步在人行道上，行人们的忙碌使人感到燥热，内心也渐渐觉得烦闷了起来!而在我的观察下，每个路人的额上都挂着几滴汗水，脸上的疲劳、脚步的急快，明显的表现出忙碌而一刻也不得闲的情景。我徐徐的走着，望着各式的人、事、物彷彿是在看着一群繁忙的蚂蚁，为了冬日的来临正准备着食物。而我显得格格不入……

我喜欢夏日午后，但不爱盛夏。因为在这分秒里，燥热的氛围使我变得懒散、不爱出门。幸好!我懂得如何利用午后的短短时间，才不至于让我无聊到发疯。在这段时光里，若无出门我便会坐在家中的后院欣赏着缤纷的花海，感受着树荫围绕的阴凉。伴着微风将思绪抛至九霄云外……暂时忘却烦恼、享受清闲，这样倒也是个不错的选择。一手捧爱书、一手持茶杯……自在地读着书、放松地喝茶。果真是人生一大享受。

此休闲的午后就是我排解闷热的不二秘方。毕竟动来动去我不爱，只爱这样闲静的感觉，或许是因自己最爱这句“心静而自然凉”吧!我的排解方式，可真说是诠释了这句话呢!

The hot weather is unbearable. People can only enjoy a little coolness early at dawn and late at night. Once the sun has risen there is no relief： at once the heat begins. Walking in the burning sunshine becomes torturing and wearying.

Perhaps it would be all right if you could stay inside your house and keep fairly cool. But you simply do not have the luck， and have to go out， as most people must do. Then you cant help but feel the power of the blazing sun.

Sometimes the heat might be very fierce， like the blast of a furnace. The heat gets more and more in tense until about six oclock in the afternoon， when the sun sets down in the west.

But a hot summer day is not without charm. If you get up before dawn，you may take a pleasant walk. You will see there is just a faint light in the eastern sky and the stars are beginning to fade. A cool breeze blows and the birds are just walking. The grass is cool， the shadowy trees are rustling their leaves， and the air is full of fragrances. Then you will have enjoyed the best.
