rules for the companies.

历史博物馆分三层，馆里呈列的物品真多呀，有玉器、陶器、古代兵器、名人字画，看得我目不暇接，眼花缭乱，大饱眼福。其中印象最深的是;巨铜鐝、玉麒麟、玉白菜。

我走进古代兵器陈列馆，只见里面的文物琳琅满目，有弯弓、寒光闪闪的匕首、结构复杂的连弩。忽然一个柄古铜剑出现在我眼前，哦不!应该是巨铜鐝，它虽然没有现代剑的豪华，美观，但看上去却古朴大器。剑柄短，三角形的剑身，长约两尺，上面刻画一条腾云驾雾的龙，一只仰天长鸣的凤，它们形态逼真，栩栩如生，仿佛随时会上演一场你死我活的大决战。我不经意的看了一下解说词巨铜鐝的“年龄”竟然是汉代的兵器，至今已有3千年的历史，

参观完兵器馆我们又来到玉器馆呈列室，里面的玉器数量繁多，年代久远。最惹人眼球的是翡翠白菜与翡翠麒麟。先来说说翡翠白菜吧，它高10.3厘米，寛6.07厘米，长18.3厘米。是一块难得的珍品。翡翠白菜上半部分呈青色，下半部份逐渐变成晶莹透亮的乳白色，在灯光照射下十分耀眼。最令人惊讶的是层层叠叠的绿叶上竟然有红宝石做的小虫子。他们正在啃食菜叶，就连蚕食后的小洞洞的清晰可见我不得不赞叹古人的智慧，鬼斧神工的工艺。

如果说玉白菜是鬼斧神工，那么翡翠玉麒麟，它那完美的雕工，栩栩如生的造型就是巧夺天工，神之杰作。它令我如痴如醉，如梦如醒。神不知鬼不觉，时间如流水，夕阳西下，哥哥拖拽着我离开了博物馆。

暑假的一天下午，我和姥爷、爸爸、妈妈一起去位于长白县大广场中心位置的长白县博物馆参观，我高兴极了！

一进博物馆，浓厚的历史气息扑面而来。只见展厅里“沧桑巨变，锦绣长白”八个大字跃入眼帘，这是长白县61年来的文化艺术成就展。通过黑白照片讲述了长白发展变迁，近年来长白发展变化和长白主要景点，灵光塔、长白山天池、十五道沟风景区等等。这些作品记录了长白县从1958年到2019年，以前的人文历史、生态美景、民族风情和厚重文化历史，对于再现长白百年前的历史具有重要的价值和意义，是纪念长白发展的永恒纪念，传承历史的宝贵精神财富，是全县人民宝贵的历史文化遗产。

对比看到彩色照片，家乡发生巨大变化，新建的广场、体育场，以及美丽的绿化，家乡的新面貌一览无余，灵秀长白正在吸引着越来越多游客远道而来。

我们来到中间展区剪纸板画，把各族人民载歌载舞形象生动展示，栩栩如生，我还看到人参龄20多年的人参，用雕刻有龙的圆形瓶酒炮制。铭记：不忘初心，牢记使命！

The volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese people in recent

years,especially among young people。

Volunteering is of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

society.Take the Wenchuan Earthquake as an example.Hundreds of thousands of

volunteers play an active role in Wenchuan quake-hit areas.And they contribute

daily necessaries,offer medical help and psychological help to the disaster

relief work.

Besides,volunteering would be beneficial to the volunteers

themselves~Getting involved in volunteering,volunteers will be exposed to a new

environment,and they can learn how to work well in a team,how to improve their

interpersonal skills and organizational skills，all of which are critical for

their professional growth。As a college student,I sincerely hope that everyone

would join the volunteering work.It is not only good to our society,but also a

chance for us to grow and to learn.

When we read newspapers, our attention is always attracted by increasing

unemployment rate in young graduates who are leaving college. In my opinion,

there are many causes for this disquieting phenomenon and we should try to solve

the problem.

Most companies would rather employ a low-educational specialized worker

than a this-years graduate from a well-known university. For companies, they are

more likely to choose the candidates with rich working experience. Apparently

enough, the training for young graduates usually costs them a large quantity of

time and money. In addition, the current education system brings on a lot of

bookworms who are adept in theoretical but not practical knowledge. Therefore,

it is hard for those graduates to complete the practical assignments

successfully and smoothly. This is one major reason why many graduates find it

to find suitable jobs.

