unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

others.

执教一个半学期以来，最让我头疼的问题就是学生的写作水平没有多大的提高。经过多次与老教师交流，以及自己工作之余的学习钻研，我对作文教学有了进一步的认识，现反思如下：

一、 认清学情，夯实基础，不盲目追求作文形式。

从我所任教的两个班的学生作文水平来看，大部分学生基础不扎实，存在着句子表达不通顺、用词不恰当、词汇积累太少、选材较狭隘、立意不高等情况。因此，作文练习不应该追求字数和技巧，而要立足于强化用词造句的训练、拓展阅读面。

写文章最基本的就是做到“文从字顺”，为此，在每天的作业中加上“造句”这一项，由科代表选择难度适中的1～2个词语造句。把句子写通顺了，表达的基础才能提高。

更重要的工作是增加学生的阅读量。在两个班中，我组织学生创建班级图书库，鼓励学生多读好书，读文学作品，并给他们介绍《读书笔记8种方法》和《读书三种方法》等。多读还要多写，鼓励学生勤写读书笔记，准备定期举行班级优秀读书笔记展览和名著电影欣赏。另外，组办班级文学兴趣小组，定期交流，推选出优秀作品向学校《绿洲》文学社投稿。试图通过一系列活动把阅读引向深处。

二、 解放教学思想，还学生更广阔的写作空间。

新课程呼唤作文教学的开放，指出“要求学生说真话、实话、心

里话、不说假话、空话、套话”。为学生的自主写评提供有利条件和广阔空间，减少对学生写作的束缚、鼓励自由表达和有创意的表达，提倡学生自主拟题、少写命题作文。然而，繁杂的作文教学程序、陈旧的作文教学内容、单一的作文教学方法、一成不变的作文评改方式——这些是不可忽视的传统的束缚力量。如何突破传统，取其精华、取其糟粕？这是我反复思考的问题。

1、 解放老师的教学思想。

想给学生一碗水，自己必须储备一桶水。客观条件对学生

创造力的束缚是显而易见的，但这是教育普遍存在的现象。假如老师的教学方式也是单一陈旧的，那么我们就等于在制造教育成品，而不是在创造人！工作虽繁忙，但还要以学习为主。多借鉴名师的经验，多与老教师交流，多读书。

在借鉴余映潮老师的方法后，我尝试了这样的作文批改方

式：小组合作。

第一步：交换找优点，评价闪光点，写出主要内容，概括大意。 第二步：再交换挑毛病，指不足（比如错别字，病句等）。 第三步：本人小声读文，动情优美处，大声的读，后品味反思别人的评价，结合自己的感受，对自己提出中肯的建议。 最后，交流心得。每组推一篇美文大家共赏，由作文负责人（苗甜甜）根据各小组记分，上交。由老师根据各小组的情况，找出优缺点，并概括不足（共性的东西），思考下一次作文要求及目标。

经过这样一改动，学生的作文课上，以小组为单位，全部动起来，全身心积极投入，每位同学至少读了三篇同类的作文，又听读了6篇美文，不论从听觉、视觉上都获得很大的收获，相对以往单一，枯燥的形式，学生的积极性，大大提高小组之间的凝聚力。

2、 还学生更广阔的写作空间。

（1）、让他们亲近大自然，走进社会，丰富他们生活和精神世界，在生活实践中获得更多的人生感悟。

抓住每一次人性教育的机会，让学生关注时事，写相关的周记。比如学期初，跟学生讲今年春节的雪灾，让他们周末回去利用电视、网络、报纸等形式关注灾区的情况，体会人间冷暖。

（2）、让他们勤于思索，乐于想象。

抓住每一篇课文的闪光点，让学生写读后感。比如学习《从百草园到三味书屋》一课，让学生写《从小学到初中》等类似的短文，让他们抒发自己的成长体会。

（3）、让他们学会用自己的眼睛和心灵去感受、体验，“我手写我心、我笔抒我情”。

培养学生的观察能力，引导他们从三点一线的单调生活中，体会成长的快乐。布置《成长的烦恼》、《成长的快乐》等作文题，引导学生关注自己的心灵成长。

（4）、提供优秀的视听材料，给予学生足够的视觉刺激和听觉刺激，还要引导他们“于无影处见有影、于无声处闻有声”。

给学生观看一些人性教育的电影，让他们写观后感。比如看了《跑吧，孩子》这部电影以后，他们很多在观后感中都感叹自己的幸福生活，增加了幸福感，学习就更加有动力了。

3、 开放写作内容。

《语文课程标准》指出“语文课程应该是开放而有创新活力的，应尽可能满足不同地区、不同学校的需求，并能够根据社会的需要不断自我调节、更新发展。”作文教学更是如此。

为此，在阅读教学中充分挖掘习作资源，实现阅读文本的超越，是开放写作内容一个较可行的途径。如补写（补写背景、补写结尾、补写文中的空白点等）、改写（改变体裁写，改变人称写，改变时空写等）、仿写、扩写、缩写等等。在阅读教学中开发学生感兴趣的习作资源，创出习作教学的新洞天。

