作为一个做饭的家庭妇女，我不禁感慨了一番，这点儿东西，可得准备好几天，你看看那饼和馍，肯定是南瓜汁和的面，这么冷的天，得把南瓜保存在暖和的屋子里才不致冻坏了，还需要将它去皮，蒸熟，才能挤出水来的，大冬天的发面也不是一件容易的事，你可知道，在我们农村，家里没有暖气，要发点儿面需要加热的，她得动用柴草和其它的东西呢!这些东西明显来自手工细作的。

我正说到这里，早来老迟接话了，你还不知道吧，打开看看，那手提饭盒里是什么?我打开看了看，原来是两份腌渍好的小咸菜，一份是酱腌辣菜，一份是辣椒炝白菜，这更使我感动了，那酱腌辣菜我听说过，那天回老家，听邻居媳妇说起过，也品尝过，挺脆的，先得需要将辣菜切好，用盐盐腌出里面的水后晾成半干，再用酱油和着其他很多种调料腌渍几天的。我问，这是谁家的亲戚给的，可得领受这份情谊了，这些东西的价值，不亚于一箱四星六瓶密州春哈，因为办公室里只有两位男班主任。

我们可以低碳生活，绿色出行。平时出行尽量选择步行或骑自行车，少开私家车，这样不仅保护了环境，还锻炼了我们的身体，增强了我们的抵抗力，平时注意随手关灯，随手关水龙头。我们还可以废水二次利用，比如，洗脸的水可以浇花，淘米的水可以洗手或冲厕所。出门购物，我们可以自备购物篮或保护袋，这样不仅节约还环保。最重要的是平时在家，我们可以多种种树木花草，不仅美观还增添了绿色。

保护环境是一项长期而又艰巨的任务，让我们珍爱生命，善待自己，保护好我们的环境家园吧!让我们生命的每一天，天天都是环境日!

“你不要在回来了!”。“砰”!门被我种.种甩开，发出沉重的声响，敲击声针一般划过我的心，好痛!我飞奔着，任凭泪水肆意的流淌。累了，依靠着一棵枯树，冽风吹干了泪水，且不带走我内心的痛楚，但将寒意降在我的身上。迷茫凝望着远方飘渺的房子，不知道那还是不是我寄托希望和幸福的“家”，一切都是那么朦胧与模糊，心中的“灯”瞬间熄灭了。

太阳将残留的最后一丝光线洒向人间，却不肯给予我一丝一毫。寒风的侵袭下，我裹紧了衣服，回过头，面无表情的望了望那个熟悉而陌生的地方，转过后，一直向前走，不回头。

激烈的思想斗争后，我离开了那个令我心寒的地方，心里萌生了一种莫名其妙的感觉让我感到有些牵挂，但我又不知牵挂些什么。我的头绪很乱。微风吹拂着紊乱的头发，姑姑的呼喊将我从沉思中唤醒，我才发觉我想得太多了。空洞洞的生活弥补不了我内心真正所遗失的，安抚不了我久久不能平静的心灵。寂寞难耐的我在姑姑的谆谆教诲之下终于决定回家。

下午，夕阳西下，太阳将软软的光辉洒向大地，温馨的光芒笼罩全身。我贪婪的享受着这短暂的温暖，因为不久我就要回到那个冰冷冷却又时刻挂念的话。我在路上慢悠悠的踱步，皎洁的月光洒向人间，我才知道夜已降临。在月光的沐浴下，在大自然的乐曲中，我不禁加快了脚步。

到了，到了，快到了，那座熟悉的背影主力在我的面前。月光不知不觉的在移动。黑暗已完全笼罩大地，邻居家的灯光已完全熄灭，在黑暗中我不知所措，惊恐的看着着一望无际的黑幕。走到门口，朦胧之中一丝光亮闯入我的眼睛，是那样模糊，又是那样清晰。，我微微弯下腰，从门缝里看到了客厅里那一站熟悉的灯，我轻轻推看没有上锁的大门。直到灯光完全倾洒到我疲惫的身躯上，我才从迷惑中清醒过来——没错，这就是我家的灯!就是我的灯!此刻，灯光已绽放出迷人的花朵，抵制着黑暗的.侵袭。他毕竟是渺小的，但它照亮了我心中的每一个角落，那是比阳光愈强烈的暖!他在召唤我回来!我陷入一片感动之中。

在走进，灯光愈来愈强烈，这突如其来的“灯光”是我的眼睛模糊了。朦胧之中闯入耳际的一句话语是我的泪水夺眶而出，“在等等，咱们宝贝女儿今晚要回来呢!”。那一刻，那一刹那，心中的那盏灯发出永恒的光芒!哦，我懂了：灯光，依然在!