An un-mandatory retirement age is another factor leading to the youth

unemployment for college graduates. Along with the improving of working

efficiency, proficient employees with rich and extensive working experience get

retired at a much later age. In this case, for young graduates, there are fewer

chances to get access to the jobs taken up by the older and more

在阳光明媚的今天，我们一起去沉香博物馆参观，我的心情十分激动。

博物馆的外形是一个很大的香盒，上面布满了各种篆刻。一进入博物馆，就闻到了一阵香气，是沉香木的清香。

参观了一楼又到二楼，我知道了沉香是如何形成的，它被蚂蚁啃、被雷劈等。就会有一种液体，形成了沉香。

最让我难忘的是做香牌了，先用一小杯清清的倒到香粉碗里。要一点一点地倒。接着用小勺慢慢地搅拌，看见一颗粒时再用手揉，再接着我将泥放入了模具之中，按紧，再把它倒过来按在一块正方形的木板上。然后把模具轻轻拿起，在上面用大头针钻一个小洞。最后用绳子绑起来，就做成香牌了。

这一次参观，让我学到了许多关于沉香的知识和如何制作古法香牌，我喜欢这次户外课。

今天早上八点左右，我们学校四、五年级的学生去参观右江民族博物馆。

博物馆位于右江区后龙山顶。我们在公交车上说说笑笑，心里都特别激动。15分钟后，我们到了。博物馆的外形像古城，旁边有许多树、草、花，整个博物馆散发着艺术的气息。

博物馆建筑面积为4261。8平方米，馆内收藏了大量的少数民族历史文物，设有8个展厅。进门后，我看见墙壁上有各种英雄的故事。走廊中间有一块大草坪，草坪上有许多小花，绿色的草坪配上五颜六色的小花，真漂亮。接着，我们走到了百色历史文物展厅，也叫百色遗珍。里面的文物可多了，有西汉时期的铜倚俑、清代的云彩飞龙葵瓣形铜镜、战国时期的青铜戈……其中，我最喜欢的是清代的云彩飞龙葵瓣形铜镜，它很漂亮，是一个似白云又似花瓣的精美盘子。

参观完文物后，我们来到了第二展厅——体验科学。一进门，我们就看到许多展示台错落有致。分别有激光竖琴、看不见的力、健康常识应知道、吸烟有害健康……其中，最有趣的就是激光竖琴，它的琴身是棕色的，那琴弦是八条红外线，你的手指只要轻轻一碰，就会传出美妙的声音，可好听了。

正当我入迷地玩激光琴时，同学扯着我的胳膊说第三展厅有球形电影院。我也想去看电影，于是就和同学一起去第三展厅。

我们各自找好了座位坐下来，电影就开始播放了。影片主要是讲恐龙是怎样灭绝的，全程20分钟，把我们带到了远古的时代，感受恐龙的庞大和时代的变迁。

看完电影出来没多久，老师就叫大家集合回校了，还有很多个展厅都来不及去参观。我想以后有时间我还会再来，再来感受民族的历史和文化，感受古人的智慧和力量……

上周接到乐学小记者团活动的通知，因为是第一次独立参加活动，妈妈问我要不要参加，我说当然要参加了，我是一名小记者嘛。

星期六的下午，我来到了集合地点，看到了同班的芮林楠也在，我们等了不久，大巴车就到了。一位杨老师负责带领我们，他亲切的做了自己介绍，叫做“小肥羊老师”，我们大家都很喜欢他。

大巴车很快就到了目的地，叫做民俗博物馆，也叫甘家大院。我们在老师的带领下，排好队伍参观，先欣赏了戏剧表演，演员们穿着古代的衣服在唱戏;还看了剪纸表演，一位80多岁的老爷爷一手拿纸，一手拿着剪刀，两只手不停地动着，不一会儿就剪出好多动物的形状，大家看了都羡慕不已!

接下来，我们跟着导游一直走，有一幢小楼特别漂亮，据说楼上是新郎和新娘住的。一路上还看到了好多房间，导游说一共有九十九间半呢!地方真大，每个房间都不一样，像个大迷宫!

参观活动很快结束了，虽然时间不长，但是却看到了好多有趣的东西，学到了很多知识，这次的活动很有意义!

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

Today, I came to the countryside as a volunteer and went to Grandpa Chens

house.

Grandpa Chens house is not big. When I walked in the door, I saw a dark

and narrow lobby. I knocked on the door and asked politely, "Is Grandpa Chen at

home?"

An old grandmother came out of a room. She greeted me warmly and asked me:

"Little boy, who are you and what are you doing here?" "I am a volunteer to help

Grandpa Chen." "Oh, Grandpa Chen is here. In that small room!" As she spoke, she

pointed to a small room.

