芦花荡》中的老头儿。

“理想是人生的太阳”德莱特的这句话至今仍是很多人的座右铭。理想，不仅是一个美好的名词，更是人活一世奋斗努力的目标，倘若没有了这个目标，人生也会随之黯然失色。

人的一生都有一个目标，有这个目标，为它而奋斗！若你不想去奋斗，只想享福，那你的人生有什么意义？就像老师说的那样，这样的生活和一堆肉有什么区别？没有灵魂，如同行尸走肉！

人生之路不是一马平川，也不是鲜花碧草铺就，困苦挫折在所难免。但只要有理想这盏不灭的灯相伴，就能冲破迷惘，步入灿烂的里程。理想带你踏遍这万千世界，理想让人明白人有的理想渺小，有的理想伟大。但不管生的可贵。理想是渺小还是伟大，都值的我们去拼搏！

毛主席年轻时借问大地谁主沉浮，可谓是鸿鸪之志比天高。但如果不去努力，不带领中国人民前仆后继，英勇奋战，哪来的新中国的成立，哪来的今天的幸福生活。歌德说过：“人人心中有盏灯，强者经风不熄，弱者遏风即灭。这盏灯，就是理想。”理想之灯虽然美好，但也是虚无缥缈的。若想让理想之灯放出光芒，需要付出艰辛的劳动甚至是一生的努力。前人说得好：有志之人立长志，无志之人常立志。据于理想而不去奋斗的人是平庸的，他们像阿Q一样整天处在幻想之中，把未来的生活打扮得五光十色，然而却只能是雾里看花，海市蜃楼罢了。因此，单单手执理想之灯是不够的，更需要你汗水凝成的灯油与奋斗汇成的火焰。

没有理想的人，就像一艘无舵的孤舟，终将被大海吞没；不肯为理想奋斗的人，就像一颗黑夜的流寻找你的理想之灯并将它点星，不知会陨落何方。亮，让不灭的灯火伴你一生前行！

这里记叙的是一个真实的故事，几年来，这个山村发生了翻天覆地的变化。我想这个山村发生的故事也许是一个缩影，让世人由此去了解环保的重要吧!——题记

山，一座巍峨的山。山那边，是一个全新的世界。

人，一群山里人。几辈人都居住在这大山里。

树，满山的树。青山抱着绿水，绿水映着青山。这就是山里人过日子的家园。

每天清晨，伴着初升的太阳，迎着小鸟的歌声，山里人开始了一天的劳动。在山路上，走得最早的，是一个50多岁的人——老村长。他不知道什么叫经济，只知道山里人要守住粮食。今天，

林里的鸟儿唱得特别口向，老村长比以前走得快。他不知道山要变样了。

下午，村里的小青年王明带来了一伙山外的人，还开进了几辆卡车。听人说，那伙人是来做买卖的。做什么买卖，只有他们清楚。傍晚，扛着锄头回家的老村长第一次听说山里的树能卖钱，大伙儿心动，老村长没主意了。卖，还是不卖，那一夜村长家的灯亮了一夜。

紧接着，有人开始探消息了。面对村民，面对这些以大山为依靠的人们，村长不知说什么好。他想到了因缺钱而病死的母亲，他想到了祖宗留给的大山，想到了村里的穷困。卖，还是不卖……第三天，有人开来了推土机，一伙拿着电锯自称是县伐木队的人来了。他们递给了村长一张单子，说是伐木合同。村长不识字，只知道在上面签个红圈圈，树木就能变钱了。

村长心里矛盾极了。他恨，恨一片片青山变成了荒山，自己守不住祖宗留下的树。他喜，从第一车木头运出山后，一笔笔钱涌进了山。村里人生活的确变了，楼房、摩托，王明还开了辆汽车……终于有一天，山变成了秃山，水再也不绿了。又是一个暴雨夜，村长被村民们叫醒，有人惊恐地说山洪来了，有人忙着收拾东西准备逃走。可是，晚了，就在山洪涌来的那一刻，全村都被淹没了，连同那张合同，都随着洪水消逝了。

Lately, Ive been having problems with my math class. Ever since we started

geometry, I have been struggling to keep up with the course. I pay the most

attention I could in class, but I simply just dont understand geometry. All the

proofs, figures, and laws, none of which I can fully understand. Can some

geometry experts tell me some strategies for learning geometry? I really need

help.

也许我说得很严重但事实如此。暑假里各街道各社区都在进行垃圾分类，还进行各种活动。在长时间监督人员检查指导下大部分居民都自觉扔垃圾时分类。但好景不长，又过了一段时间大家就不自觉了，每家每户不可能真的每样垃圾都清楚，一个黑袋子一扔谁会知道里面到底是干还是湿垃圾。这种情况只说明我们不自觉，只是别人让这么做就去做。

垃圾分类，种植绿化，回收资源等等这都是为了一个绿色家园在努力，我们要积极主动参与，动员起来。

环保也离不开我们，只有环保的城市才会更加健康美好。环保袋拒绝了“白色污染”，一次性筷子的消失拒绝了砍伐树木这些例子数不胜数。世博会上又向我们展各种资源再利用的环保概念，我们的生活与环保已联系在一起，我想世博会就是环保先锋，真正告诉我们环保是世界迈出得第一大步。

绿色就是身边，是希望一晃而过还是可以慢慢欣赏?

环保就是在生活中，是希望多一些还是少一些?

去一同建造绿色家园，去向环保先锋学习，相信10年后20年后，100年后世界依然这样美好，不希望灾难降临。

Happiness is important in our life. In fact, happiness is always around you

if you put your heart into it.

I will never forget one thing. Once, I had a bad mark at a math test. I was

shy and afraid to meet my parents. But when I got back home late, my parents

knew what happened, they said to me: “It doesn’t matter, my child. Remember

we’ll be always beside you when you need help. We believe you can be better next

time. Never give up!” I was moved and made up my mind to work harder and

harder.

I feel happy. Whenever I am in trouble, I can feel my parents’ love. I want

to be a good child for my parents.
