执教一个半学期以来，最让我头疼的问题就是学生的写作水平没有多大的提高。经过多次与老教师交流，以及自己工作之余的学习钻研，我对作文教学有了进一步的认识，现反思如下：

一、 认清学情，夯实基础，不盲目追求作文形式。

从我所任教的两个班的学生作文水平来看，大部分学生基础不扎实，存在着句子表达不通顺、用词不恰当、词汇积累太少、选材较狭隘、立意不高等情况。因此，作文练习不应该追求字数和技巧，而要立足于强化用词造句的训练、拓展阅读面。

写文章最基本的就是做到“文从字顺”，为此，在每天的作业中加上“造句”这一项，由科代表选择难度适中的1～2个词语造句。把句子写通顺了，表达的基础才能提高。

更重要的工作是增加学生的阅读量。在两个班中，我组织学生创建班级图书库，鼓励学生多读好书，读文学作品，并给他们介绍《读书笔记8种方法》和《读书三种方法》等。多读还要多写，鼓励学生勤写读书笔记，准备定期举行班级优秀读书笔记展览和名著电影欣赏。另外，组办班级文学兴趣小组，定期交流，推选出优秀作品向学校《绿洲》文学社投稿。试图通过一系列活动把阅读引向深处。

二、 解放教学思想，还学生更广阔的写作空间。

新课程呼唤作文教学的开放，指出“要求学生说真话、实话、心

里话、不说假话、空话、套话”。为学生的自主写评提供有利条件和广阔空间，减少对学生写作的束缚、鼓励自由表达和有创意的表达，提倡学生自主拟题、少写命题作文。然而，繁杂的作文教学程序、陈旧的作文教学内容、单一的作文教学方法、一成不变的作文评改方式——这些是不可忽视的传统的束缚力量。如何突破传统，取其精华、取其糟粕？这是我反复思考的问题。

1、 解放老师的教学思想。

想给学生一碗水，自己必须储备一桶水。客观条件对学生

创造力的束缚是显而易见的，但这是教育普遍存在的现象。假如老师的教学方式也是单一陈旧的，那么我们就等于在制造教育成品，而不是在创造人！工作虽繁忙，但还要以学习为主。多借鉴名师的经验，多与老教师交流，多读书。

在借鉴余映潮老师的方法后，我尝试了这样的作文批改方

式：小组合作。

第一步：交换找优点，评价闪光点，写出主要内容，概括大意。 第二步：再交换挑毛病，指不足（比如错别字，病句等）。 第三步：本人小声读文，动情优美处，大声的读，后品味反思别人的评价，结合自己的感受，对自己提出中肯的建议。 最后，交流心得。每组推一篇美文大家共赏，由作文负责人（苗甜甜）根据各小组记分，上交。由老师根据各小组的情况，找出优缺点，并概括不足（共性的东西），思考下一次作文要求及目标。

经过这样一改动，学生的作文课上，以小组为单位，全部动起来，全身心积极投入，每位同学至少读了三篇同类的作文，又听读了6篇美文，不论从听觉、视觉上都获得很大的收获，相对以往单一，枯燥的形式，学生的积极性，大大提高小组之间的凝聚力。

2、 还学生更广阔的写作空间。

（1）、让他们亲近大自然，走进社会，丰富他们生活和精神世界，在生活实践中获得更多的人生感悟。

抓住每一次人性教育的机会，让学生关注时事，写相关的周记。比如学期初，跟学生讲今年春节的雪灾，让他们周末回去利用电视、网络、报纸等形式关注灾区的情况，体会人间冷暖。

