为了增广见闻，老师为我们办了一次春游──去故宫博物院参观。我们搭上车 ，一路上我们从车内眺望窗外，发现了一幢与众不同的建筑物。屋顶的形状长得很像庙宇，但是青绿色的。一开始我还以为要来这里拜拜，像泄了气的皮球似的，并垂头丧气的下了车。

我们在又长又宽的楼梯上走着，我走得汗流浃背，好像这阶梯永无尽头一样。好在，不必爬得很高，就可以到“庙门口”了。我从室外往里头一看，发现里面根本没有什么神像，看起来比较像是博物馆。左顾右盼后才看到在一面牌子上写着“故宫博物院”几个字，而且门外也有好多人在排队等着参观呢!一走进院里，第一个投映在我眼前的是古代战争时所使用的头盔，虽然已经过了好几百年了，但它们仍金光闪闪。

接着我们继续向前走，看到了以前的书法，那些优雅的文字就像美丽的天鹅似的，姿态万千。还有古代的画，画上的景色栩栩如生，就像真的一样。到了古埃及区，见到了人人惧怕的木乃伊，那恐怖的模样真让人心惊肉跳。走着走着，忽然发现我们迷路了，这使得我们心慌意乱。一路上我们还看见了一块朽木，我心想：“这种破破烂烂的东西竟然也敢摆出来展览?”在一阵慌乱之中，发现了老师，才让我们喘了一口气。我们深怕再次迷路，所以赶紧溜出了“迷宫博物院”。

结束了这趟旅程，我回忆起来，真是非常的惭愧。不管怎么说，院里的物品都是我们祖先留下来的珍贵宝物，实在不能说是破破烂烂的东西呀!

今年暑假，我们全家前往北京。那天早上，我们出发很早，在旅馆吃完饭后，我们便来到了“故宫博物院”。故宫，就是我们现在常说的紫禁城，是明清两代的皇宫，也是中国现存最完整的古建筑。

我们买好了观光车的票，坐车的途中，我听到了柳枝触碰的沙沙声，听到了嘻嘻哈哈小孩子的声音，就像一支欢快的交响乐。我看见了平静无波的湖面，我看见了照相的人群，我看见了红瓦白墙的房子，就像一幅栩栩如生的图画。当这么美的图画，合上欢快的交响乐，别提有多美妙了。

不一会儿，我们便来到了“午门”，只见午门人山人海。我们找了许久，才找到了一个位置，照下了午门。

过了午门便是金水桥，过桥进过太和门，就是三大殿。

三大殿分为：“太和殿”、“中和殿”和“保和殿”。“太和殿”是皇上登基、大婚等举行重大仪式的地方;“中和殿”是皇上出席重大典礼前休息的地方;“保和殿”则是皇帝赐宴和殿试的地方。保和殿的意思是永远保持与大臣、与邻国之间的友谊、和平。

接下来就是皇上生活的地方，比如“乾清宫”、“交泰殿”、“坤宁宫”。乾清宫是皇上居住、处理事务的地方，交泰殿是册封皇后、以及皇后生日都在此举行，坤宁宫是皇后居住的地方。还有东西两侧的东六宫和西六宫，就是我们常听到的三宫六院。

8月9日上午，我参观了位于北京市中心的故宫。旧称“紫禁城”，是明清两代24位皇帝的皇宫，已有500多年的历史了。现在人们叫它故宫，也叫故宫博物院。是我国现存的最大最完整的古代宫殿建筑群，由于它在中国历史上的特殊地位和它精美的建筑群体，不仅是中国最重要的文物保护单位，也是世界著名的文化遗产，被誉为世界五大宫之一。

