Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.

People will be the envy of the sky eagle, but never thought it a thousand

times to practice hard; people were envious of butterfly flowers, but do not

今天，我们学校组织社会实践去参观南京云锦博物馆。我带着无限向往迫不及待的早早来到学校等待出发。

一到博物馆门口，我就看见博物馆的门、窗，还有墙壁上都有龙的图案，给人气势宏伟的感觉。走进博物馆，我怀着好奇的心情跟着讲解员阿姨来到博物馆的二楼。在这儿，我们看到了一些织锦机和古代皇宫里穿的衣服。这些衣服都是用金线、银线、蚕丝、孔雀线织成的。上面织有神龙驾云、凤凰牡丹的图案，真是栩栩如生、色彩绚丽、高贵典雅非常漂亮。 我们一边欣赏着漂亮的云锦，一边听讲解员阿姨的介绍。我了解到中国有三大名锦，分别是南京云锦、四川蜀锦、苏州宋锦，而南京云锦为中国三大名锦之首。瞧!它真不愧为我国汉族优秀传统文化的杰出代表，我顿时被这些绚丽多姿，美如天上云霞的云锦给深深吸引，仿佛身临其境。这1500多年的悠久手工织造历史果真名副其实，它可是从古至今劳动人民的智慧结晶啊!我又情不自禁的抬起头，哇!那不是用云锦制作出来的高档服装面料嘛!还有少数民族服饰、演出服饰、新的花色品种各式各样，还有云锦台毯、被面、提包、领带……日用工艺品，真的让我体会到了生活与云锦的密切联系。我再一次得大开了眼界、又一次得赞叹不已。南京云锦真不愧堪称中华一绝啊!

在一片赞叹声中，我们结束了此次参观。我为南京拥有云锦这样的纺织技艺而倍感自豪，但愿它能继续发扬光大、传承下去!

今天，我们全班师生满怀期待地在校长妈妈的带领下参观了雨花非遗博物馆，度过了充实又快乐的一天。

下午，我们从学校出发，经历了大约半小时的车程，到达了目的地——雨花非遗博物馆。在博物馆门口我们排好队之后就见到了讲解员阿姨，在同讲解员阿姨和校长妈妈一起合影之后我们就开始了雨花非遗博物馆的参观旅程。

第一个馆是湘绣馆，湘绣是湖南地区的传统美术也是中国四大名绣之一。湘绣馆里挂着雨花非遗馆的镇馆之宝——《开国大典》。只见画中的人物栩栩如生，特别是毛泽东爷爷，看上去特别自然、亲切。

接下来我们来到了“走进非洲”馆，非洲馆给我们展示的是一个真实、全面的非洲，非洲馆中完整还原了整个非洲，就是活脱的一个迷你小非洲。在馆中还摆放了许许多多的非洲鼓，大的、小的、兽皮的……各种颜色、式样、材质的应有尽有。

随后我们去的是皮影戏馆，讲解员阿姨让我们全班同学都体验了一下，我排在第五个，我玩的角色是一个清朝的皇帝，我和接下来的同学玩的皮影撞来撞去，把其他同学逗得都笑趴下了。

跟着讲解员阿姨我们陆续还参观了许多不同主题的展馆，不知不觉都到了要返校的时间了，走出博物馆那一刻，我心中感慨，非遗文化真是人类珍贵的历史财富，了解他、掌握他才能真正地保护和传承它。

My father used to be a heavy somker.He smoked more than 20 cigarets each

day;therefore,he was the polluter wherever he went.My mother and I tried to

persuade him to give it up.He gave it up many times but each time only for a few

days or only for a few hours.

Once he declared that he would stop smoking right away under the pressure

of my mother,and he threw his cigarets into the dustbin.The effect of his

declaration lasted only for two days.Then I found him smoking again when he

thought that he was alone and no one saw him.On the fifth day of his

declaration,he smoked openly.

Last winter he got pneumonia.When he was well again,the doctor ordered him

to give up smoking.To our delight,this time he really got rid of the habit.It

seems that the doctors order is more effective than mothers scolding,my

suggestion and his own declaration.

步入“山川精美”展厅，更令人一饱眼福，回味无穷。清朝乾隆年间的一只白玉嵌宝石描金碗，真是玲珑剔透。除此之外，还有工艺精湛的叶形器具……一件件珍贵文物真是琳琅满目，置身其中，令人陶醉，更令人震撼。

Recently, the news about the famous fast food company got bankrupted in

Taiwan was spread in Wechat. While in mainland, less people know about the truth

and the fast food company still works well. Chinese food problem exists all the

time, even the government has made some rules to forbid the illegal business,

still many manufacturers produce bad food for making more profit. The fast food

company doesn’t care about the market in Taiwan. Its spokeman said that their

main market was in mainland, and a lot of people were eating their food. Hearing

this, we surely will be angry. If everybody join the team to refuse to buy their

products, then the fast food company will be kicked out. Only in this way can we

protect our health and benefit.