（2）、让他们勤于思索，乐于想象。

抓住每一篇课文的闪光点，让学生写读后感。比如学习《从百草园到三味书屋》一课，让学生写《从小学到初中》等类似的短文，让他们抒发自己的成长体会。

（3）、让他们学会用自己的眼睛和心灵去感受、体验，“我手写我心、我笔抒我情”。

培养学生的观察能力，引导他们从三点一线的单调生活中，体会成长的快乐。布置《成长的烦恼》、《成长的快乐》等作文题，引导学生关注自己的心灵成长。

（4）、提供优秀的视听材料，给予学生足够的视觉刺激和听觉刺激，还要引导他们“于无影处见有影、于无声处闻有声”。

给学生观看一些人性教育的电影，让他们写观后感。比如看了《跑吧，孩子》这部电影以后，他们很多在观后感中都感叹自己的幸福生活，增加了幸福感，学习就更加有动力了。

3、 开放写作内容。

《语文课程标准》指出“语文课程应该是开放而有创新活力的，应尽可能满足不同地区、不同学校的需求，并能够根据社会的需要不断自我调节、更新发展。”作文教学更是如此。

为此，在阅读教学中充分挖掘习作资源，实现阅读文本的超越，是开放写作内容一个较可行的途径。如补写（补写背景、补写结尾、补写文中的空白点等）、改写（改变体裁写，改变人称写，改变时空写等）、仿写、扩写、缩写等等。在阅读教学中开发学生感兴趣的习作资源，创出习作教学的新洞天。

如学生续写《皇帝的新装》，展现了他们无穷的想象力和天真的思想；改写《丑小鸭》，体现了他们唯美的童话情结。

通过这些写作活动，我发现其实学生的创造能力不是我想象的那么差，关键是如何去激发学生的写作热情，让他们在写作中表现自己，

获得成就感。只有有所获，有所得，学生才会有兴趣，进而才有动力。当学生的写作有了源源不断的动力时，我的教学也就成功了。

这些尝试只是初步的，也需要时间不断的关注教学成果，不断的反思，才能进一步完善。

这是初赛，演讲的内容是自我介绍加才艺表演。我看到有的选手准备得真棒!不光自己化了淡妆，还梳了很复杂很漂亮的辫子，有的还穿了美丽的裙子。有不少同学手里拿了画板，上面是他们精心绘制的图画，他们边指着自己的画边小声念着英语，看来他们的才艺表演一定是用英语介绍自己的画了。而我的才艺显得多么的微不足道，我只打算读一首英文小诗。

上午考完的同学在群里发来信息，他们说很简单，评委主要看你的口语能力，觉得背不好的，也可以直接读，我终于有了一些安心。

一、指导思想

以十八大精神为指针，全面贯彻党的教育方针，积极落实《数学课程标准》的改革观。通过教育教学，结合学生的实际情况，让学生亲历将实际问题转化为抽象的数学模型，并进行解释与应用的过程，使学生获得对数学知识理解的同时，强化基本计算能力和归纳的能力，培养其探索精神和创新思维。同时提高知识应用的能力，使学生的综合能力得到较大的提升。

二、学情分析

经过七年级第一学期的教学，发现班内部分学生数学基础较差，两极分化现象严重，尤其是后进生的数学成绩普遍偏差。部分学生在解题时比较粗心，不能很好的发挥出自己应有的水平。但通过上学期的学习，不少学生掌握了一定的数学学习方法和解题技巧，对于所学知识能较好地应用到解题和日常生活中去。

三、教学内容

本学期教学章节的内容：

第六章：一元一次方程。本章主要学习一元一次方程及其解的概念和解法与应用。

本章重点：一元一次方程的解法及实际应用。

本章难点：列一元一次方程解决实际问题。

第七章：二元一次方程。本章主要学习二元一次方程(组)及其解的概念和解法与应用。

本章重点：二元一次方程组的解法及实际应用。

本章难点：列二元一次方程组解决实际问题。

第八章：不等式与不等式组。本章主要内容是一元一次不等式(组)的解法及简单应用。

本章重点：不等式的基本性质与一元一次不等式(组)的解法与简单应用。

本章难点：不等式基本性质的理解与应用、列一元一次不等式(组)解决简单的实际问题。

第九章：多边形。本章主要学习与三角形有关的线段、角及多边形的内角和等内容。

本章重点：三角形有关线段、角及多边形的内角和的性质与应用。

本章难点：正确理解三角形的高、中线及角平分线的性质并能作图，三角形内角和的证明与多边形内角和的探究。

第十章：轴对称、平移与旋转。

四、教学目标

通过本期教学，学生应掌握必要的基本知识和基本技能，形成相应的数学思想，积累丰富的数学活动经验，能运用数学知识解决生活中的实际问题，形成一定的数学素养，为今后继续学习数学打下良好的基础。继续做好培优工作，并做好配套工作。能掌握科学的学习方法，形成良好学风，养成良好的数学学习习惯，构建融洽的师生关系，使学生在德、智、体各方面全面发展。

