远望陕西历史博物馆，便是一派大气、雄伟的仿唐代建筑，好像一座盛唐时期的宫殿。馆内共有一百七十多万件宝物。其中的基本馆是按年代顺序排列的，史前人类部分展出了距今115万年的陕西蓝田人、大荔人的头骨碎片以及他们使用的石器，陕西不愧是人类文明的发祥地。而夏商周时期，多以形状各异、种类繁多的青铜器为主，有生活用具、礼器、兵器……开启了人类制造工具的先河。之后，是以兵马俑为代表的秦代部分，其中的国宝厅有一尊与众不同的绿面跪射俑，神奇之处在于他的脸是淡绿色的，也是秦兵马俑出土的唯一的一个，虽然面部已经斑驳，但英姿犹在。在讲解员的介绍下，我才知道每一尊兵马俑原来都是被彩绘过的，封存在地下两千多年，只是在出土的一瞬间，接触空气就迅速氧化、褪色，变成了如今的土灰色。此外，这里还展出了许多兵器，有长短不一的刀、剑、矛，还有各种弓、弩、箭，可见当时秦朝军事的强大。
而后参观的汉、唐部分，则更是整个陕西历史博物馆的精华所在，这里展出了大量精妙绝伦的金银器和唐三彩，令人叹为观止，体现出古人无穷的智慧与精湛的工艺。其中一个“唐葡萄花鸟纹银香囊”，机关重重，无论怎样转动，里面的香料都不会洒落，而且做工十分考究，有繁复精美的镂空花纹，据说深得杨贵妃的喜爱，更是博物馆的镇馆之宝。

一大早，我们在车站集中，然后就登上了汽车。九点不到，我们乘车抵达了桐乡。下了汽车，我们叫了两辆三轮车把我们送到博物馆。三轮车很快就把我们送到了博物馆。
我们马上走进博物馆的大门。来到里面，我看到那里还有一扇门。走进第二扇门，我就看到了墙上挂着一幅幅国家级的保护动物的图片。那些图片给我们介绍了：熊猫、金丝猴、梅花鹿……在图片下面摆着一只只大玻璃缸。我走近一看，看到一只玻璃缸里居然有一条活生生的大鳄鱼。它的眼睛在一眨一眨的，好像要把我们看一个够。它的身上还披着一层坚硬的皮，好像给自己穿上了一件厚厚的铠甲，没有人能够攻打它。据说大鳄鱼最厉害的是它的那条尾巴。一旦你惹恼了它，它就会用那强劲的尾巴打你。可是，它一般不会主动攻击你。你看，它现在不是非常安静地躺在玻璃缸里吗?