What is your favorite kind of music? Do you like jazz, popular music,

called music appreciation which I greatly enjoyed. This was not to learn how to

今天我们到青岛海军博物馆去参观。

我们先看了中国海军的历史、军服、军衔和外国送给中国海军的礼物。

接着我们到了在室外的实物展览区。实物展览区里有舰炮、水陆两用坦克、高射炮等。舰炮有70毫米的、80毫米的、90毫米的……最大的是130毫米的。这个舰炮口很大，旁边的石碑上是这是一艘驱逐舰的主炮。

然后我们去参观一艘潜水艇。潜水艇的入口很小，只有一个只够一个人爬进去的洞。潜艇里有许多仪器、仪表。艇首有一个鱼雷室，是用来发射鱼雷的。其他舰艇如果被鱼雷击中，就很快会沉没。艇中间有一个艇长室、一个副艇长室、一个政委室和两个水兵睡的地方。水兵睡的地方有几个吊床，每个床都有上下铺，还有一个餐桌和几个凳子。艇尾是动力室，有两个柴油机发动机，都有二十九点七吨重。

我们出了狭小潜艇，看好驱逐舰就走了。

Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. For example, transportation develops fast, and many scenic spots are available now.

最近几年，在中国的趋势，旅游业增长较快。根据最近的一项调查显示一些专家认为，约47%城镇居民定期作出旅行，28%的农村居民，也使他们的全国巡演。该调查还显示，更多的人在旅游有兴趣，并会在将来加入。

Ofo has been favored by the public, even the foreign people speak highly of

it. These yellow bikes can be found everywhere, so the people who are in a hurry

can use it and then reached the destination in time. Especially for the

visitors, they can ride these bikes and then have a look at the scenery around.

It can saves them a lot of money and the most important thing is the convenience

it brings. These bikes can be placed any place, even the walking areas. I like

珠算是我国的瑰宝，它始于秦汉，成于唐宋，盛于元明，发展于新中国，在历史上熠熠生辉！今天我有幸来到珠算博物馆，了解算盘的文化，欣赏算盘典雅与尊贵的气质。

站在馆前，迎面而来的是古朴典雅、渊远流长的文化气息，外型美观大方，在蓝天白云之下，像一件无可挑剔的艺术品，可想而知里面的算盘又是怎样的精美呀！

跨入馆门首先看见的是石头做的算盘的一角。算盘分为框、梁、档、珠四个部分，常见的多为上2珠，下5珠；形状多为长方形；材质多样化……这何尝不是古人智慧的结晶呢！

此时此刻我们来到了算盘精品厅。本厅聚集了大大小小两百多个算盘，有玉做的，金做的，银做的，铜做的，铁做的……各式各样，五花八门。其中令我最欢喜的要数阶梯算盘了！

阶梯算盘顾名思义，形状与台阶相像，共有6层，框、梁、档、珠均为木质，可供六人使用！其形独特，挂于壁上，十分显眼。其虽不及玉石算盘之华丽、精美、夺人眼球，也不及金算盘之耀眼、夺目、金光照人，可寓意着实深邃，令人耳目一新：主人造铸之时，希望自己的生意、生活越来越好！简言之：精打细算发大财，步步高升做大官。透过这把奇特的算盘，我看出了算盘在当时的地位之高和重要性之强。古代人民对它的寓意、形状真是考究，这或许就是人们为什么说“算盘是一件件艺术品”的原因吧！

与阶梯算盘邂逅过，又与一个小算盘见面了。

这个小算盘长６毫米，宽４毫米，材质为象牙，散出一股冰清玉洁之感，这是别的算盘望而不及的。细看，它只有成人大拇指的一半多一点，可上面却有这算盘应有的部分，并且，珠珠可用针尖拨动。在灯光下，闪着亮光，雪白之色浑然与洒下的银辉融为一体，成为一颗闪亮的星！它与其他算盘的不同之处在于那小而精的外形，让人不禁想起一句话：少则多，多则祸。真没想到，我们的祖先竟有这般鬼斧神工的手艺，它需要浑厚的工艺积淀与精细的雕刻，才能造出这样让人为之震撼的艺术制品！