听导游介绍：明朝皇帝朱棣登基不久，在永乐四年(1406年)下诏营建北京紫禁城，永乐十八年(1420年)基本建成，随从南京迁都北京。故宫南北长961米，东西宽753米，面积约为72.5万平方米。大小宫殿72座，房屋9999.5间,据实际统计，共8704间。外围是一条宽52米，深6米的护城河环绕;接着是周长3公里的城墙，墙高近10米，底宽8.62米，形成一个森严的城堡。四个城角都有精巧玲珑的角楼。放眼望去，红墙金瓦，规模宏大，似京城中的一片宫殿之海。

故宫共有四道门，分别是午门、神武门、东华门和西华门。而故宫的正门就是午门，俗称“五凤楼”，因在罗盘上，上午的代表正南，所以午门也是南大门的意思。它的平面呈“凹”字型。正中开了三道门，两侧都有掖门，这种做法称为“明三暗五”。五个门洞都有各自的用途：中门是皇帝专用的，或者皇帝大婚的时候，皇后可以从这里入宫，科考三甲也可以从这里入宫;平时，文武百官走左门，宗室王公走右门;掖门只有在大型活动的时候才开，三品以下的官员按照文东武西分别通过东西掖门，外国使节要从西掖门才可以入宫;在殿试的时候，考生分单双号从东西掖门通过。

从天安门往里走，穿过一片青砖铺地的广场，便到达紫禁城的正门----午门。这里是一个宽阔的庭院，看到内金水河，它自西向东蜿蜒流过太和门广场，上边还有5座汉白玉石桥，随河宛转，形似玉带。桥的北面是太和门，一对威武的铜狮守卫在门的两侧。过桥经太和门便是雄伟的太和殿。

故宫的建筑依据其布局与功用可分为“外朝”与“内廷”两大部分。“外朝”与“内廷”以乾清门为界，乾清门以南为外朝，以北为内廷。故宫外朝、内廷的建筑气氛迥然不同。

外朝以太和、中和、保和三大殿为中心，位于皇宫的中轴线，此外两翼东有文华殿、西有武英殿、内务府等，是明清两代皇帝办理政务、举行朝会及其他重要庆典的场所。

太和殿之后是中和殿，这是一个亭子形方殿，殿顶把四道垂脊攒在一起，正中安放着一个大圆金宝顶，轮廓非常优美。举行大典，皇帝先在这里休息。后面保和殿是每年除夕皇帝赐宴外藩王公的场所，也是科举考试举行殿试的地方。

从御花园出顺贞门，就到故宫的北门神武门，明朝时为“玄武门”，玄武为古代四神兽之一，从方位上讲，左青龙，右白虎，前朱雀，后玄武，玄武主北方，所以帝王宫殿的北宫门多取名“玄武”。清康熙年间因避讳改称“神武门”。是宫内日常出入的门禁，对面有用土、石筑成的景山，松柏成林。整体布局上是故宫建筑群的屏障。现为故宫博物院正门。

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

昨天，我去了盼望已久的青岛海军博物馆，我的心情是无比的兴奋。

室内展厅让我了解了中国海军的历史，里面展示了各个时期的军服，有一九五零年的军服还有五五式、六五式和现代的军服，各个时代的军服都有所不同，设计上也是不断进步。还展出了好多外国海军赠送的礼物。

从室内展厅出来我一眼就盯住了一辆有重机枪的大坦克，我心想一定要爬上去看一看，因为天太热了，机身很热差点把我的手烤熟了，但我还是强忍着和坦克来了个亲密接触，爸爸更是不断按下相机快门给我们合影。

遗憾的是没有到坦克里面亲身体验一下开坦克的乐趣!

As it is widely known, human nature is that indestructible matrix upon

which the character is built. Accordingly, to a large extent, the basic nature

of human beings cannot be changed. On the other hand, each of us is naturally

endowed with diverse both qualities and personalities, which makes us unfold an

apparently distinct character. Then, it is hard for one to change his nature

fundamentally. Regardless of whether nature is innate or habitus acquired, they

were both a consistently developing courses that cannot be easily changed in a

short time. Last but not the least, external influencing factors, like

religious, education and even social institutions can merely direct our nature

on account of the most limited control. Thus, it is only the surface that is

capable of alteration, improvement and refinement.