I walked to the place where my grandmother pointed, but what I saw was

Grandpa Chen busy in the kitchen, I called out, "Grandpa Chen." Grandpa Chen

turned around and smiled and glanced at me, I found Grandpa Chen As a disabled

person, it was incredible, so he quickly stepped forward and said, "Grandpa

Chen, take a break! Ill help you!" "Youre so sensible, my little one, thank

When Grandpa Chen was in the kitchen, I picked up the mop, broom, and

I have felt from this volunteer activity that no matter whether people are

happy and others will be happy too. Helping others is just a thought. Its

easier said than done. It takes courage and strength to help others,

setting is extremely important in life.

Why is goal setting so important? The main importance of goal setting is

that it provides us with direction and purpose. When we have goals, we know what

we want to achieve so that we can focus our mindson a single worthwhile target

and avoid getting distracted easily. Personal goal setting also provides us with

motivation to achieve what we want to achieve.

Goal setting is of especial significance for todays students. A study

lifelong skill that first helps students succeed in school and then later in

life.

Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

figured out a new rule to let people realize the traffic lights. On the ground,

the traffic light can be seen. What a smart idea. When people are watching smart

phones, they can see the lights, too. At the same time, we need to think about

the problem that whether our life is controlled by the technology.

In my family, there are only three people, my parents and I. because of my

parents’ work, they could only have one child at that time, so I don’t have any

siblings. I felt so lonely when my parents went out for their work. Now the

government changed their policy, people can have the second child. But some

people refuse because they think they can’t afford it. Despite the expense,

there are many advantages to have the second child. For one thing, the only

child can have someone company, so they won’t feel lonely on the process of

growing up. For another thing, two kids will help each other, they can share

things together. Learning to share things is a very important lesson for

children. In Chinese tradition, more kids, more better, but I think two are

perfect for the family.

I am a student from Xinhua Middle School in Chongqing，China. Informed that

you have a vacancy for a student to serve as the spokesman for animals, I cannot

resist my inner excitement,hoping to seize the opportunity to do something for

animals .

In my mind，nothing can delight me so much as caring for animals. Wherever I

go and whatever I do, I usually keep in mind that animals are angels from the

heaven, which bring us endless comfort and pleasure. I have been a panda lover

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say,"Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags.

Not only children, but most grown-ups also love Halloween and Halloween parties because on this day,they can disguise themselves as personages or ghost as their imaginations will lead them. This bring them the satisfaction of being young.

Should students go on further study or find a job after leaving high

school?

Time spent in campus is not always treated with gracious look, but some

parents may choose other ways for the longevity of their childrens

post-high-school period, namely, find the adolescents a job, rather than sending

them to a college. I can find myself against this act for a thousand reasons,

amongst which we can figure some strongest ones as follows:

My first con against this behavior is that education is not just a benefit

but also ones rights. Without education , as Gorge Orwell had once said ,is to

be deprived of the most precious privilege in our time as a modern man. With

college education , youngsters can choose a better way of doing thing correctly

and more efficiently. The sharp contrast between those who have received well

education and those without is not just financially, but more vitally,

spiritually.

Admittedly, we can find cases of some one achieves without college

education, but these cases are famous only because they are rare. Those people

who succeed with a college degree are so many that this would seem to be a must

and a natural part of elites. The absence of university education is hard to

imagine in our days. The prospect of those juvenile workers or businessmen would

be even dimmer than ever before .For in our age, knowledge is not only the

power, but also the know-how to solving problems and gaining a much larger

fortune.

My holiday my family,"ten.one" golden week will float in the sky with

laughter.

Im going to the countryside,put aside all the troubles,do a happy bird. In

the woods picking sweet fruit,make endless sweet ying heart; To the river to

catch fish,with the river flowing rhythm,let laughter echoed in the air for a

Should first glimpse of the sea,I feel it flat as colchicine

The New Year is coming and this term has finished. Now, I can enjoy a happy

winter holiday. In winter holiday, I don’t have to get up early every morning.

It’s the best thing for me. I often get up at nine o’clock in the morning. My

parents go to work so I stay at home alone. I will go out for breakfast. Noodle,

milk and egg are my favorites. Then I go back home to watch TV or meet my

friends. We always have many things to do. My parents would go home at noon so I

have lunch at home. In the afternoon, I will sleep and then do some homework. In

short, I spend most time in playing. I love winter holiday.

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.