来到珠算博物馆，不得不提紫檀算盘！它是一卷书，一卷博深而又精美的算珠；它是一轴画，一幅大美若素，檀香四溢的制檀图；它长７。８１米宽１。８１米，是鲁班算盘的１０倍和１９倍。该算盘上没有一个钉子一滴胶水，全是拼接而成，单枚就重３斤！这何尝不让人惊叹那！它无处不浸润着典雅之气，干燥处理、选料切割、榫卯拼合、纹饰雕刻，无一步不精细！这是先祖智慧闪现而出的灵光，是雅俗共赏的珠算史上，一颗明珠，一段辉煌！

珠算博物馆不仅有这三种算盘，还有麻将算盘，如意算盘，桃核算盘，八卦算盘，寒鸦戏水瓷算盘等。个个做工精细，样式新颖，造型美观，不愧为濠河岸边的一颗明珠！不愧为南通人民的骄傲！

在计算技术发展的长河中，人们创造了各种计算工具。中国人创造的算盘，风行海外，被誉为“最古老的计算器”，为世界计算作出了杰出贡献！

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

周末，我和爸爸妈妈去参观了仰慕已久的河北省博物馆。我们先后参观了《战国雄风—古中山国》，《大汉绝唱—满城汉墓》，《慷慨悲歌—燕国故事》，《河北商代文明》四个展厅。

我们先去的是《战国雄风—古中山国》。一件件精美绝伦的古文物造型奇特，工艺考究，最使我难以忘记的是银首人俑铜灯：它是耍蛇男子头，用银制成的。黑宝石的眼珠，胡须微翘，笑容可掬。其双手各握一条长蛇，两蛇头部分别擎住一只灯盘；底部灯盘内也盘踞一蛇，蛇头顶住男佣左手之蛇，创意巧妙。还有错银镶金铜牺尊，是盛酒器具。兽口为流，双眼嵌绿松石，器身错银及红铜，并嵌绿松石，盖钮为曲颈的天鹅，整个兽身布满精美的花纹……让人不禁赞叹古人的智慧！

然后我们去的是《大汉绝唱—满城汉墓》，在这里我不仅看到了用石片编织而成的古代战士的铠甲，还看到了用金丝和玉片编织而成的金缕玉衣。在感叹古人智慧的同时，还仿佛看到了古代战士披甲冲锋的场景！

后来我们去的是《慷慨悲歌—燕国故事》和《河北商代文明》，给我印象最深的就是古时候的货币竟然是精美的贝壳，而贝币则是古时候的重要货币。远古时代的人类运用自己的聪明才智去生活，去战胜大自然！让人不禁感叹人类的伟大！

参观完博物馆，看到一件件精美的古文物，在感叹古人智慧的同时，我想我们每一个人都应该保护古文物。他们就是历史的见证！他们就是我们的骄傲！

For most people, they will choose to travel during holiday because they

want to relieve themselves from the high pressure of work. However, it happens

quite often that people often ran into traffic jams on the way to travel. Some

people think that we can relax ourselves by traveling no matter of how many

people there.

Some people would rather to stay in home than going out to travel because

they think there are too many people swarm into the scenic spots. In my point of

view, I would rather to stay indoors rather than going out to travel. Reasons

are listed below.

The giant panda is a national treasure in our country, they are very cute.

Recently, I came to the hometown of giant pandas, chengdu panda base to

visit.

Entered the panda base, I saw the "fog" from the side of the hearth, and

likely to increase humidity. Then, I found the bamboo on both sides of the tilt

to the middle, formed a huge "arch bridge", for tourists to enjoy. Then, we came

to the giant panda museum. We first watched on giant panda breeding and so on

video, then, I started to play the game here: imitation of giant pandas, find

the bride for the panda, and so on.

Then, we came to the giant panda "villa" : every panda about 15 square

meters of the "indoor residential" and several "outdoor garden" the size of the

sitting room. They sometimes along the garden wooden posts climbed several

meters high rack, the crawling around on it. In indoor, they often walk around

the glass window, as if to show people it lovely side. Then he will be picked up

in the middle of the bamboo, taste with relish.

We will go forward, then came to the young giant panda base. You dont call

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

walk in the school, I am attracted by its beautiful scenery. There are so many

green trees and colorful flowers around. The environment here is so lively. So

many students do the sports in the playground. The comfortable environment makes

me study in good mood.

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so

great, I was attracted by it. Some traditional arts like paper-cup should be

kept.

With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday.

I really expect to it, because it want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to Jiuzhai Valley with my parents for three days.

I have heard that the scenery of Jiuzhai Valley is very beautiful in autumn that it’s the best time to travel there.

Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip.

For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey.

There are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to wait.

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

eat a variety of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be

selected everyday from each of basic four. They are the four groups of food

essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit

group, and bread- cereal group, Your body will then be supplied with all the

nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils,

proteins, and vitamins. A persons diet is determined by his attitudes, likes

and dislikes. If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you

will have a balanced diet.