In a word, the basic nature of human beings does not and cannot change and

also no one can fundamentally change his nature in the short time. But people

can make it perfect.

On October 1, I did not go out as usual.

Since it was National Day, 61th anniversary of my homeland, like many people, my parents and I just sat in the couch and watch TV.

We didn’t want to miss the program, parade. We were all excited when we saw such beautiful and magnificent scene.

There were so many people gathered together to celebrate the 61th anniversary.

From their smile, I can feel their happy, their proud and confidence.

I feel proud there are many advanced weapons to secure our country.

We, Chinese, are never aggressive. We love peace.

We know how to secure the peace because Chinese is the victim of war.

When I saw 61 flower buses passed through Tian An Men, I am so excited.

I believe our country will have a prosperous future.

Shen Fang is a primary school teacher. She teaches Chinese in a fourth

grade class. She helps the boys and girls read and write. Her classes are

interesting, and the children all love her.

Shen Fang gets to school at half past seven in the morning, half an hour

before classes begin. At luch she eats together with her pupils.

After class she corrects their home work. She leaves school at six. She is

busy with her work all the day, because she loves teaching children.

With the coming of the NewYear.People all over the country are immersed in

an atmosphere of happiness. In the meantime,a war without smoke is about to

begin. In WuHan,CHINA.Because people are greedy and do not take the law

seriously,people were infected with the new virus from the wild animal.The virus

spreads very quickly.Many people died in a short time.WuHan has become a major

disaster area.After a short while,the virus began to spread throughout CHINA.The

stmosphere of happiness was gradually replaced by panic and sadness.It is the

Spring Festival holiday,the turnover is huge.This make the disease more

difficult to control.The national government took active measures to control the

disease.In these difficult times,we know and familiar with many selfless

people.They are front-line workers,hard working behind the scenes,medical staff

volunteers and so on.Even the elderly ZhongNanShan academician also insisted on

the first line.People all over the country donated money and materials for the

disasterareas.They all have a heart of dedication and responsibility.The whole

nation is confident to win the war without smoke.Behind this outbreak we see the

unity of chinese people.It also sees some serious problems.Many people dont

obey the law and take chances.To some extent,this is reflected in the inadequate

supervision of some national departments.I sincerely hope that the state

department will improve their supervision.Let lwabreakers have no opportunity to

do some harmful things.As a chinese citizen,we must obey the law and spread

positive energy in society.As the new youth of the new age,we should actively

maintain social harmony and contribute to the prospercity of the country.

随着新年的到来，全国人民都沉浸在幸福的气氛中。与此同时，一场没有硝烟的战争在中国武汉即将开始。由于人们贪婪，不重视法律，人们被从野生动物身上感染了这种新病毒。病毒传播很广快点。很多人们很快就死了。武汉成了大灾难区域。之后不久，病毒开始在中国各地传播。快乐的气氛逐渐被恐慌和悲伤所取代。正是春节长假，人口流动量巨大。这使疾病更难控制。那个国家政府采取了积极措施控制这种疾病。在这个困难时期，我们认识并熟悉许多无私的人。他们是一线工作者，在幕后埋头苦干，医务人员志愿者等等开。甚至老钟南山院士也坚持在一线。全国人民为灾区捐款捐物。他们都有一颗奉献和责任心。全国人民都有信心赢得这场战争烟。在后面这次爆发，我们看到了中国人民的团结。它也看到了一些严重的问题。很多人们不遵守法律，冒险。这在一定程度上反映在一些国家部门监管不力。我衷心希望国务院加强对他们的监督。让我们的人没有机会做一些有害的事事情。比如作为一个中国公民，我们必须遵守法律，在社会上传播正能量。作为新时期的新青年，我们要积极维护社会和谐，为国家富强作出贡献。
