我们一进大门，先到室内展厅，首先映入我们眼帘的是一把透着寒光的剑，旁边有一个剑鞘，剑鞘是铜制的，上方镀着金，是外国友人为表示友好而送给肖劲光司令的一把苏联军官佩剑。
展厅里的压轴好戏是朝鲜人民军的礼物——上甘岭的一段长38厘米的枯树枝，当年志愿军们在上甘岭与敌人做殊死拼搏，地都被炮弹削矮两米，在这段树枝上的弹片多达35处！可以想象，当时的场面是多么的悲壮啊！
接着，我们又参观了室外武器区：坦克、导弹、火炮，有些很有名，O2型木壳鱼雷快艇、红旗-2、伊尔-14------其中，红旗-2和伊尔-14最有名。红旗-2曾两次击落在2万米以上高空飞行的U-2侦察机，U-2可是当时世界上最先进的侦查机，它进出他国如无人之境。而伊尔-14，是斯大林送给毛主席祝寿的，后来毛主席又转送给了海军司令肖劲光。它长21.3米，宽31.7米，高7.8米，威风凛凛，傲对碧空，令人啧啧赞叹。

我们先来到一楼的古代青铜馆和古代雕塑馆。进入青铜馆，馆内古色古香，墨绿色的色调，每件青铜展品都散发出青铜时代的文化气息。差不多几百件青铜展品看得我们眼花缭乱。参观完青铜馆之后，我们来到了雕塑馆，馆内有许多类似于佛像的展品，几百件古代的雕塑令我们大饱眼福。
看完一楼的所有展品后我们来到二楼的古代陶瓷馆和暂得楼陶瓷馆，陶瓷馆内陶瓷繁多，大多都是元、明、清三代的展品。接着是暂得楼陶瓷馆，一开始我还很疑问都是陶瓷馆，为什么要分成两个?后来我才知道，原来暂得楼陶瓷馆展出的是胡惠春先生和王华云女士捐赠的瓷器专馆，我们真该感谢这两人，让我们能够更多的看到古代的文化遗产。
紧接着我们来到了三楼，看完那么多的展品，我的眼睛都有些缓不过神来了，但是绘画馆内的一幅画又很快吸引住了我的眼球，这幅画上画了一棵柳树，柳树上站着两只白头鸦，树下还有一只，它们好像在聊天呢。仔细一看，下面的介绍牌写着《柳鸦芦雁图》这大概就是这幅画的名字了，我现在还知道这幅画的作者是宋徽宗，他是宫廷画院的领袖人物。接着我们参观了书法馆和玺印馆，书法馆有着很多古文字展品，玺印馆展出的是一些好像是印章的东西。
我们来到了最后一个楼层，这个楼层的展馆是少数民族工艺馆，中国历代钱币馆，明清家具馆和古代玉器馆，看看时间，已经快到闭馆的时间了!这么多展馆恐怕不能全部参观了，于是我们选择了少数民族工艺馆和明清家具馆来参观，因为时间紧迫，所以我们只是粗略的参观了一下，但令我印象最深的是家具馆里的一个古代式的房间，虽然不能走进房间参观，但是站在外面看房间里面，古色古香，仿佛置身于古代。
快到闭馆时间了，我们依依不舍的离开了博物馆，但是还有两个展馆没有参观呢，我下次一定还要去，把那两个展馆参观一下。