五、教学措施

1、认真研读新课程标准，钻研教材，精选习题，精心备课，做好教案，上好新课。

同时仔细批改作业，作好辅导，发现问题及时解决作认真总结成功与失败的经验和原因。

2、充分利用先进教学媒体进行教学，设置教学情境，结合日常生活，由浅入深，循序渐进。

引导学生主动加入课堂学习和讨论，积极参与知识的探究与规律的总结。

3、营造和谐、自主的学习氛围，引导学生进行合作探究、交流和分享发现的快乐。

让学生体会到学习的乐趣，激发学生的学习热情。

4、精心设计探究主题，引导学生学会发散思维，培养学生创造性思维能力，实现一题多解，举一反三，触类旁通。

5、继续坚持课改，开展分层教学，成立互助学习小组，以优带良，以优促后。

同时狠抓中等生，辅导后进生，实现共同进步。

Once we were together, you always treated me as if I were your dear brother, so I was grateful to you in my heart. After you leaving, I always thought of you. In the last century, the government carried out the policy of family

planning to control the increasing population. So most families have only one

child, but recently, a new policy has been announced and people can have the

second child. It sounds like the good news for the family, as the only child can

have a sibling to company. While for some parents, they seem to be not the

qualified parents. A boy complained that his parents’ second child was the smart

phone, because they lowed down their heads all the time. Many parents did not

realize the lack of communication with their children. If they want another

child, they’d better learn to communicate their kids first.

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“that’s a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a pity day!

Everybody knows drinking a little is good to health, but excessive drinking is bad. Those who drink too much may not live long. Excessive drinking may cause many diseases, such as high blood pressure and heart attack. Drinking too much can also result in a series of family problems and social problems, such as the break up of a family and social crimes.

If everyone can keep control over drinking, we can enjoy a more peaceful social environment.

英语语言学习的外延和生活的外延相等。平时学生怕写作文，是因为话题与生活实际联系不够紧密，而本次习作，让学生在不受空间、金钱等的限制下自由想象作文。学生根据生活实际谈自己的梦想，徐徐道来，构思奇特，颇具匠心。

写作是一个由浅入深、由易到难、由简到繁的训练过程，任何一个环节出问题都会影响学生写作能力的培养。因此，盲目的训练往往多做无用功，我们必须在平时就十分注重方法与技巧。

1、注意多种训练方法相结合。

与任务(task)相结合。目标明确， 如写“我的梦中小屋”，有目的的引导学生画画、描述、说明想要的小屋。调动学生的积极性，所以在培养学生这方面的能力时，我尽量与教学的多种任务相结合，而不是纯粹布置一篇作文。贯穿这节写作课的也是一系列的任务。

2、平时注重解题技巧的养成：

1). 准备工作 ①.仔细审题，明确要求 ②.紧扣要点，寻求思路。

2). 写作之中 ①.开门见山，紧扣主题。②.语言正确，规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构，应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。③.重短轻长, 就易避难。④.过渡自然，表达流畅。注意前后句、上下文尽量过渡自然，正确使用and, or, but, because, so, then, after等词，保持行文的流畅。不重复使用可置换的词，如描述“我的梦中小屋”时，可以用firstly, secondly, then, after that等表示先后的序列词。

3).成文之后

鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。

①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的，即使在朗读中好像全理解，但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。如我们这篇作文多用一般现在时，第一人称。

②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的，不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。本篇作文要注意感叹句的语序。

④.书写规范，卷面整洁。卷面不整洁，使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么，那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时，我让学生一定要先打草稿。