如学生续写《皇帝的新装》，展现了他们无穷的想象力和天真的思想；改写《丑小鸭》，体现了他们唯美的童话情结。

通过这些写作活动，我发现其实学生的创造能力不是我想象的那么差，关键是如何去激发学生的写作热情，让他们在写作中表现自己，

获得成就感。只有有所获，有所得，学生才会有兴趣，进而才有动力。当学生的写作有了源源不断的动力时，我的教学也就成功了。

这些尝试只是初步的，也需要时间不断的关注教学成果，不断的反思，才能进一步完善。

“姐姐，姐姐，跟我玩呀！”哎，弟弟老是玩也不是办法，我要给他来个“幼儿园学前启蒙教育”，当他的启蒙教师，培训一下他的英语。也许他的天资不够高，但只要他“笨鸟先飞”，说不定就会赶上别人的哦！

说起“启蒙教育”，我还真的挺自豪的，因为那些杯子、衣服之类的日常用品都是我教弟弟学会的，也算是“半个老师”。我本想教英语只要像了英语老师教我们那样，老师读一遍，学生跟着读一遍就学会了，没想到……哎，真是一波三折呀！

首先，我讨厌英语高考试卷中最后一道试题被叫做“书面表达”，叫做“（英语）作文”难道有困难吗？如果说尽管是高考，实际写作情况算不上“作文”，那么，我们汉语考试中，小学生写的文章应该叫什么呢？叫“神马”吗？现代高考英语写作从本质上讲，写的水平大约也只能算是等于中国小学生汉语作文的水平。我们的孩子写作文，很难写出自由的、真实的内容来，高考英语作文从内容看、从形式看也是空空如也。如果持怀疑态度，你大可以看看高考以来英语作文的参考范文。正因为如此，我的学生在我的倡导下，开始了双腿走路的英语作文习练：也就是，作业本练习应试作文（100词左右的试卷末题“书面表达”）；日记本练习自由作文，无字数、题材、体裁限制，随便写。

一般而言，应试作文是“八股文”的翻版.每一种文体或题材内容都有相对固定的格式，也就是作文被“格式”化了，它是可以用来检阅学生英语习得的一些情况的。但是如同选择题的标准化一样，作文按照作文的“标准化”写作，根本就不如干脆考单句翻译或者句群翻译，免得徒有其名，未有其实。

下面是借用博友博文中的一个片段，对于其中的现象，不知你以为然否？华东师大的一位研究者曾经在中学做过一个简单的即兴调查：“作文写过自己妈妈的，请举手。”课堂上的学生几乎都举起了手。“文章里写自己生病，妈妈送去医院的，请举手。”多数又举起了手。“写去医院的时候，是半夜，天正下着大雨的，请举手。”举手的仍然是一大片。“写妈妈吃力地背着自己，身上被雨水淋透的，请举手。”下面不仅举起了一大片手，而且还有哄堂大笑。

妈妈过来晾衣服了，也顺便把单子卡片拿了过来，让我教会前三个，就可以下课了。单词可比字母难教多了，我顺手翻了一下单词卡，前三张分别是“fish”、“apple”和“Pear”。我先教妹妹读一遍，可是妹妹根本就不会读。我只好把一个单词读上好几遍，让妹妹学着我的口型去念，当我把“fish”读到第136遍时，妹妹终于会读了！我十分高兴，不停地嘟囔着：“苍天啊，大地啊，我妹终于会读了！”但我又转念一想：总不能每个单词都得读100多遍吧？不然，这些单词卡要教到猴年马月啊！我急中生智想出了一个好办法。

我立刻从冰箱拿出一个红彤彤的苹果和一个黄澄澄的鸭梨，把它们洗干净，切成小正方体，装进盘子，挤了一些沙拉酱，叉上几根牙签，再以迅雷不及掩耳之势的速度端进书房。对妹妹说：“这些水果是用“apple”和“pear”做的，你要是会读“apple”和“pear”，你就可以吃掉它们。”没想到这一招还真灵，妹妹不一会儿就会读了，我激动地宣布：“下课！”再不下课我就要疯了，妹妹则津津有味地吃着水果沙拉，美滋滋的。

我教妹妹学英语后，才知道我们的老师有多辛苦，教妹妹英语的日子还很长，而我才上了第一节课就快疯了。唉，我太难了！

I went to the Forest Park with my old friend this Thursday. Although it was hot, we had a wonderful time there. We played a lot, such as corsair, bumper cars, Arabian Flying Blanket and so on. We felt excited indeed. That day was also my friend’s birthday. I bought a comic strip for her because she likes cartoon very much. She also invited me to her new flat to play. At last she gave me a heart made of crystal. She really moved me. On Sunday afternoon our translating group had finally finished all chapters! I was really excited. Although our translation was not very fluent and nice, even a little abrupt, it was our outcome. It was our effort. When I saw my name on the heroic translator list, I was really proud of myself.
